In Segment 2, MyBookie.ag's Christopher Smith (Twitter handle: @cfblocksmith) joins the show to give out his two favorite picks of the bowl season. C-Smith is extremely bullish on Vandy and Missouri, and he explains why. Also, he has several selections for Saturday's bowl card that has five games. We had hoped to get with our guy Jay Greeson to get his take on Oscar Liar, in addition to the dysfunction going down at his alma mater (Auburn!). However, technical difficulties prevented us from making this happen We'll get with Jay next week. Hell, even the Boston Globe's spectacular journalism in its new series of analysis of the Aaron Hernandez Saga came up. And yes, of course we got to football with Jay hitting on his new favorite team -- for our purposes, of course -- Utah St. Jay's also bullish on Harbo's squad that wears maize and blue at Sparty this weekend. Not many in the industry are as sharp as Brad Powers, and he certainly delivered during his segment. Brad gave out lots of picks and opinions, talked about Ohio St.'s testy trip to West Lafayette and gave his thoughts on the Gators, Alabama and even some MACtion. Brian's South Carolina pick over Georgia was obviously a dud. A few other plays were errant as well, leaving the Games Galore co-host in bounce-back mode as we head into Week 3 of college football and Week 2 in the NFL. Brian shares lots of picks for this week and explains why he's on them. There's lots of injury news, too, and you certainly don't want to place any wagers without knowing this information. And yes, he's got a few words for Florida QB Feleipe Franks about how to handle time and score at crunch time. Brian dishes on the woes of FSU, Kansas St., Texas, Arizona and UF. Games Galore 48 is here and there's much to discuss. The big losers in Week 1 included Texas, FSU, Miami, Michigan and UCLA. Brian is delighted to give his thoughts on all of those squads, especially both of them that hail from the Sunshine State. Big winners? Certainly LSU! Joe Burrow? Flashy numbers weren't needed in that pimpslap of the 'Canes, but the grad transfer from Ohio St. passed the eye test with flying colors. This just in: Va. Tech's Justin Fuente can coach, although that was a horrible decision not to take the field goal to go up 17 late in the third quarter. The Hokies were big winners, Oklahoma looked great, as did Syracuse's Eric Dungey and Auburn posted a great victory over Washington. Jay Greeson joins us for nearly an hour in the second segment and we cover just about everything -- from Oscar Meyer to Cole McDonald, to Ed Orgeron and well beyond. Another dead body related to Florida's Urban Meyer Era popped up yesterday. And guess what? The news broke five years TO THE DAY that Aaron Hernandez was arrested for the murder of Odin Lloyd. Turns out, it was Janoris Jenkins's brother that allegedly is responsible for this homicide. Jenkins's brother has been arrested and charged. Brian goes over this ordeal and talks a little LeBron in the opening segment.    In Segment 2, Brian gives his thoughts on each SEC West team. Next, Brad Powers of Pregame.com joins the show and delivers with opinions, picks and expertise! Former Florida Gator and Temple Owl Colin Thompson spent this past weekend on 30A. Brian was able to meet him and secure an interview with the Chicago Bears tight end. Brian and Har-Bo fly solo today and re-cap the bowl season. Pat Fitzgerald and Mark Stoops pulled a Dumb & Dumber impersonation with their coaching mistakes at crunch time of the Music City Bowl. Brian lets both coaches have it for those knucklehead mistakes. He also lets himself have it for a horrible bowl season, but at least he's on fire in college hoops right now. Lots of college hoops talk is on the agenda as well, in addition to UGA-Alabama and much more. 

Brian touches on a slew of topics in the introductory segment ranging from college football, the NFL, college hoops, the NBA and UFC 218. Next, Trey Wallace of the Read-Optional.com joins Games Galore 27 from Nashville. Trey fills us in on a number of things from the coaching searches at Florida and Tennessee, in addition to the lack of interest in Louisville's Bobby Petrino. After Brian laments on several Bad Beats in basketball this week, we welcome Russell Smith to the show from Knoxville. Smith, who is the host of The Drive on 101.5 FM Fox Sports Knoxville from 3:00-6:00 p.m. Eastern Monday-Friday, recaps the madness of the last two weeks for Tennessee fans. In the end, Smith endorses the hire of Pruitt (as did Wallace), especially considering how it could've been Greg Schiano or Dave Doeren. Smith also hits on the Vols' men's hoops team, which cracked the national rankings this week and has a sold-out home game against North Carolina on Dec. 17. 

The Silly Season is ongoing and it's an unmitigated disaster in Knoxville. Brian gives his opinions on UF landing Dan Mullen and the latest from Rocky Top. Jason Floyd of The MMA Report and RadioInfluence.com is our first guest. The timing of Jason's appearance is perfect because he works for the Buccaneers, lives in Tampa and is an FSU fan. Therefore, he has information on Greg Schiano and Willie Taggart, who appears to be FSU's choice if Jimbo Fisher bolts for College Station. Floyd, along with Gamb Lou, are our go-to guys on the UFC as well, so we discuss plenty of Saturday's UFC 218 card. Finally, Jay Greeson of The Chattanooga Times Free Press joins the fun. Jay is an Auburn grad, so he has opinions on the SEC Championship Game, in addition to the futures of Gus Malzahn and Bruce Pearl.
