We're back! The Bruins made some big splashes on the first day of Free Agency, locking up Elias Lindholm and Nikita Zadorov. They essentially swap players with the Canucks as DeBrusk, Heinen, and Forbort sign with the Canucks. It is going to be BIZARRE to see Jake DeBrusk in another jersey after being a Bruin for 7 seasons. The Bruins also signed Max Jones, leaving them with just under $8M as negotiations with Swayman are ongoing. We give our thoughts on how the Bruins are constructed as of July 1st. Can Lysell make the jump? We then pivot to NHL-wide talk as a plethora of big-time moves were made on the opening day (or days leading up to) Free Agency, Please, let us know what you think and make sure to check out our twitters: Podcast - @LineChangesPod Alex - @bigbadbruins73 Brad - @bradiey98

Aight Folks! We recap the week that was for the Boston Bruins as they squashed a few (somehow) undefeated teams. First the Sabres with a homecoming for Linus Ullmark & Taylor Hall. Then head to the TD Garden to handle the Sharks at home. Ian eats some crow on Pastrnak and Forbort. Andrew gives another round of praise to Trent Frederic who is seemingly maturing before our very eyes. Stick taps to Marchand for being a golden god, plus injury concerns, the hilariousness of the Toronto situation, predictions, an update on the status Andrew's Buffalo cold take, and a new installment of the 'Short Sixty'. GET IN!
Aight Folks! Thomas returns and the boys quickly jump into a wrap up of preseason thoughts and impressions including who they think earned their spots, or failed to meet expectations. Froden, Freddy, Forbort, oh my! Who impressed? Who disappointed? Who belongs where and what will it take for the Short Shift crew to feel good about the first month of the upcoming regular season? And then the boys finish up by absolutely assaulting each other with a new installment of the "Short-Sixty"! This one goes off the rails, folks! GET IN!
