Duck Commander is in its 50th year as a company, and yet for most of that time, it was a cottage industry. Building duck calls in the family home. All of that changed in the early 2000's when the brand of duck calls started getting the recognition it deserved. Designed by Phil Robertson in the early 1970's the now famous duck calls have led to the demise of tens of thousands of ducks. But there is far more to the story than mere duck calls. Phil Robertson's conversion has been well documented, and today's show is not about Phil, but about his son Willie. Willie took his business degree and helped propel Duck Commander into a global phenomenon and made them the most sold, most watched and most admired company in the outdoor space. Willie's humility about how the company grew under his leadership is apparent in this conversation. From expanding sponsorships to TV deals, and the now infamous Duck Dynasty shows. Willie is the epitome of an entrepreneur and as such the family has a platform to focus on what is most important and that is in sharing their faith with tens of millions of folks all across the world. I am humbled that Willie took time out of his hectic schedule to sit down with me as we discuss all things, ducks, bucks and Jesus. www.taurususa.com www.cva.com www.birddogcoffeebeans.com www.himtnjerky.com www.citrusafe.com www.elimishieldhunt.com www.nukemhunting.com www.christianoutdoors.org

Mike Lee warns of 'increased hostility' toward Christianity | Politics
In this message, Willie Robertson shares his story of how the Gospel changed his life, how it can change yours, and how God wants to use you to share the Gospel to change others' lives. Could you share the gospel with another person? Would you know where to start? Do you even know what the gospel is? It's the Good News of Jesus, and a gospeler is simply someone who shares it with others.

My guest today was the star of the hit TV show Duck Dynasty. He now travels the world preaching and sharing the gospel. He's got an amazing new book called Gospeler and today we are talking about practical ways to share our faith with a world that needs Jesus! Let's go to the Story House with Willie Robertson!
As people of faith, we have all been there. You find yourself in a situation that begs for you to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ, but for whatever reason you stop short. The timing isn't right, the logistics are bad, or you just feel awkward and out of place doing it.The problem is that it just doesn't feel natural. Perhaps you fear the other person won't be receptive or they will become hostile about hearing the Good News. Or, you just don't know where to start.Whatever the reason might be, sharing your story of faith and what it means to you is one of the hardest activities a Christian will ever face. But sharing your faith is not complicated. In fact, the more you share Jesus with others the easier it gets.Duck Dynasty's Willie Robertson found salvation in Christ in large part because a stranger went outside his comfort zone to have a spiritual conversation with his father. Phil Robertson accepted Christ and then shared the Gospel with his own family. If that conversation never took place, Willie may never have found his salvation. Thus, his life would have taken a completely different path, one that may have been filled with misery and doubt. In his latest book, “The Gospeler: Turning Darkness into Light One Conversation at a Time”, Willie tells readers how they can talk comfortably about Jesus with their family, friends, neighbors, and even complete strangers they meet in everyday life. In the book's 224 pages, he stresses that sharing the Gospel is not preaching but simply having a conversation. The key is to focus on what's truly important (Jesus) instead of what's not (religion).Willie joins us on the Crossmap Podcast to talk about why well-meaning Christians often shy away from sharing the Gospel with people. Listen as he shares why it is so important to understand that sharing the Gospel is not preaching but simply having a conversation.

Willie Robertson, star of "Duck Dynasty," reflects on his journey from Italy to running Duck Commander. In Florence, he gained an appreciation for art and culture, but you'll never believe what his actual college degree was. His entrepreneurial spirit began early with Willie's Worms. Discussing his new book, "Gospeler," Willie emphasizes the importance of active discipleship and connecting with others to spread faith, showcasing a story of hope, faith, and authenticity. In this episode, Willie shares the lessons he learned about business, the impact of family, and the importance of stepping out of comfort zones to make lasting connections. His journey from early entrepreneurial ventures to leading a multimillion-dollar hunting and outdoor business highlights the significance of resilience and vision. He discusses how his family's authenticity, faith, and humor made "Duck Dynasty" a hit and stresses the need for believers to actively engage and share their faith with others. He also discusses the real-life situations that led to the hit movie “The Blind,” a biopic of patriarch Phil Robertson. Sponsors: Relief Factor See how Relief Factor can help you get out of pain. When things get tough, and it feels like hope is barely hanging on, it always helps to remember we're not alone. Haven't we all benefited from a friend or a loved one who reached out, was able to lend an ear, or who was just there for us when we were going through a rough patch? It's amazing how a little kindness and understanding can bring us back to life. In Ephesians from the Bible, we are instructed to “Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you. [Ephesians 4:32]” We might never know how the smallest kindnesses we show could have a life-changing impact on those who receive it. Our first guest is Willie Robertson, the CEO of Duck Commander and a familiar face from the Duck Dynasty television series. Willie shares a story about the transformative power of being there for one another—about a minister who showed up for his father, Phil, in one of his darkest hours—and how it inspired a new found faith that would eventually turn his life, and the lives of his family, in a new direction. We'll also hear from Ben Fuller, a Nashville-based singer/songwriter, who faced addiction in his youth and early twenties. When he lost a close friend to addiction, Ben's future seemed destined for a similar, dismal outcome. But a family who'd known Ben as a child decided to take him under their wing, invited him to church, and Ben found the hope he'd been looking for all his life. That's the Savior that saved my life.” - Ben Fuller “It's amazing how when I don't open the Word of God, or if I'm not constantly seeking His presence, if I'm not constantly asking Him to guide me, to lead me, to just walk with me, it's amazing how upset I'll get, how short tempered I'll get, how quick I am to forget.” - Ben Fuller ________________________ Enjoy watching these additional videos from Jesus Calling YouTube channel!
