Look at all opportunities for revenue in the future. Your microscope if your business. Set deadlines and goals with timeline and responsibilities to an owner. Hire remarkable people. Do they have the desire and belief in the business or are they just bought in to have a job? Bring out the best in your people. It is your responsibility for your success.
