Let the words of his peers tell you just how accomplished this multi-platinum artist is: “Kenny Olson is one of the best rock guitarists on the scene…” Keith Richards – Rolling Stones “I love listening to Kenny play. He’s got a real voice with his guitar, which is a rare talent.” Paul Rodgers-Bad Company “Kenny is and always will be considered part of the Metallica family. As for his guitar playing – that simply speaks for itself and needs no further comment.” -James Hetfield of Metallica

This week, Bushy was in Nashville, TN, for the 3rd Annual Rock and Pod Expo. He was fortunate enough to be able to sit down and chat with some great people. First, you'll hear an amazing interview with Michael Sweet, front man of Stryper, with assistance from Mr. Ralph Viera from Rock and Metal Combat Podcast. Next, Bushy has a great, candid talk with Mr. Kenny Olson, that went so well, he told Bushy he wants to do our show AFTER the expo, when time could be arranged. And then, Bushy was able to chat with a young band out of Memphis, TN, Land/Divided. They did a great job, and you'll hear one of their songs right after the interview. An amazing weekend all around, and we hope that some of that was captured in these talks. Special thanks to Michael Sweet, Kenny Olson and Land/Divided for sitting down with me.

Original member of Kid Rock's Twisted Brown Trucker Band Kenny Olson brings some amazing stories this week! Devil Without a Cause was unleashed on the world 20 years ago and it's place in music history is solidified. Kenny Olson In this long-form talk, Kenny Olson gives the backstory of how a diverse group of Detroit musos found each other, blended together a sound like no other, and went out and dominated the world. The late 90's were a difficult time for guitar driven rock music. The grunge era had come to an end and the mainstream world was preoccupied with pop tarts and boy bands rising up the charts. To have a foul-mouthed white rapper spitting bars over a rhythm section that would make Motown proud and a guitar duo that could simultaneously belt out the blues while ripping your face off sharing space on TRL is one of the most unique success stories we've ever heard. Kenny Olson goes incredibly in depth in this long for talk; sharing stories on the making of the album as well as experiences that came out of its success. You'll also get an update on the amazing things he's been up to since including his new band 7 Day Binge. We hope you enjoy Albums Unleashed - Devil Without a Cause and SHARE with a friend! We’re heading to the home of Redneck Blinds https://redneckblinds.com Deer Hunting – Redneck Blinds – TJ Pugh and we’re going to talk with TJ Pugh. TJ is the Chief Marketing Director for Redneck Blinds and TJ, in the warm-up we’ve been talking about a lot of things, folks, so take some notes. And some of the things we’re going to talk about you’re going to maybe question or say, “I don’t know if I would do that.” Well, listen to the whole thing on an open mind, with an open wind, because things are changing in the whitetail woods about the ability to do all-day sits, the ability to have kids in stands, the ability to have veterans in stands or people like myself that got some screws in their body. And we’ll share a story about one of my friends at KO Farms that he can’t sit outside below zero, and now he can. So, TJ, welcome to the show. Thanks, Bruce. Thanks for having us. We appreciate you inviting on the show and we look forward to talking hunting and I hope your guests enjoy it. Well, I love talking hunting, but I want to stay right where we were. And, you know, I’ve got some pieces in my body that don’t belong there, and my friend Kenny Olson at KO Farms definitely has. And he bought some of your blinds and now he can stay below zero, Wisconsin, gun season, and he can sit out all day in perfect comfort. Why? Because he has a propane tank into a furnace on a thermostat and he keeps it right around 40 degrees. And let’s talk about the ability of your blinds and other companies’ blinds that allow people to have…to be comfortable yet still hunting. Let’s talk about that.
