On the docket is a walk down memory lane as they both reminisce on their time in USA Wrestling Junior Nationals over in Fargo, ND, where Henry is currently. Kamaru gives us an insider view straight from his seat at the analysts table during UFC Fight Night in Denver last week. Thug Rose stole the show, Henry's cracking an egg on his head, and Kamaru has been impressed by a relatively new rising star in Montel Jackson, who had met the Nigerian Nightmare years ago. This weekend is another sneaky good card... more than a couple fights have the guys excited. Bias aside, Mohammed Usman opening the Prelims with a heavyweight bout sets the stage for an eventful evening. Some old favorites are resurfacing... read: The Korean Superboy is back in action. Bruno Silva vs. Cody Durden is another one to keep an eye on. And in the very same night, Jake Paul vs. Mike Perry step inside the ring.Beyond Saturday's UFC and Boxing events, there are a few distant and not-yet official matchups that, despite both those adjectives, are worth a quick word... and best of all, Kamaru gives us his take on what a potential WW opponent looks like for his return. To close out the call the guys debate their Olympic matchups in a randomized Decathlon of sports outside of wrestling; Shot Put, 100m Sprint, Gymnastics, 100m Freestyle, Beach Volleyball, Ping Pong, Tennis, Breakdancing, Diving and Golf. We hope everyone is having a great week, and we hope to get it started off right with a fun episode! We start things off talking about the main event performance for Rose Namajunas as she gets back in the win column. We also discuss what this win does for Thug Rose, as she is still relatively new to the flyweight division. We also spend a little bit of time talking about the rest of the card. Although it was not star-studded, there were still some great performances. But one of the not-so-great performances even prompted our very own Nate to go on a bit of a tangent, addressing regions needing to evolve in the MMA landscape. From there, we move on to making our picks and predictions for this coming weekend's UFC Fight Night Atlantic City. We give picks for the main event, which features Erin Blanchfield vs. Manon Fiorot, and the co-main, featuring Vincente Luque vs. Joaquin Buckley. We even dropped an exclusive, impromptu announcement about our plans for UFC 300! Lastly, we jump into some news. We talk about a wide range of things, including the UFC antitrust lawsuit being settled, the Conor McGregor fight timeline, and Bellator announcements. Like always, please be sure to like, comment, rate, and subscribe.
Rose Namajunas notched a win over Amanda Ribas in the main event of UFC Vegas 89 last night. With a win at 125, “Thug” Rose is looking for her way to a title shot in her second division. Chapters: 0:00 Intro 0:10 Rose Namajunas isn't the same at 125 6:37 Amanda Ribas fought well 11:55 Edmen Shahbazyan REALLY wants to grapple 14:57 Youssef Zalal returns! 19:14 We biting now? Rose Namajunas is trying to find new life in her new weight class of 125. After going two time champion at 115, she believes women's flyweight is her new home. I'm not so sure. After her loss to Manon Fiorot in her debut I question has time passed Rose Namajunas by? She's only 31 but it looks as if she's slower and relies on her tactics instead of speed. Regardless, Rose Namajunas looked acceptable against Amanda Ribas, a fight which she should have won and did so. Amanda Ribas, on the other hand, over performed by my own estimation. She wasn't supposed to look as good as she did but has shown some improvements. That said, her game is too shallow for a fighter like Rose Namajunas, who has a deep tool kit. Amanda Ribas is ranked in two divisions and, being the tweener she is, will keep doing so. This loss to Rose Namajunas was just another bump in the road for Amanda Ribas. Edmen Shahbazyan and his weird rib cage returned with another win at UFC Vegas 89. He beat AJ Dobson and got hurt in the process. That said, Edmen Shahbazyan really showed that he's been working on his grappling and really went after that rear naked choke. In the end, he got the finish via submission and all is well. Edmen Shahbazyan doesn't need to rush his career at only 26. A couple years of these types of fights will do him good. After he was cut from the UFC, I questioned why they had done so to Youssef Zalal. He's a great fighter with great hands, the exact type of fighter the UFC enjoys. But after an 0-3-1 run, including a loss to Ilia Topuria, Zalal was cut. Now he's back after just over a year and a half gone. He choked out Billy Quarantillo to show us that he's improved in his time away. I think Youssef Zalal has a bright future ahead of him in the UFC's featherweight division. Lastly, we will bust out the ole Jaws theme and talk about Igor Severino biting Andre Lima and getting subsequently disqualified and cut from the UFC. GOOD! There's no place for that blatant type of cheating in the sport.

Thug Rose, Kamaru Usman, Aaron Rodgers, and NFL Week 10 Picks! #NFL #SuperBowl56 #CaneloAlvarez
Packed house for episode 52 and the sports world did not disappoint this week! Episode opens with a reaction to the Raiders vs Giants game from 2 of the members that saw their teams face off this week. After the intro, the guys give the Braves their flowers after winning the World Series and we even managed to remain completely unbiased when showing the Astros the respect they deserve. Aaron Rodgers was in the news as I'm sure everybody is aware and the guys give you their thoughts on the matter and Russell Wilson's hype tape nauseates one of the hosts. Afterwards the guys get into everything that went down in Week 9 of the NFL including the ups and downs, heartbreaks and prayers answered and point out every fraudulent act committed by teams this weekend. Later on, we switch our attention over to the NBA where even legends provided us with something to talk about as Scottie Pippen continues to drag MJ to sell things, this time it happens to be a book. Ben Simmons and 76er continue to dance around each other while teams are still expressing interest in Simmons, the Washington Wizards hot start, Bulls continue to impress this time beating the bricks off Brooklyn (are they going to have to trade Kyrie?), Lakers look awful withou LeBron even in wins and Luka Doncic continues to make a case for most clutch player in the league after another game winner. We finish up the NBA with homer talk as always but this week basketball alone isn't the only discussion to be had as an altercation broke out between Markieff Morris and reigning MVP Nikola Jokic, the Warriors are 9-1 and Steph Curry is still the greatest shooter on planet earth. The fighting world of sports had one of its best weekends as we saw Canelo Alvarez defeat Caleb Plant, in the UFC we saw Kamaru Usman defeat Colby Covington, Thug Rose showed out and Chris Barnett solidifies that it is in fact Big Boy SZN. Can't thank you guys enough for checking us out, Subscribe to never miss an episode and we'll see you guys next week
