The "Iwasgonnae" podcast evolved as Stuart and Callum and their closest friends have always shared deep conversations on motivation, professional development and personal wellbeing. One day they started talking about recording those talks to try to widen the conversation. The initial concept was to have a Scottish slant hence the "I was gonnae" name and invite successful business and inspirational people on to discuss their motives from developing to "I have!".
