Anna Lechleiter works with people who have never been able to speak, and who have spent their lives being treated as though they had nothing to say. She is a Spelling to Communicate practitioner, and her job is to give non-speakers a way to tell the world what has been going on in their heads all along. She explains why speech is a motor problem rather than a thinking one: the words are there, but the brain cannot reliably drive the body that produces them. That distinction changes how non-speaking people are assessed, educated and spoken to, because almost every standard autism assessment measures motor control and reports the result as intelligence.Anna talks Laura through what happens in a session, from stencil boards to a keyboard, and tells the story that changed her mind completely: a young man called Caoimh, a letter board, and a freezing afternoon when he spelled out that he hoped it would snow. The last stretch belongs to the spellers themselves, as Anna reads the words of Max, Caoimh and Megha in their own language.
Hamwa wieder was gelernt. 2. 5. The Batman review. Me and Nalin Pitre continue our review of the movie 'The Batman'. We did the pros. It's cons time. look, I liked this movie and gave it an 8 out of 10. However nothing in life is perfect and I give some of my negatives I found while watching it. Agree or disagree if you want. Everyone is entitled to their opinion. So cop a squat, listen and tell me what you think.
The Batman review: Conclusion. So this last part is less of a review and more of a. If they make a sequel how to not make it suck. And what Batman talk wouldn't include a comparison between Batman past and present. Minus Adam West because as we all know. He is THE BATMAN. I'd like to thank Nalin Pitre for spending a decent amount of time sitting down with me and making the episode happen. Hope you guys enjoyed it.
Buckle up for this 4 part review of 'The batman'. Joined by my peoples Nalin Pitre. We go in-depth about this flick talking about the pros and cons of it all. We're movie and comic geeks so we have a lot to say. Part one starts the pros of the movie. We talk about one of the man characters of every Bat flick: Gotham itself and past depictions of it. We disagree on the Tim Burtons Batman version on whether it holds up or not. Also we talk about the detective noir version of this Batman and more in this part1.
Review of 'The Batman; continues. Still joined by Nalin Pitre continue down the rabbit hole that is The Batman. In this part we go in-depth on the pros and the characters. Year 2 Batman, Cat Woman, The Penguin, The Riddler, Alfred, the Waynes and detective Gordon.
We talk about todays youth compared to our era. (Went to a family members daughters sweet 16), and how I don't envy this generation. Then we go to the "right way" of how to say no to asking for a number as opposed to the "wrong way" of the same scenario. Also I was liked into being a follower. lol. Strange days. And somehow that rolled into a little bit of wrestling talk.

The main topic of discussion are the fact that doctors are giving out to people "don't weigh me" cards. And the also fact it's being defended. What in the overly sensitive world is going on? Other than that (being the bulk of the discussion) we briefly talk bout 80's action movies and even more briefly the super bowl.

Happy New Year & we are back. We jump right into 'The Matrix 4' and give our opinions on it. 1 person hated it. 1 person was like eh. And 1 person got something out of it. Debate with us as we take the red pill and plug in. *Spoilers**
