Teen Wolf, le film Depuis son lancement en 2011, Teen Wolf avait réussi à captiver les fans avec son mélange d'action surnaturelle, de mystère et de drame adolescent. Avec des personnages attachants mené par Tyler Posey ou un rôle qui a propulsé la carrière de Dylan O'Brien, un univers riche en mythologie, l'arrêt après 6 saisons avait été difficile à accepter. C'est pour ça que Paramount a annoncé quelques années après la fin qu'un téléfilm allait avoir lieu. Alors que la pleine lune se lève, les quatre adolescents se réunissent pour percer le secret qui les relie : la morsure et le sang d'un loup-garou. La série a fait parler d'elle par la présence d'une figure incontournable du petit écran puisque Sarah Michelle Gellar fait partie du casting principal. La série a l'ambition de créer de la tension qui monte crescendo en reprenant les codes de l'horreur. Alors qu'il cache ses pouvoirs magiques interdits car toute magie a été bannie par Uther, Merlin se retrouve plongé dans un tourbillon d'aventures et de défis, où il devra affronter des sorciers maléfiques, des créatures mythiques et des trahisons politiques. Évidemment Gwen et Morgana sont présentes et ce quatuor rend les personnages de Merlin sont diablement attachants. Les effets spéciaux marques de fabrique de la série apportent un côté accessible à tous. Happy Wine Wednesday my fellow long suffering Teen Wolf fans! Happy Wine Wednesday! Two new spectacular guests to the pod - Laura Stone and Devil Doll - join me this week for the home going services of Derek Hale.   Grab your wine and join us as we unpack our feelings about the Teen Wolf movie.  Laura and Devil Doll are both passionate Teen Wolf fans and I had the best time talking about this mess with them. Before getting into this mess of a movie, I asked Laura and Devil Doll for their reflections on Teen Wolf as a series.  We then get into our deep dive of the movie.  We take the "compliment sandwich" approach to this conversation. We've got a very robust set of grievances with this film sandwiched between very thin layers of compliments.  It should come as no surprise that we kick off our critical thoughts about the film with the many, many crimes committed by Jeff Davis against Derek Hale.  We chat about the messy ways in which this film tries to grapple with the absence of Dylan O'Brien and you better believe we talk about the egregious treatment of Arden Cho.  We also lament that Jeff Davis decided to celebrate the opportunity to infuse more adult content into the film thanks to it being on Paramount Plus by giving us a sprinkling of profanity and ass shots - hence the title of this episode. Roby is the former lead singer of 6 String Drag, which he formed with bassist Rob Keller in the early 1990s, a band which quickly became one of the more notable bands of the Americana movement. The band's style ranged from old style country with a hint of soul and gospel to rock. While 6 String Drag broke up in the late 1990s, Roby continues to make records and play live shows with the Mercy Filter, which includes Scott McCall of $2 Pistols. Its has been 4 months since we last saw these characters, Scott hasn't talked to Allison since they broke up and he decides to get a tattoo to reward himself for this achievement. Allison is back from spending 4 months in France, and she has an agreement with her father that they will continue to stay in Beacon Hills as long as they stay out of the supernatural. Lydia has gotten over Jackson, and has been caught up to speed on the supernatural.
