Although it's hard sometimes when we see someone walking through our personal forest and they decide to be a pyro or throw a cigarette still burning into the dried out bushes, that we seemingly have not yet given its water moisture from nurturing our own Spirit and Mind. But what if we could change all of that before someone could even enter the forest in which we dwell..? Would it change the wildlife that lives within the creativity of our hearts and minds or would we set Ablaze to our own fires during the seasons of heat and Change because we did not get prepared for those things that we know we should do..? "We Will Get Through This" Frank Figliuzzi was with the FBI for 25 years, most notably serving as the Bureau's Assistant Director who headed the counterintelligence division. He also was appointed the FBIs chief inspector position, overseeing sensitive internal inquiries. A graduate of Fairfield University and UConn School of Law, Figliuzzi currently is a Nationaal Security analyst for NBC news and an in-demand public speaker. His new book "The FBI Way" is a user-friendly tour through the bureau's code of excellence. Figliuzzi demonstrates that not only are the core values of code, conservancy, clarity, consequences, compassion, credibility and consistency hallmarks of the FBI, they are universal truths that could guide anyone in any discipline through any situation. I need to just put out there, that when you see the beginning, you will ultimately understand the end and that is always going to be "#Do It Scared"! Some of you may see that statement and say... what do you mean by that Lex? Well, I will tell you my dear familianz and friends, exactly that. Through this life, we have to do so many things where we pump ourselves up just to have the adrenaline of saying that we're doing something it seems and through those times we also make meticulous errors and or complications to come along purposely because we are too scared to face those things no matter what playing field they're on ohhhh, yes. I know all too well about this! But what happens when we do the things that scare us the most? Rather from leaving a bad relationship or abusive situation, to being able to finish the certification we wanted or launching different projects we always had in store, possibly starting a new life abroad or taking a chance on planting a new Garden or anything that Sparks our hearts imagination of endless possibilities. What if all that, would come into full bloom once we do actually, do it scared? Here we have our beautiful spirited and wonderful guest expert, "Zee Najarian" but I like to call her "Dr. Zee'! :) Who's going to be taking us on this journey to go into the depths of our hold backs because sometimes we just have to cut it short and get straight to the nuts and bolts of things. I have learned personally and from waiting around and waiting for that moment, where I'm not terrified or scared to make those moves happen, to cut people out of my life or circumstances that no longer suit me or the path that I now walk upon, or just simply being to the point of where I'm always waiting for the perfect moment and we seemingly wait for this mysterious perfect moment that never comes and then we're too scared to realize we should have done it scared, in order to be where we know we should have been already. Although please just remember everyone, it is never too late and the only way to move that forward and understand why we need to do it scared and do it now, is exactly what we're talking about! Could it be any clearer than to quote it just as we did right here? What is our belief of perception exactly? Is it just simply the way we look at a tree rooted in the ground or could it be the way that we taste the same drink as a million other people have ordered but yet and still, there's a million different tastes in which, that one drink has given every single person that has tasted it. Everything is a belief and a belief of our belief to every perception. Rather we look at the spouse that has cheated on the other and said "ohhhh, what a tragedy", and yet that other person that has been cheated on for example, finds a very deep connection with themselves and the love of their life further in their path, rather it be a cold night downtown in a jail cell or sleeping on the bench in a park and for a lot of those who are out there struggling even more so in this covid-19 era, the coin has been flipped for good and not so well. So, do we believe that this perception is here to excel us forward or are we ultimately succumbing to the perception of not believing that something better is waiting or The Best Is Yet To Come, depending on the circumstance one is living in. In the world that already had its stacked up issues with everything slowing down enough to realize the human factor, now it's even more vital and more exposed from the untouched parts that are now revealed from behind the closed doors, especially since covid-19 has twisted and changed our lives unexpectedly! For some, it has turned out to be for the better and for many out there, it has turned into a nightmare on a more grander scale, not just by the economy, jobs, Healthcare systems and or the prejudices and the racisms more Amplified, although these are major factors as well that are very important! But by the seemingly continuous cycle of the abuses and the terrors that we've silently lived because we never broadcasted them outward to others. Rather it be from a spouse that cannot seem to keep their hands to themselves when they get upset or the bills staggering and not knowing what to do with our children going to school and our bodies getting sick, it seems as though we still take the excuse upon ourselves to say "#But We Love Them"! How much and how many days can we be open and accepting to the harm that creates our emotional state or make excuses for the emotional state of others because we choose to continue to accept the harm. So many of us have lost loved ones and have also contemplated the worst possible scenarios, instead of seeking out the brighter side of life and or the help that is always made available if we'd just break free! The one thing we must do in order to create this change, is be willing to embrace the change that is awaiting to be unfolded. We always have a choice and there is always a choice that has been created for every problem and solution that we have and it is up to us to know that we can make and take that choice anytime we allow ourselves to and unto others. It's time to say goodbye to the Tanners, Fullers and Gibblers in Fuller House Season 5's Series Finale Our Very Last Show, Again. Today I covered Fuller House S5E18: Our Very Last Show, Again, which aired on June 2, 2020. In this episode the girls's wedding day is filled with one problematic disaster after another, and new opportunities could be leaving this house a lot less fuller. I really enjoyed this episode . This finale had a lot of heart and had an emotional punch to it that left me in tears, some of them happy tears. I hope you all enjoy this episode. Join me next week for the first of two in honor of Father's Day and Danny Tanner Episodes Full House S1E6: Daddy's Home, which aired on October 23, 1987. Hey Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Together, We're Gonna Find Our Way: An Unofficial Silver Spoons. Today, I covered S4E21: The Way We Weren't, which aired on March 2, 1986. In this episode with Kate and Rick both out of the house, Edward is left alone with his ex-wife. I liked Rick being a Disc Jockey or DJ, that was fun, he seemed like a natural. This whole thing with Evelyn and Edward for the majority of the episode was a real slog to get through. She infuriated me to no end and Edward needed to man up and tell her that her actions are inappropriate. I mean, Evelyn was all up on Edward like she wanted to make out with him. I could get Kate's hesitation to leave them alone together, but she was called out of town. Evelyn didn't need to hang out there if Rick wasn't there, she could have gone back to her hotel. Join me next week for S4E22: A Family Affair, which aired on March 16, 1986. In this episode Ricky is dating a girl named Jeannie. And when they have a spat, her father wants to see Edward. Dexter tells him that he might be "connected" to the mob. And when he arrives he tells Edward to tell Ricky to apologize to his daughter. Edward refuses but when a strike at one of his companies is settled after the man tells him it would work out, Edward thinks he made the union settle so that Edward would be beholden to him. Today, I decided to cover Fuller House S5E10: If The Suit Fits, which aired on June 2, 2020. In this episode Uncle Joey throws a surprise triple engagement party, and Steph and Fernando practice mingling with their future in-laws. Steve reaches out to DJ's boys. I really enjoyed this one and thought it was a solid episode. Things pick right back up 6 months later and Ramona is nice enough to catch everyone (us, the viewers) up, just in case we forgot the there are now three weddings to plan. Lest we forget that awesome dance proposal in the street with the song "Let's Get Married" by The Bleachers from back in December 2019.
