Season 4 is upon you, dear listeners, and the Richley boys. Joe wastes no time in declaring his love for an '80's musical masterpiece in a refurbished "Walk-Out" segment and the brothers head to a mansion outside of Kyoto, Japan in The Tattoo of Death, their latest foray into the ChooseCo-verse. In it, the brothers do their best to combine The Simpsons and Dungeons & Dragons in a madlib, discuss Joe's love for Matlock and discover his favorite member of The Beatles. The Richley boys are at it again. This time, they're looking into obtaining a "valid alligator trapping license" and determining if Rick Astley's iconic tune can save a fractured relationship. Spoiler alert: you bet it can! In addition, the brothers, fresh off their (frankly) unprecedented "victory" in The Lost Ninja saga, tempt fate once again and delve into another adventure from the good people at ChooseCo and meet Sprazzle.

The Richley brothers are making magic this week! After checking in with some Floridian sisters, Joe and John use an FMK segment as a thin veil to expound their love for one of the universe's greatest rappers/human beings. John also plans a trip to an amusement park with one of his favorite Chris Farley characters. Finally, the boys start their fourth ChooseCo adventure...Forecast from Stonehenge.

Still reeling from their bout with Zeus, the Richley brothers step into the drive-thru of a Floridian Taco Bell and do their best to determine the "fate of the taco". In addition, they muse over a road trip with a Jedi and send a beloved Office character to watch tv with their parents. Finally, Joe and John jump into their third ChooseCo adventure and tune up the Trumpet of Terror. Hopefully, this story doesn't end with a scorched planet! Netflix's Black Mirror episode "Bandersnatch", was interesting, frustrating, and award winning in (mostly) equal measure. But was it a "Choose Your Own Adventure"? The owners of that particular trademark, ChooseCo LLC, certainly don't think so, and by suing Netflix for it's use of the term, they have made their displeasure known. Now, having failed to get the suit kicked out of court, Netflix has decided to raise the stakes, filing a counterclaim that the "Choose Your Own Adventure" trademark is generic by its very nature, and that ChooseCo's rights to the same should be cancelled by the court. NERD LAW, 2019: Two unrelated but intriguingly similar trademark cases have made the rounds in the news this last week. Chooseco, the owner of the Choose Your Own Adventure franchise has brought a lawsuit to Netflix over Black Mirror: Bandersnatch and the tenuous if not honorific connections that movie has to the classic children's book series. In the world of video games, the Pinkerton Consulting & Investigations has sued Take Two––owners of Rockstar Games––for the apparent vilification of the company in the developer's highly successful late-2018 release, Red Dead Redemption 2.
