It's become easier to consider match-defining moments through these tracking and review systems' specialised cameras. Estás harta de la IA. De los prompt-bros de LinkedIn, de las formaciones, de hacer más con menos, sueldo y tiempo incluidos. Pero también de la crítica y, en general, de la geopolítica. De los apocalípticos de China. De los apocalípticos de Trump. De los apocalípticos de HAL 9000. Del espectáculo católico-neoliberal que te anima a aumentar la productividad por la mañana, a cuidar el jardín de reserva de la humanidad por la tarde y a encogerte de miedo por la noche. Lógico. Aunque apenas puedas precisar cómo se unen lo puntos, sí parece claro que ellos tienen un plan, una utopía y parece claro que no es la nuestra. En su utopía colapsamos, saturadas/os de productividad y de preocupación. Rendidas por hambre durante una parte de la semana y empachados la otra. Y en Pol&Pop, que nunca habíamos abordado el tema, nos sumamos al chorreo. Y como siempre es mejor con amigas, invitamos a Marga Padilla García, autora de “Inteligencia Artificial: Jugar o romper la baraja” (Traficantes de Sueños, 2025: https://traficantes.net/libros/inteligencia-artifical-jugar-o-romper-la-baraja ), y referente tecnopolítico, para pensar esta cosa que ha pasado a ocupar parcelas crecientes de nuestra vida. Una cosa jodida del presente es que nos pasa, pero apenas nos deja margen para pensarlo. Una cosa aún más jodida de la tecnología es que nos la hacen, antes los listos y ahora los ricos, y nos toca limitarnos a desear poder usarla sin que nos utilice demasiado. Por fortuna y con dificultades, la IA se está pensando en tiempo real y de forma creciente. Como señala Padilla, por debajo de todo el celofán de lo técnico, de lo inevitable y de lo infalible, hay una realidad política, contingente e incierta. En las IAs se decide qué riesgos se quieren evitar, entre qué factores se distribuyen los pesos y qué pesos se ponen en la balanza. Se decide qué tipo de respuesta se ofrece: la del tertuliano enciclopédico que ha sido mil veces formulada vs la pluralidad, el contraste, las críticas y las diversidades. También es una decisión política si usarla o no y en qué circunstancias. Si la IA ofrece una respuesta para todo, conectada urbi et orbi, o aborda un campo especializado dentro de un entorno controlado y local. Tampoco es infalible, como no lo es la percepción ni la razón humana, ni en su despliegue clínico, ni actuarial ni ahora automatizado. Al mismo tiempo, la manera tan fiel en que su invasión reproduce el esquema de desposesión y cercamiento de los comunes, con la privatización de nuestras propias formas de hablar, relacionarnos y conocer para ponerlas en el stock de gigantes tecnológicos es una llamada a la tecnopolítica. El terreno minado en el que la IA se inserta dentro de un contexto de productividad por chantaje y socialidad menguante es una llamada a la comunidad. La comunidad tecnopolítica es no quedarse fuera de lo que nos afecta y para eso resulta decisivo romper el círculo técnico de las primeras experimentaciones hacktivistas para mezclar a todos los saberes implicados, porque no hay una forma de no saber del contenido y despliegue de las relaciones humanas. En su utopía X, no hay una relación con lo otro ni con les otres que no se rija por la gramática del dominio y la utilidad. En este terreno ya liminal entre lo vivo y lo inerte, la pregunta no es si finalmente la máquina se rebelará, sino si nos juntaremos y, haremos la revuelta juntas.

El concepto de Ecocidio es una novedad que apareció enel ámbito jurídico hace relativamente poco tiempo. Se utiliza para definir todos los actos ilícitos que se realizan contra el ecosistema. El ecosistema es todo el ambiente que nos rodea, todo lo que nosotros nos servimos de nuestro planeta Tierra.La incorporación de esta figura nos lleva a estar muy compenetrados y felices de un futuro en el cual se va a revalorizar todo lo que pertenece a nuestra Madre Tierra. Y todo lo que la dañe va a ser encuadrado dentro de la figura del Ecocidio.Francia es una de las pioneras en este tema, porque además tiene desarrollado lo que se llama el Código Ambiental que reúne todas las leyes ambientales. Nosotros tenemos bastantes leyes pero son dispersas, descolgadas. Apuntamos a que en un futuro muy próximo nosotros copiemos estaidea y tengamos el código. Volviendo a la figura del Ecocidio, va a darle una forma a todos los delitos ambientales, como puede ser de los derrames petroleros, desmontes masivos, contaminaciones industriales, incendios.
