In this episode, we dive into the three essentials every entrepreneur needs to navigate collaborations with confidence: boundaries, agreements, and polarization. You'll discover how clear boundaries protect your time, energy, and vision without burning bridges, why written and verbal agreements create trust and prevent messy misunderstandings, and how leaning into polarization actually strengthens partnerships by keeping both sides aligned with their values. If you've ever struggled with partnerships that drained you instead of propelling you forward, this episode will give you practical tools to build connections that are both profitable and life-giving. This week's conversation begins with our usual fun, lighthearted rambling as we get caught up on all kinds of things, but then becomes more serious as Fran elaborates on a Facebook post she wrote several weeks ago about a scary situation in our hometown.  Fran shares how jail ministry gave her new perspective as the Lord continues to teach us so much about this world and all the people in it.   We hope this conversation causes each of us to consider who we are, what we believe, and what we hope for those desperately in need of Jesus.  Every single one of us is broken.  We all sin.  Our sins aren't the same, but sin is sin.  Good works can't save us.  Religion can't save us.  Only Jesus saves. The cross is proof that our greatest need has already been met in Jesus. “We've all wandered off, but the Good Shepherd came looking for us.” Isaiah 53:6. “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Romans 3:23 “For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.” Romans 6:23  “Jesus answered, ‘I am the way and the truth and the life.  No one comes to the Father except through Me.'” John 14:6 “But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.” Romans 5:8 “For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son, that whosoever believes in him will not perish, but will have everlasting life.” John 3:16 If you don't have a personal relationship with Jesus and have questions or want to talk further about any of this, please reach out!  We love y'all and always love hearing from you. Have you ever felt called to something big — but felt unqualified, unprepared, or even scared? In this episode of Chosen By Jesus with Kelley Tyan and Taylor Tyan, we dive deep into why God doesn't call the qualified — He qualifies the called. We share our own stories of starting scared — from teaching without experience, to launching a business with no formal training, to writing a book and stepping into ministry. If you've been waiting for perfect conditions, this is your sign to take the first step in faith. Through real-life examples and biblical encouragement, we'll show you how to trade the pain of regret for the blessing of obedience. You'll learn:   Why waiting until you “feel ready” keeps you stuck How God uses your weakness to display His power Practical ways to push past fear and take the next step What the Bible says about trusting God in uncertainty   Key Scriptures: Ecclesiastes 11:4 – Stop waiting for perfect conditions 2 Corinthians 12:9 – God's power in your weakness Proverbs 3:5-6 – Trust Him with the next step Hebrews 11:8 – Faith to go without knowing the whole plan   If you've ever said, “I'll start when I feel ready” — this episode will give you the faith-fueled push to start now. ⸻ Want to go deeper? This rest is necessary. We have so many habits and addictions waiting to devour us and we need to have rest physically and digitally from what can potentially overtake us. There are even so many opportunities for us to sin with the access that we have digitally.    Opportunity to covet. Opportunity to lust. Opportunity to put trust in man or self. Opportunity to fear. Opportunity to feel insecure. The list is long and its never what it was meant to be.    What did God intend this life to be about? Its always been about HIm. The glorification of our savior. To know HIM. To love HIM. To serve HIM. To point other people to him.   We need clarity and sobriety of our minds to do all these things well and what gives us clarity is to have more space for that clearer mind to happen. chrome://external-file/7%20Rhythms%20of%20a%20Disciple.pdf.pdf
