Ash originally found recovery in 2015 with local meetings. After leaving support groups when her son was born, she returned in 2023 to find more support than ever through zoom meetings. There, she met people who were happy, joyous and free. She knew she desperately wanted what they had, so she began to do what they did. And she will always be grateful for those who have gone before her. STANDING STILL WHILE MOUNTING - MEREDITH HODGES - LUCKY THREE RANCHIt starts with good nutrition and being fed on schedule to reduce anxiety.Ground training is essential, using a logical approach.Begin mounting in the Round Pen first - using a mounting block.Desensitize your mule with gentle strokes to the body to learn his sensitive areas. Start with a mounting block to eliminate pulling on the saddle.Have an assistant work with you for safety reasons. Sit quietly for a minute before walking on after mounting.Train your mule to understand the command "WHOA."Train your mule to understand the command "STAND" when you are ready to mount him. Use the reward system to let him know he is doing well. Balance your weight when stepping up into the saddle and stepping down.English riders - remove both feet from stirrups when dismounting.Western riders position their foot in the left stirrup to eliminate getting hung up. Ride in a saddle that is comfortable for your mule and a proper fit for you the rider. This will eliminate potential hazards.Mule Talk is an Every Cowgirl's Dream production - www.EveryCowgirlsDream.Com www.MuleTalk.Net Meredith Hodges Interviews: www.LuckyThreeRanch.Com/Podcast-Appearances/
Kelvin Washington and Kerry Rhodes continue their deep dive into the New York Knicks’ future—and the conversation gets heated. Kelvin argues the Knicks can’t afford to stay stagnant in a league defined by parity, saying New York should at least listen to offers for Karl-Anthony Towns as the team searches for a true championship path. Whether it’s a blockbuster move involving a superstar like Giannis or a different shake-up, Kelvin makes it clear: running it back with KAT may not be enough. Kerry pushes back, defending Towns’ impact and legacy—going as far as suggesting Hall of Fame-level credentials—while questioning whether moving on is the right call. Kelvin isn’t buying it, challenging the Hall of Fame argument and doubling down on his stance that the Knicks need to be aggressive this offseason. ➡️ Should the Knicks stick with KAT or make a major move? The debate is on.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Paulina identifies as being addicted to self, focusing not on the behaviors (as they are a symptom) but instead living from unselfish love, which is her Higher Power. This includes unlearning codependent behaviors. She defines her recovery as eternally spiritually detoxing from earthly programming and living in pure bliss. Souls are sent to earth to evolve by practicing, like bumper cars with different people and situations is what has God revealed to her. She spoke to us on Saturday on identifying God-love in Relationships.Reco12 is an open-to-all addictions and afflictions organization, dedicated to exploring the common threads of the differing manifestations of alcoholism; sharing tools, and offering hope from those walking a similar path. You are either going forward in your Christian life or backward but you are never standing still. You are either closer to God today than ever before or someone has moved AND I guarantee you it isn't Him. The older we get in our Christian walk the more we tend to believe we have arrived and don't read our Bibles as we once did. Our prayer life and devotional life slacks---even church attenance since Covid has taken a hit.

Is AEW relying too much on the same stars for every top storyline, and has the time come to open things up a bit more? In this deeply honest and reflective conversation, Dr. Felecia Froe welcomes back Krisstina Wise for a very different kind of discussion from their previous appearance. Instead of focusing on wins and strategies, they explore the realities most people avoid, including loss, intuition, risk, shame, resilience, and what it actually takes to stay in the game long term. This episode is candid and unfiltered and includes occasional strong language as part of an authentic conversation about real-life experiences. Krisstina opens up about a brutal year that included near–seven-figure risk, broken trust, and the emotional toll of not listening to her intuition. Together, she and Felecia examine why every form of wealth-building involves risk, why even experienced investors make painful mistakes, and how transparency and community often become the true path to recovery. The conversation also looks forward, touching on redefining success, blending intuition with strategy, and stepping into a more sustainable, aligned way of building both wealth and life. 00:00 – Why We Need to Talk About the Hard Parts 07:30 – Krisstina's Real Estate Journey and Twin-Engine Wealth 16:45 – Risk Is Not Optional in Wealth Building 26:15 – When Trust Breaks and Everything Is on the Line 38:00 – Intuition, Self-Trust, and Hard Lessons 47:20 – Redefining Success, Power, and the Next Chapter

As enterprises push to modernize, many find that years of accumulated decisions have created a heavy, often invisible burden in their IT environments. In this 9-minute podcast, Brent Knight joins Tony Mangino to discuss how technology debt accumulates over time, why it is so difficult to unwind, and how enterprises can build a fact-based view of their hardware, software and WAN liabilities to enable strategic, data driven, decision making and fund transformational initiatives. After a long break, I'm back—because I finally got tired of buying my own excuses. This episode isn't about proving anything to anyone; it's about me showing up for me. Hitting 30 lit a fire in me—a fresh enthusiasm for life and a deeper awareness that time isn't waiting around. If you've been stuck at "Point A" like I was, you'll feel this one. I'm done letting fear or comfort hold me back from the dreams and goals I keep saying I want. I'd rather fall moving forward than stay stuck standing still. Join me as I step into this new chapter—one filled with purpose, bold moves, and a refusal to settle.

"You can't stand out and stand still at the same time," declares Emmy award-winning disruptor Mario Armstrong in this riveting conversation with Mick. As the self-proclaimed "blueprint" for Mick's journey, Mario unpacks the mindset shifts and actionable strategies that transformed him from a local Baltimore media personality to a nationally recognized figure. The conversation dives deep into what Mario calls "vulnerability as currency" – the counterintuitive power of authentic sharing in professional settings. He doesn't just theorize; he demonstrates this principle by discussing his current struggle writing his first book after years of false starts. This vulnerability, Mario explains, isn't a marketing tactic but a genuine approach that attracts the right audience to your work. One of the most powerful insights emerges when Mick introduces the concept that "transparency is the new currency" and even "transparency is the new 401k" for modern leadership. Today's employees, particularly younger generations, care less about traditional benefits and more about knowing what their leaders personally stand for. Mario explores how transparent leadership builds trust in ways traditional corporate approaches simply cannot. The conversation shifts to practical strategies with Mario's brilliant "11-minute framework" – a method for making consistent progress on daunting goals by focusing on what you can accomplish in just 11 minutes. Combined with his practice of celebrating "three wins" weekly (now daily), this system creates momentum that builds confidence through visible progress. "Every 11 minutes informs the next 11 minutes," Mario explains, creating a compounding effect that transforms small actions into significant achievements. Perhaps most valuable for aspiring influencers is Mario's counterintuitive advice to dominate locally before attempting to go national. His step-by-step breakdown of how to leverage local television stations – an underutilized platform – reveals a pathway to credibility that many overlook in their rush to build digital audiences. This strategy provided the foundation for his eventual national success. Throughout this magnetic conversation, Mario emphasizes that success isn't about making one big bet on yourself but rather consistently investing in small actions that prove your potential. For anyone feeling stuck between comfort and calling, this episode provides both the inspiration and practical framework to start moving forward – 11 minutes at a time. You're not stuck. You're just standing still. Life is finite, even if it doesn't feel like it in the middle of your daily routine.
