Here's a chance to meet our fantastic buyer's specialists, Shane Arquines. Shane Arquines, who was born and raised in Honolulu but relocated to Kapolei, has become one of Team Lally's invaluable buyer's specialists. Here's what he had to say about his Team Lally experience thus far: How did you hear about Team Lally? I first heard about Team Lally when I used to do pizza delivery; when I was driving around the area, the Team Lally real estate signs were one of the more frequent signs that I saw. I started researching real estate professionals; Team Lally was definitely one of the first ones I searched since they were top of mind. What motivated you to join Team Lally? It's funny, because when I first applied, it was one of maybe 20 jobs I applied for. But after I went through the extensive interview process, I could sense that there was something different about how they did business. I could tell that they were unique, and I really wanted to be a part of that. I ended up rejecting a couple of job offers before Team Lally even offered me anything—that's just how much I wanted to be a part of the team. “ I hope to educate our buyers and make them masters the home buying process.” What is your role on Team Lally? My role on Team Lally is that of a buyer's specialist, so my responsibility is to make our buyers happy. I hope to educate our buyers and make them masters the home buying process. I know I've done my job when our clients are happy in a new home! What do you enjoy about working on a team? The thing I like most about working on a team is that I don't have to worry about 5,000 different things everyday. Being on a team like Team Lally allows me to progress my skills as a buyer's agent everyday and put more time and focus into truly helping my clients. If you're thinking about entering the market as a homebuyer soon, don't hesitate to reach out to Shane or one of our other awesome team members by phone or email! As Shane said it best, “It's my job to make you happy.” We look forward to hearing from you soon.

We’re proud to introduce you to Chris, the newest buyer’s agent on our team. Here’s what he had to say about joining Team Lally. Chris, an Ohio native, has lived in Hawaii for four years now. He's quickly become a valuable member of Team Lally as a buyer's agent who helps ensure a top-notch experience for our buyers. We asked Chris some questions so that you can get to know him a little bit better, and here's what he had to say: How did you hear about Team Lally? I honestly hadn't heard about the team prior to my job search. At that time in my life, I was really looking to do something more. Team Lally's job posting was so captivating that it genuinely made me want to learn more. Before applying, I did some research on the team and was immediately hooked—I knew at that moment that I didn't even want to consider any other team. Why motivated you to join Team Lally? Aside from the captivating job posting, I was struck by the team's core values. They align with the U.S. Army values, and my personal values as well; it just felt right. What do you enjoy most about working on the team? What I enjoy most about working on this team is that you really get to build relationships with your teammates. It truly feels like a family, and since my actual family is scattered all across the country, it's great to have that support here. Being on a team helps you move forward when times get tough, and I've quickly learned that everything in the real estate business takes time—there are no immediate results. Now that you've learned a bit about Chris, know that he's here to help with your real estate needs. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to him anytime!

Many team leaders hope to hide the issues in their businesses with virtual assistants and other solutions attempts. How does this doom any strategy to failure? How can we structure the leadership and team when we’re out of production? How can we build a team that runs itself? On this episode, team leaders Adrienne Lally and Attilio Leonardi share on their systems and how they use ISAs and VAs to enhance their business. Takeaways + Tactics Don’t be afraid of strategic partnerships. There will always be someone who knows more and someone who can help. If we prioritize internal accountability and build a team that can manage itself, it cuts down the burden on the leaders. ISAs and VAs won’t solve problems you already have in your business. They are an enhancement, not a solution. At the start of the show, Attilio and Adrienne shared how got started and began working together. Next they talked about how the business works with both of them out of production. They also shared on how they structure their leadership, and how they get the most out of their VAs and ISAs. We also discussed: The expander and container model Adrienne and Attilio’s team runs How commission splits change according to who nurtures the lead What they learned about bringing on an ISA VAs and ISAs are a great way to enhance something that’s already there. If we have a good team built on the right systems, hiring them will only make us go higher. If we have problems in our businesses, they will get worse even if we bring in the best people. We need to leverage these solutions to take us to the next level, instead of avoiding the hard work of building a strong team. Once we have the right structures in place, the VAs and ISAs can be utilized to their full potential. Guest Bios- Adrienne is the owner of Team Lally in Hawaii. She has been a full time Realtor on the island of Oahu since 2004. Go to https://www.linkedin.com/in/adriennelally/ to connect with her. Attilio is co-leader of Team Lally. Get a home value report Want to buy a Hawaii area home? Search all homes for saleToday, we wanted you to get to know a little bit about Brooks Bowman. How did you hear about Team Lally?I first heard about Team Lally when I was in a brokerage of my own about six or seven years ago. I watched Adrienne and Attilio thrive during the market collapse of 2008 and 2009 when quite a few of us were being taken down. During that time, they built a great business, so I was very impressed. What motivated you to join Team Lally? I was motivated to join Team Lally because of their success. They have a great track record and they’re extremely successful in the marketplace. As I was wondering about the future of my own brokerage, I would see their signs all over my own neighborhood and the surrounding areas.“I joined Team Lally because of their success. ”What’s your role on the team? My role on the team is as a Listing Partner. That means I work with owners and sellers but not with buyers. What do you enjoy most about working on a team? I enjoy working on a team because of the efficiency it produces and the camaraderie it provides. Each transaction is dealt with in such a way that so much gets done in such an efficient manner. Additionally, the team ends up becoming your friends and family. I have many friends here on Team Lally, and I enjoy that. Experiencing the negotiation of transactions with our chief negotiator Howard Net has been phenomenal. All of the other agents and our administrative staff have been great to work with as well. If you have any questions for Brooks or need help buying or selling, please feel free to give us a call or shoot us an email. We look forward to hearing from you.

Luxury properties are sold in 90 days with a 94% success rate. The listing agent retains the listing, the listing agent is paid all of their commission, and the seller gets the home sold. It's a win-win situation for everyone involved. We know it sounds too good to be true, but it's not. You owe it to yourself to have the highest probability of success when it comes time to sell.
