Sooner or later many language teachers start to think about moving from offering only 1:1 lessons to group programs. But it's not as simple as grouping together your 1:1 clients based on their CEFR level and telling them „see you on Tuesday at 6 PM”. First of all, I'm not a fan of creating offers and marketing them based on language proficiency levels. I believe learning languages is not about jumping from one level to another. It's much more effective to create group programs for clients with similar challenges and needs. Before you start to create and market your group program you need to do the foundational work – know your audience, then create a minimum viable product and use information from your students to run an effective marketing campaign launch the best possible course. That's this week's episode of Get richer, teacher! podcast I talk all about creating and launching group programs.
