We always get excited for new Star Wars, even if that has recently led to mostly heartbreak, so we were juiced to watch the newest Disney Plus show, The Acolyte, but the show suffers from the same limitations of the streaming format that many others do. There's definitely stuff to love in there, but there's also a lot to be disappointed in. We give our full series review both with and without spoilers, and we even do a quick rewrite with some elements we feel would have made the show great. Let us know if you agree and hopefully the next Star Wars endeavor learns from the Acolyte's mistakes. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

We're back! We've got a lot to cover since our last episode, including Loki season 2 and the Madame Web trailer, but the movie on everyone's mind right now is The Marvels.
