Episode #363: "Iceman" John Scully is a former professional boxer and world-ranked light heavyweight contender who compiled a record of 38-11 (21 KOs) from 1988 to 2001. He challenged for the IBF light heavyweight title against in 1996 and faced elite opponents throughout his career. A decorated amateur standout, Scully won multiple Golden Gloves titles, the 1987 National PAL championship, and earned a bronze medal at the 1988 U.S. Olympic Trials. Since retiring, he has become a respected boxing trainer, guiding light heavyweight world champions Chad Dawson and assisting in training Artur Beterbiev, among others.
