Angie casually mentions she had the fat pads removed under her eyes, which sends Lisa into her usual spiral of insecurity. That leads straight into the Cartier Wars: Angie and Lisa's airport argument about who copied whose Cartier watch. Heather reveals she bought herself a matching Cartier during their layover because it was duty-free—naturally sending Whitney into hysterics.
