Have you ever wondered if what THINK affects your health? This week's book, Loving Yourself to Great Health shows how what you eat AND what you think is the key to great health. As a highly sensitive soul myself, I have found that what I feel and think have a GREAT impact on my body and overall well-being. But it's tough enough trying to figure out what to eat, it seems overwhelming to address thoughts too! In this episode, the third of the four-part series, Self-Love and Healing for Highly Sensitive Souls, I will share bits of wisdom and simple steps you can begin to take, just like Louise Hay did fifty years ago, to heal your life from the inside out. I hope this book becomes a treasured resource for you, one that you can return to again and again on your evolving healing journey. I would love to hear your own thoughts or experience with noticing how your thoughts affect your health. Leave a comment and let me know. Key learnings: Louise Hay, found of Hay House, was diagnosed with an uncurable illness in her forties. She lived to be ninety and was the picture of health and vitality. Louise says to keep your healing path simple; focus on what you give out, as that is what will come back to you. When you don't know what else to do, focus on love. Loving yourself makes you feel good, and good health is really about feeling good. “When you don't know what else to do, focus on love. Loving yourself makes you feel good, and good health is really about feeling good.” Louise Hay Click Here to purchase Loving Yourself to Great Health To join the Magnify Your Miracles membership, email me at frances@francesfayden.com If you love the image on the wall behind me of Mother Mary Blessing the World, you can order your own museum quality copy at www.deepaliu.com

A little while ago, I was listening to Heather Dane’s Hay House Radio show when her guest Arielle Ford—a relationship expert—shared a disclaimer that I think we should see far more often when talking about interpersonal relationships. And it is the following: Toxic Relationships Are Not Part of This Conversation - We should keep this in mind when we look at general information - An abuser has very different drives and motivations Recap of Heather Dane’s Hay House Radio show: http://heatherdane.com/your-relationships-your-health/ Talking to Crazy: How to Deal with the Irrational and Impossible People in Your Life: https://amzn.to/2L6EgCk --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/swanwaters/message
Fatigue, anxiety, depression and brain fog seem to be on the rise these days. If you are affected by any of these, you know they can get in the way of your life, relationships and work. Joining Heather is Board Certified Nutritional Consultant and Neurofeedback Specialist, Nora Gedgaudas.
Author, health consultant, and 20th-century medicine woman Heather Dane talks about the power of nutrition to nourish both body and soul. Heather describes how she healed herself from an eating disorder and took the situation into her own hands. She also talks about her work with Louise Hay and the body-mind connection. Heather explains how processed food creates disconnection and addiction, and lists the five “imposters” in our meals today that are wreaking havoc within us and our world. She goes on to share one of the fastest ways to feel better and less stressed, good sugar substitutes, and a short meditation to help you uncover what your body is trying to tell you. Listeners will also learn about the benefits of bone broth and how they can incorporate it into their diet in unexpected ways.
I have begun a new journey towards a potential new truth. I was introduced to health coach Morley Robbins by my friend Heather Dane, who is also a health coach. Morley is passionate about health and is teaching me the importance of minerals in our body. At this point, I am willing to consider this information and see how my body responds to the change. In the meantime, I greet this challenge with a healthy skepticism and I would like to invite you to witness my journey.

www.AlternativeHealthTools.com Chef Lance Roll says "Love is the ultimate spice." Simple Bone Broth to AMAZING Bone Broth: I get asked all the time, "how do I use this broth?" First, I want to state that we create all of our broths to medicinal quality using the traditional brewing method to ensure the highest nutrient density and the most delicious flavor. We like to call it what it is, a traditional sipping broth. That said, over the next few weeks I'll share my top favorite ways to use our very own bone broth. Each of the recipes to follow builds off the next and know that there are many variations according to your likes and dislikes. Before we begin, a lot of you also wonder, "what time of day and how much should I consume?" Again, this is very subjective but it has been suggested that drinking broth in the morning is a great way to charge up your day. I like to have at least one cup of broth a day. The science also supports using the broth at night as the broth then gives the intestinal lining a nice coating of gelatin that can be effective in healing all sorts of gut issues. As the body rests and rejuvenates during sleep, the immune system within the gut is getting much needed nutrients and the collagen/gelatin is helping to heal the actual surface of the digestive system allowing for greater absorption of nutrients and overall healing! Now let's ease into things with my first "recipe," The Basic Cup. To make The Basic Cup, simply use 8 - 10 ounces of your favorite flavor of The Flavor Chef Bone Broth, add a pinch of Real Salt, heat and enjoy! That was easy! Of course, everyone has a preference for the type of salt they like. We like and use Real Salt. We just ask that you utilize a quality sea salt that contains a high concentration of naturally occurring minerals. This ensures the highest nutrient density and keeps in line with our real traditional and healing food mentality. More on “Simple Bone Broth to AMAZING Bone Broth.” Health Tip Love yourself.
