| Review | Finally, a really good video game adaptation. You wouldn't think it would be that hard to pull from years of highly successful IP, but here we are (looking at you, Halo). HBO gets it though. They've just created another cultural sensation with The Last of Us, a big budget television take on the classic Playstation action-adventure game of the same name. It's been 10 years since this story took the gaming world by storm, but it's more relevant now than ever.
Dan & Brad are hanging this week as we have a very long intro sequence discussing this and that. We somehow stumble into deciding what the best TV Show and Movie are for MCU Phase 4. Not much to recommend this week. Brad says to check out "The Citadel" & then has some ideas for The Last of Us Season 2 on "MAX". Dan is getting ready for GOTG Part 3, which we will cover next week. We end the show discussing Rolling Stones list for the Top Comedies of the 21st Century. Do we agree? Not really. Thanks for listening! Have a topic suggestion? We have basically nothing but praise for HBO's The Last Of Us. In this episode, we break down exciting cameos and easter eggs, how this succeeds where other zombie shows fail, and how much we love the cast. Rate us 5 stars, cowards.

Take the robot to a boardgame café, because we're back for De Mol België Season 11 - and its visit (which we can take partial credit for) to Arizona! Over these nine weeks, two guys who always try and avoid uncomfortable situations with exes - Michael & Logan - are recapping and breaking down everything that happens as we try and work out who to get matching tattoos with, continuing with the fifth episode and elimination of Lieselot! In this episode - Logan does lunch, we wonder if there's a problem with loved ones (but not in a Michelle way), there's an announcement about the end of the season, Michael has an update on Harmstone Heights, Ruben knows exactly what he's doing, we go down a rabbit hole, our shows cross over, there's a Breaking Bad moment, Production intervenes, Logan is reminded of US Mole, we try and work out the logistics of filming with loved ones, Michael has an epiphany, we reveal the almost banner for this week, there are the latest updates to our Pool and First Suspicions, our fifth set of suspicions are locked in, the second challenge has an interesting dilemma and we predict an all-male Final Four. You can play along with this week's Bother's Bar Suspect List here. We will see you next week for Episode 6! Please note: This episode is intended on being spoiler-free, but references to any season we have already covered (WIDM 10, 14, 17-23 and Renaissance; België 4-10) may be made. There are also references to US Season 2 and UK Series 2 in this episode. Additional note: Very excited to announce our return to the finale again this year - who knows what mischief Michael will make? Social Media: Facebook Twitter Michael Logan Instagram YouTube Patreon

HBO has been a great content creator with heavy hitters like Game of thrones, true detective, succession and many more, and that was why I had hope when they announced The Last Of Us adaptation. The Last of Us video game has one of the best stories told in a video game and HBO Max did not disappoint the hard core fans when they adapted it.This is one of the best well put together stories and for it to work on two different platforms and to tell the same story well in different mediums and make it phenomenal was an impossible task cause of many previous failures but Neil Druckmann and HBO Max were able to do it!Don't forget to like, share, and subscribe to our channel for more thought-provoking content! You can also listen to the podcast on your favorite platform and visit the Los Wise Guys website below!loswiseguys.comhttps://linktr.ee/loswiseguysAnd be sure to follow the guys at:Dan - @lwg_danrosadoEslam - @lwg_eslamDisco - @emperor.disco#thelastofus #hbomax #hbothelastofus #playstation #pedropascal

So many have asked to share their thoughts on season one of HBO's The Last of Us that we thought, why don't we dedicate a show to it? He gets the chance to catch up to the host of the MCU's Bleeding Edge Jeff Sloboda, Daphine Matthew of Facebook's The Walking Dead Fan Base, and even our own Melinda Barkhouse-Ross to get their perspective on why this was such a massive hit and how it became a must-watch television event for millions every week of its fantastic run. Plus as a bonus, Himanish Goel stops by to talk about the Bollywood hit Pathaan and whether its massive success already will lead to a global phenomenon such as 2022's breakout Bollywood film, RRR.
