Is it just me, or does life almost seem to feel like one big balancing act? Between work, school, kids, families, partners, relationships, businesses, finances, and health, the older we get, the more we need to manage. I personally don't think things will always be 100% in balance, but I do believe women can achieve the productivity results they want, without feeling like something has to give. That's why I'm so excited to talk with Non-Profit CEO and CGS Client Tiffany Tate today about pursuing top-tier productivity. Let me stress that high-level productivity isn't about being perfect, it's about making it all work for your world. If you struggle with the balancing act of all areas of life, you don't want to miss this conversation. Here's a glance at this episode: [03:05] Tiffany shares that while life is what led her to becoming a go-getter, she does feel like she recently learned how to work smarter, not harder. [12:08] Being guilt-oriented has made it hard for Tiffany to follow traditional routines and habit ideologies. Instead, she shares what works for her. [21:50] Tiffany shares how compartmentalization has helped her power through and grow professionally, but offers words of caution. [34:37] Lessons, not losses. Tiffany shares that you must move forward with your decisions and learn from those that could be perceived as mistakes. [42:27] Instead of focusing far into the future, when thinking about goals, identify what needs to be fixed or worked on now. Rate, Review, & Follow: Did you love this episode? "The Face-Off" In this week's episode, we watch Micah and Moriah drink their feelings at brunch just like their mom taught them...and speak of the devil! Kim tries to squeeze out sympathy for her (most recent) DUI, but we're not buying. Lydia's home is held together by Post-it Notes, and Ethan and Isaac tag-team some major jerk energy at the most uncomfortable family dinner since...last week. Oh, and Micah's not at a Coldplay concert, but he's definitely cheating on Veronica. Find All Our Links in One Place: beacons.ai/survivingpodLove the Show? Part of my success in life has been attributed to seeing what I want and believing it's possible for me. Having a vision of what I want, where I want to be, or who I want to be has helped me do what I need to on a day-to-day basis to get there. Seeing is believing, so if you can't see yourself achieving your goals, you're much less likely to actually reach them. The mind is a beautiful thing. If you start picturing yourself already having what you want, your brain will function to do things that will help you get there. In this episode, I'm sharing how a healthy mindset fuels success and some ways you can foster a healthy mindset to reach your financial goals. Financial success is possible, and you need to believe it before you achieve it! Here's a glance at this episode: [01:50] Do you think you are worthy of your dream life? Raya challenges listeners to get clear on how worthy they feel about the life of their dreams. [04:03] If you are constantly thinking you're broke, you're probably always spending money to affirm that you're broke. Your mind is a powerful tool. [07:25] Raya shares that getting to the root of her gut issues has tremendously impacted her mindset because she's consuming better things. [11:36] Picture yourself living your dream life. You must be able to see what it looks like for you so you believe it's possible for you to achieve. [14:43] Raya shares that consistent journaling allows her to look back at old journal entries and see the growth that happens over time. Rate, Review, & Follow: Did you love this episode? "WeWork: The Making and Breaking of a $46 Billion Unicorn" We take a trip down memory lane into the overpriced, overhyped fever dream that was WeWork. It's the story of Adam Neumann: part CEO, part cult leader, part megalomaniac who thinks renting desks can heal the world. We cover the delusional business plans of real estate disguised as tech, SoftBank's actions of dumping gasoline on the dumpster fire, and of course, Rebekah Paltrow Neumann's attempts to spiritually rebrand education. Here's the surprising twist: Corey has worked on-site at a WeWork event and he shares firsthand accounts of what it was like. He survived the weird startup vibes and lives to tell the tale of the inflated egos, yucky energy, and overzealous C-suite brainwashing. The power of storytelling, experimenting across platforms, and connecting with your audience with Brita Britnell. ----- Welcome to episode 527 of The Food Blogger Pro Podcast! This week on the podcast, Bjork interviews Brita Britnell from Food with Feeling (who also happens to be our Social Media Video Expert!). How Storytelling Helps Creators Stand Out Online with Brita Britnell In this episode, Brita shares how leaning into storytelling became the heart of her content strategy, and the secret behind quadrupling (!!!) her Instagram following in just one year. From freelancing to full-time content creation, she walks us through the lessons she's learned about building meaningful connections, staying consistent, and creating content that resonates. Whether it's reposting viral hits or crafting seasonal recipes, Brita's approach is rooted in authenticity and real-life experiences. We also dive into why follower count isn't everything (especially on Facebook), how Brita built a thriving email list, and what she's learned from years of experimenting across platforms. If you've ever wondered how to turn your personal story into a creative brand that lasts, this episode is packed with inspiration, insight, and plenty of real talk. Three episode takeaways: The power of real connection: Whether it's at a conference, through email lists, or in the comments section, Brita shows how building real relationships (online and off) can lead to big opportunities. She emphasizes that collaboration and community often open more doors than follower counts ever could. How to create content that clicks: From storytelling and seasonal posts to reposting viral hits, Brita breaks down how she keeps her audience engaged and why follower count isn't the whole story, especially on platforms like Facebook. Her success proves that staying authentic and experimenting with your content strategy pays off. Experiment, evolve, and stay consistent: Brita shares how she's mixed freelancing, focused learning, and a whole lot of trial-and-error to grow a fulfilling and financially stable career as a creator. Her journey is a great reminder that you don't need to have it all figured out — you just need to keep moving forward! I'm SO excited to share this week's episode with you – it's one I think so many of you will truly connect with. In this conversation, I chat with Alison Shamir, a globally recognised voice on imposter syndrome and the brilliant author of Conquer Your Imposter. It's such an important topic – because imposter syndrome doesn’t just affect beginners. It can hit anyone – even the most accomplished, experienced and successful among us – and hold us back from living the life we were meant to live. Alison shares her own powerful story of experiencing debilitating imposter syndrome, how it showed up in her career, and the breakthrough moment that helped her transform her life. We dive deep into what imposter syndrome really is (spoiler: it’s different from self-doubt!) and how we can start to change the inner narratives that are keeping us stuck. Here are three things you'll take away from this episode: A clear understanding of how imposter syndrome works – and how it’s different from everyday self-doubt. Tools and mindset shifts to help silence your inner imposter. Why your past doesn’t have to define your future. I personally learnt SO much from this chat – and even though I haven’t experienced imposter syndrome myself, I know many of you have. This is a must-listen.

As I've gotten older, I've seen and felt the importance of maintaining a healthy, active lifestyle. Not only do you feel better in the present, but you prevent future health problems from messing with your quality of life. I truly believe enhancing your mind and body with proper fuel is essential to a healthy quality of life. That's why I'm so excited to talk with Fitness Coach Michael Williams today. Michael is a certified personal trainer who specializes in women's fat loss. While there's so much more to being healthy than getting rid of body fat, a lot of the health and physical activity benefits will result in less fat! Michael and I are talking about the importance of prioritizing health for women, building healthier habits, and staying consistent with healthy living. Here's a glance at this episode: [04:40] Michael always leads with “why”. What's your why for wanting to get in shape? Understanding that helps you stay on track. [12:43] Eating 1 or 2 meals a day doesn't cut it for women. Michael shares what women need to do to see the fat loss results they want. [24:50] YouTube can be a great resource for learning how to properly train and lift weights, especially if you're tight on funds. [31:40] Michael shares that the scale isn't the best indicator of progress, especially if weightlifting is involved. “The scale is a liar”. [51:20] You don't have to deprive yourself when you go out to eat, just do your best to plan your meals out as best as possible. Rate, Review, & Follow: Did you love this episode? In this episode, I’ll walk you through a simple but powerful three-step process that I personally use to check in and reset my course mid-year: ✨ Reflection: Learn how to acknowledge the wins (big and small), identify what’s energising you, and gently let go of what’s draining you. ✨ Reset with Intention: Discover how to revisit your vision, reestablish meaningful rituals, and rebuild habits that support your dream life. ✨ Reconnection: Hear why surrounding yourself with the right support — inspiring, like-minded people — can be the spark you need to finish the year strong. ✨ Dreaming Forward: With some simple journaling prompts, you’ll gain clarity on how you want to feel by year’s end — and what to release in order to get there. If you’re ready to end the year feeling proud, inspired, and aligned with the life you truly want — this episode is for you. So grab a cup of tea, light a candle, or head out for a walk... and let’s reset together. As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonates with you from this episode and what you plan to implement after listening in. So please share and let’s keep the conversation going in the Dream Life Podcast Facebook Group here. Have a wonderful weekend
"Season 2 Reunion" This week, we recap the Season 2 reunion episode, and let's just say: the drama flowed faster than Mikayla's coffee enemas. Demi ghosts the group (but not the group chat), Whitney burns bridges to defend her, and Jessi gets thrown under multiple buses—some driven by Marciano, some by TikTok. We unpack it all: from #MomTok infighting and #DadTok trauma reveals, to JZ Styles color styling warfare and an incredibly awkward Dancing With the Stars reveal. There's accountability theater, Mormon loophole logic, and enough passive aggression to fill an entire Relief Society potluck. This week I had the absolute joy of chatting with the incredibly grounded & inspiring Magdalena Roze — and what a beautiful conversation it was. If you don’t already know Magdalena, she’s a meteorologist, journalist, author, passionate foodie, and a true master of living intentionally. But what I adore most about her is the way she blends ambition with authenticity, showing us all how to live a full, meaningful life that’s also deeply soulful. In this episode, we talk about her journey — from national television in Sydney to building a slower, more purposeful life in Byron Bay. She shares how she transitioned careers, faced uncertainty with courage, and allowed her passions to guide her toward a new version of success. Here are four powerful takeaways you can expect from our conversation: The magic that happens when you don’t take no for an answer — and how to gently persist toward your dreams. What it really feels like to leave a successful career and completely reinvent yourself. How to blend creativity, family, and community into a deeply fulfilling life. Why slowing down doesn’t mean doing less — and how to create space for clarity and creativity. Magdalena’s warmth and honesty will leave you inspired, especially if you’re standing at a crossroads or dreaming of something new. Tune in, soak up the inspiration, and dream. ✨ As always, I’d LOVE to hear what resonates with you from this episode and what you plan to implement after listening in. Welcome to a deeply personal episode. I’m opening up about something that has profoundly shaped my life – freedom. Not just the idea of it, but the raw, powerful freedom to choose. The kind of freedom that comes from doing the inner work, from dreaming boldly, and from aligning your daily life with your truest values and passions. I take you right back to the moment that sparked it all – a 3am conversation with Paul when I was just 22, lost and unsure, with nothing but a pen and a blank piece of paper. That night, I wrote down my dreams for the first time, and something inside me shifted. I didn’t have the answers, but I had a vision. And I realised: that’s where freedom begins. In this episode, you’ll discover:

Welcome to another short and empowering episode of Monday Motivation, giving you a dose of inspiration as you head into your week... I'm excited to bring you today’s conversation — one that I know will deeply resonate with so many of you. Have you ever felt like you’re stuck on the hamster wheel — running, juggling, hustling — yet still feeling like you never have enough time? That constant pressure to do more, earn more, achieve more? Well, what if I told you there’s another way? In this episode, I chat with Lloyd J. Ross, author of Become Time Rich, who has made it his life’s work to intentionally step off that treadmill and design a life filled with freedom, peace, and true wealth — not just financial, but time wealth. Lloyd’s story is fascinating. From starting out as a lawyer to moving into property development, entrepreneurship, investing, and ultimately creating multiple income streams, he shares how he discovered that freedom is far more valuable than simply chasing money. And how living intentionally allowed him to design a life where he works when and how he wants, enjoys time with loved ones, and builds businesses that work for him — not the other way around. In this episode, you’ll discover:

Here's the thing: we all need boundaries. In our health, work, relationships, and finances…we need boundaries. Boundaries are there to protect your peace and prevent you from causing unnecessary harm. Setting financial boundaries is especially important because they keep you on the straight and narrow. They keep you focused on doing the things that will help you reach your financial goals. If you struggle with setting financial boundaries, you don't want to miss this episode! I'm sharing 6 ways to set financial boundaries and actually stick to them. As your situation changes, your boundaries change…but always having those limits will keep you moving in the direction of your goals. Here's a glance at this episode: [01:59] Raya shares how failing to set financial boundaries back in college resulted in her overspending on material things, leading her deep into debt. [04:35] Boundaries, especially financial boundaries, are there to alert you when you're moving in the direction of stress and negativity. They are designed to help keep you on track. [09:58] Get comfortable with saying “That's not in my budget”, so when something comes up, you can easily decline with an affirmative statement. [14:09] Know where you stand when it comes to lending or gifting money, so you can avoid rushed or emotional decisions. [17:26] If you want to stick to your boundaries (financial or otherwise), you need to learn how to clearly communicate them. Rate, Review, & Follow: Did you love this episode? I've officially made it to my mid-30s and can honestly say that my body no longer functions like it did when I was in my early 20s. Back then, I couldn't keep the weight on. I ate whatever I wanted and didn't have a consistent workout routine. I would take college classes, like pilates and dance, to get my exercise in. After graduation, I did invest in a gym membership, mostly because the weight was slowly sticking more than it normally had! Now, I consistently work out 5 days a week, and have for years. My diet has been a little harder to build consistency with. That's why I'm so excited to welcome Dr. Lisa Folden to the show today! Her company Healthy Phit specializes in weight-inclusive physical therapy, health and body image coaching, and guidance on sustaining a well-balanced diet. Get ready to learn how to foster a healthy relationship with your body and take care of it the way it needs! Here's a glance at this episode: [02:59] Lisa shares how she got into the medicinal space, after aspirations of it as early as 16. She shares how she sought out body image data. [11:21] When we're in tune with our bodies and can recognize things aren't normal, that's the time to seek our additional help to get back to comfortable. [21:47] Dr. Lisa works with people who struggle with eating disorders. Often times, when they are the smallest weight, they are struggling the most. [32:57] A lot of the work Dr. Lisa does stems around confronting body image issues. Confront what's wrong and normalize looking at your body. [40:08] Burnout is what our world is set up for. Don't be afraid to get rest. Dr. Lisa shares how she took a nap today! Rate, Review, & Follow: Did you love this episode? Are you a fan of the City Girl Savings podcast?
