Equally as good poolside, sundown or early in a club.  After my 2 part Drum and Bass and Afro Tech mixes in recent weeks followed up with the Disco mashup at the weekend, it made sense to follow these up with some Progressive goodness. TranceFusion (Empty Streets)   Balearic Progressive Trance. First track "Empty Streets" is only a teaser. You WILL get a double dose of new Empty Streets remixes at the end of the set .. But you have to EARN IT! :)   Slowly re-embarking on the Trance voyage. I realized I had not uploaded "new Trance" since the beginning 2016. Starting here at the confine of Progressive and Trance. What prompted the change of mindset?   Two reasons: I looked at "House is a Journey" Spotify plays and was surprised that all the Trance uploads are getting large numbers of plays. Lars, a follower from way back, had requested some new Trance tunes. "Lars, I have another episode of Trance Mission lined up after this one. Pure Trance, Ganz für Dich, bitte warte eine woche!"   Good Trance tracks, at least within what I find tolerable for 80 minutes, are few and far between! Either it is insipid commercial Trance or 138 bpm frantic tunes I really cannot listen to for that long. Yet, between some remixed or re-edited classics and enough new tunes, I can comfortably go back to the Trance, mix new and old and proudly keep the flame lit. Set started to overrun the 80 minutes format and I will post a follow-up pure Trance Mission episode in the next few weeks. It will mark the end of Progressive House and Trance for a little while! // Episode 26: Based in Rijeka , Croatia, Pacco started DJ-ing in late 80s and was a long time resident DJ in many of the local clubs. Rudy B, a schooled musician and trumpet player, played in popular local bands (Jinx, Mayales) and is a lover of synthesized sound and production. In 2006, they started to work on some original tracks, and now have over 100 productions/remixes released mostly for Proton (USA) and other sub-labels, with support from some of the top artists in the industry such as Hernan Cattaneo, Nick Warren, Henry Saiz, John Digweed, and Eelke Kleijn, to name but a few! Апрельский выпуск программы пропитан теплом, любовью, нежностью и глубиной прогрессив звучания. Красивый хаус с уклоном в прогрессив - Maximum House как я его называю. Радует что именно прогрессив содержит в себе все эти качества. Ведь это живая музыка, живая по своему настроению, по своей сути. На самом деле, электронная музыка прекрасна, но в том виде, в котором ее преподносит индустрия на сегодняшний день, она требует грамотного прослушивания и жесткого фильтрования посредством диджеев и музыкантов. Порой можно просидеть целый день, чтобы отобрать 9-10 треков для радиошоу. Будем надеятся, что все изменится в лучшую сторону и люди начнут ценить музыку, ценить ее качество, не заполняя рынок так называемым "музыкальным шлаком". Каждый выпуск радиошоу имеет подробное описание, треклист с лейблами. Я стараюсь слушателю дать тот самый максимум, что называется приготовить блюдо, положить в тарелочку и преподнести. Ему же, слушателю, в свою очередь остается только вкушать все это. Но к большому сожалению, большая часть попросту не хочет слышать, не хочет учиться слышать и слушать, принимать все это. Намного проще записать очередной выпуск программы, загрузить ее на фтп радио, она прозвучит в эфире и так до следующего выпуска. Но я на протяжении месяца отбираю достойный материал, записываю музыку, даю ее слушателю абсолютно бесплатно, пишу описание, стараюсь научить ценить эти 9-10 работ. Ведь насколько приятно читать и одновременно слушать музыку, а также наоборот слушая - читать. Это ответ на часто задаваемый вопрос - почему Максимум только раз в месяц. Лучше реже, но качественнее. Каждый выпуск радиошоу имеет подробное описание, треклист с лейблами. Я стараюсь слушателю дать тот самый максимум, что называется приготовить блюдо, положить в тарелочку и преподнести. Ему же, слушателю, в свою очередь остается только вкушать все это. Но к большому сожалению, большая часть попросту не хочет слышать, не хочет учиться слышать и слушать, принимать все это. Намного проще записать очередной выпуск программы, загрузить ее на фтп радио, она прозвучит в эфире и так до следующего выпуска. Но я на протяжении месяца отбираю достойный материал, записываю музыку, даю ее слушателю абсолютно бесплатно, пишу описание, стараюсь научить ценить эти 9-10 работ. Ведь насколько приятно читать и одновременно слушать музыку, а также наоборот слушая - читать. Это ответ на часто задаваемый вопрос - почему Максимум только раз в месяц. Лучше реже, но качественнее. I didnt get a chance to make any mixes in December after the Dubai rugby 7s and before i left for my Christmas holidays in South Africa. I only just managed to squeeze this one in before the craziness of 2018 kicks in. I spent 2 nights record shopping and refining my selection before recording it the following night. Episode 99 is 33 tunes and 3 hours of deep, progressive uplifting goodness. Starting at 120 bm and building to 135+ at the end this will take you on a deep progressive journey. Waiting for my mixes is turning out to be like waiting for bus.......... My 3rd mix in a fortnight is what I am calling Chilled House. The 40 tunes I have handpicked take you on a 3.5hr journey through a few genres of down and then more medium tempo house music. Genres include progressive deep house, commercial house and what I call deep house which is not this stuff from last few years thats been branded deep house when its actually commercial but genuinely deeper house. There are some old skool, garagey and handbag house riffs throughout this mix. This set would be ideal to listen to by the pool, at a houseparty, while you are working or most definitely with a few sundowners. It would work as a decent warm up set with the last couple of tunes ready to link into a main room pumping progressive house set.
