Jason Sosa - A.I. Strategist & Entrepreneur Much more at: www.fullexposurepodcast.com/sosa Jason Sosa is one of the top artificial intelligence strategists working today. For a guy who barely graduated from high school with a 0.98 GPA and never went to college, his tremendous success as a high tech generalist and serial entrepreneur would have seemed impossible to predict. More than one of his high school teachers told him he might be better off digging ditches for a living, but Jason followed whatever allured him and gave him the emotional fuel to keep going. Gifted with the ability to effortlessly explain where the most complicated technologies are headed and more importantly how they will impact our lives, this might be one of the most interesting conversations for us to put into a time capsule and open it up in 10 years and see where Jason hit the mark. Jason Sosa, founder and CEO of Blackbox AI (blackboxai.com), delivers an overview of his company's visionary approach to improving the way we work and connect. Blackbox AI's mission is to help corporate and industrial teams better understand and enact advancing technologies such as AI, Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, Blockchain, Computer Vision and other technologies to solve challenging business problems. As Sosa explains, Blackbox AI is a decentralized talent platform that allows entrepreneurs to focus on what they do best by providing a means for them to modify their skills from anywhere in the world. With talent comprised of PhDs, executives, and technologists, Blackbox AI strives to bring leaders and business minds together by using machine learning to optimize information and match teams and projects to those who are best suited for the tasks, regardless of where they are physically located in the world. This is the backbone, Sosa states, for creating smart contracts. Regarding payment, Blackbox AI utilizes a token system that creates a trust transaction for people in the network who are working together. Blackbox AI looked to cryptocurrency to solve their problem of building a brand new economic model that they refer to as ‘boosted capitalism,' a system in which workers find a deeper meaning in the work they do. Essentially, Blackbox AI seeks to enable people to open up their network, work on the projects they choose, from anywhere they exist. The groundbreaking vision of Blackbox AI empowers people to have a third alternative regarding work. As opposed to just working for corporate as many do, or working for yourself (which comes with a whole host of issues such as the need for marketing and legal, and so on), Blackbox AI offers a solution that capitalizes on the best parts of both systems. By decentralizing the traditional work platform, connections are extended deeper creating an optimum situation in which team members and project operators, managers, entrepreneurs, executives, and technologists can come together. The technology-based alternative work expert discusses how his company protects against fluctuations in the economy by holding client revenues in reserve to be available for liquidity into the AI ecosystem. Blackbox AI's platform is helping to solve the feast or famine problem that freelancers often face as they go from lean periods to periods of excessive incoming work. Sosa refers to his platform and network as a type of co-op with guard rails that embodies a level of higher trust amongst respected, intelligent individuals seeking to accomplish their goals and commit to projects that interest them.

2017's final month is upon us, and this year has been far kinder to all of us boxing fanatics than previous years have been. And we're still not done! This weekend on HBO, Miguel Cotto fights for (what he says is) the final time, taking on Sadam Ali, who is moving up a division for the clash. It's less-than-ideal, but Cotto is still a massive draw and an important figure in boxing. Whether or not he fights on after this is tougher to know. Last weekend, also on HBO, Sergey Kovalev made a successful return following the Andre Ward debacle(s) by thrashing Vyacheslav Shabranskyy in 2 rounds. The tripleheader also brought us scraps between Sullivan Barrera and Felix Valera, and Yuriorkis Gamboa and Jason Sosa. Both had their share of controversy, per usual. What about the state of the heavyweight division? Deontay Wilder's hopes for presiding over it? Upcoming bouts? We're going there. We're heading right into the middle of the year, and already 2017 has been rather kind to boxing fans. There has been no shortage of exciting fights and many have even been meaninigful. Over the next month or two, things get interesting in boxing and we should get more fireworks. This weekend on HBO, one of boxing's most talented and flashy performers, Vasyl Lomachenko, takes on a worthy contender in Jason Sosa. It's not the five star bout everyone might hope, but it's a very respectable scrap, and one that offers Lomachenko the opportunity to make a huge statement. In the HBO openers, Oleksandr Usyk and Oleksandr Gvozdyk make appearances against Michael Hunter and Yunieski Gonzalez, respetively. It's an all-Ukraine feature, and it should be worthy. This week on KGB Radio, Brin-Jonathan Butler and Patrick Connor preview this weekend's HBO card, but also talk the state of boxing in the U.K., Anthony Joshua vs Wladimir Klitschko and more. Well, Monte Carlo didn't really live up to its glamorous setting did it? Opponents dropping out, diabolical judging and a Heavyweight that ran a marathon for 12 rounds. Thank God for Swifty and Jason Sosa who gave us a real war for the Super Featherweight world title. We also discuss the positive move from BT Sport to air more boxing via their partnership with Frank Warren and Boxnation.
