Every year, Apple's Worldwide Developers Conference introduces updates that ripple through the App Store economy for years to come. In this special post-WWDC edition of Sub Club Live, host David Barnard sits down with RevenueCat developer advocate Charlie Chapman and world-renowned growth expert Thomas Petit to cut through the keynote hype. Together, they analyze the technical realities and strategic implications of the biggest announcements coming out of Apple Park.Rather than offering a generic recap of consumer features, the panel focuses entirely on the practical mechanics that impact subscription app growth, retention, and monetization. From the deprecation of SiriKit in favor of mandatory App Intents to the introduction of App Store Creative Assets and new subscription bundling options, this session provides a clear roadmap of what subscription businesses should test immediately, adopt eventually, or safely ignore.More content from the RevenueCat family:

In this episode, I'm joined by David Barnard — indie app developer, RevenueCat Developer Advocate, and host of the Sub Club podcast — to talk about what happens when someone with 18 years of App Store experience picks up vibe coding for the first time.David has launched 30+ apps, sold four, and seen every major shift in the App Store since day one. Now he's building a new app entirely on his own — no contractors, no coding partners — just Claude Code, Codex, and decades of product intuition. This conversation goes deep on what's actually changed, what still requires human judgment, and why distribution matters more than ever in a world where anyone can ship an app. What we cover in this episode:- Why vibe coding finally clicked for David — and what changed in the last 12–18 months- How 18 years of App Store experience shapes what you can build with AI- Claude Code vs. Codex — how David uses both and plays them off each other- Why product intuition is still the hardest thing to replicate with AI- The real cost of building an app in 2025 vs. 2020- Why distribution is the new moat — and how David is thinking about it- RevenueCat's Rico: talking to your business, not just your data- Why "if you build it, they will come" has never been true on the App StoreWhether you're an indie developer, founder, or operator, this episode will reshape how you think about building and shipping in the AI era.Content Update: Rico is no longer just in beta! Dear friends of contemporary electronic Music, Welcome to the ESOA Podcast. It's sad to see how the world seems to be getting worse and worse. We should take a moment to reflect and appreciate how beautiful life is and I'd like to keep reminding you of that here with consistently great Music. After all, as we all know, Music helps to provide a positive counterbalance. And I can promise you right now that my guest today does just that with what I think is yet another wonderful and seemingly golden Dub Techno Set. His name is Lonerist and he hails from Scotland. Yet another artist whose active roots stretch all the way back to the 90s. He plays and produces everything from hip hop to deep house and electro, though he focuses very strongly on the dub techno genre. And that is precisely what he's treating us to here today. His releases can be found on Labels such as Cold Tear, Crossfade Sounds, Piranha Siberia Dub, Verdant Recordings and Insectorama. He has already performed at major events and clubs such as ‘The Arches' and ‘The Sub Club' in Scotland, amongst others, and several of his dub sets can also be found on other techno podcasts. He is delighted to have been invited to the ESOA Podcast and to have such a long set time at his disposal here, allowing him to showcase his dub sound with its space and depth, featuring long transitions. Friends, here's an exclusive for you: Lonerist on the ESOA Podcast 094. Have a great time. On this week's Extra Serving, NRN editor in chief Sam Oches and executive editor Alicia Kelso discuss the latest restaurant industry news, including McDonald's big win with its Grinch Meal, Subway's controversial Sub Club revamp, and the trend of restaurant companies pushing more for menu simplicity. First up is McDonald's new Grinch Meal release, which came with either a Big Mac or 10-piece McNugget, plus “Grinch Salt” McShaker Fries and collectible socks. The promotion, which launched Dec. 2, has been so popular that markets are starting to sell out. Sam and Alicia discuss the promotion and why it struck a chord with consumers. Next up is Subway, which revamped its Sub Club with a deal that offers a free footlong for every three purchased. Franchisees aren't happy about the deal, which they said hurts profitability. Sam and Alicia are inclined to agree, and break down why a deal like this is tough for Subway of all chains. Then they dig into a story Alicia recently wrote about menu simplicity and why several companies are beginning to pull back after years of innovations and LTOs. Could we be seeing some decision fatigue among consumers especially? Finally, managing editor Leigh Anne Zinsmeister interviews Vishal Patel, cofounder at Tacoria Mexican Street Kitchen. For more on these stories: McDonald's brings McShaker Fries to the U.S.Subway franchisees say the chain's new loyalty program is too aggressiveWhy simplicity matters more than ever for restaurants

House music seems to go through various trends, new iterations, reworks and phases. Jasper James has seen them come and go. His musical repertoire was taught by his father, Harri of Subculture fame. However his own ability to read a room and command a dancefloor remains very much his own. Over the years he has evolved beyond the Glasgow underground playing globally and receiving acclaim before going on to release music on Optimo Trax, ESP Institute, No Art and Steel City Dance Discs amongst others. This mix showcases his versatility in the booth as he weaves between shades of house music – demonstrating a deep rooted knowledge and respect for the origins of the genre.

Character Introduction: Kin no ShitaKin no Shita is an incubus heartthrob who could charm the scales off an alligator—and probably has. Deomons of all kinds are common in this world, though a true incubus, walking around in the daylight with his companion is rare.Websters Definition for Incubus HERE.I'd been calling him a succubus. Forget I did that. Please. I'm begging you. This blue blood dreamboat survives on sexual energy, slurping up desire like it's Mrs. Piddlehinton's finest raspberry tart. Sauntering into her red house bakery, he's a walking temptation with golden hair, cheekbones sharp enough to cut bread, and pretty eyes that scream “trouble” louder than a banshee at a bake sale. His smile, complete with a cheeky fang, is a weapon, and his voice—smooth as melted butter—turns every sentence into a flirty wink. When he snaps his fingers to hush the shop's bell, you know he's the kind of guy who makes the room sit up and blush.Kin's got a thing for humans, whose juicy emotions are his favorite snack, and he's got his arm around Lisa, his stunning sidekick, like she's his personal dessert tray. But there's something Margo, our flour-dusted heroine, dosen't know. She is a walking buffet of pent-up passion, thanks to a pesky geis from her sorcerer dad that locks her chastity tighter than a witch-locked pantry. This spell makes anyone interested in her sick with allergy like symptoms. If they touch her bare skin, they will react to her like a poision, so that all attempts at phsical intimacy kill arousal, they could also, potentally, kill the one who touches her.Unfortunately for them both, Margo's bottled up energy is like catnip to an incubus. She doesn't know she's radiating enough repressed desire to power a swamp generator, but Kin sure does.Mrs. Piddlehinton even jokes he'd ditch Lisa for a shot at Margo—or maybe invite her for a spicy group bake. Kin's a guy who loves a challenge, and Margo's untouchable vibe is the ultimate blue blood bait.In this episode talk about how I see Kin – as part the anime my daughter watches part this guy:I hope you are enjoying the story! The Deep State's Game Plan: Discussion on the Deep State's tactics, including smear campaigns and even assassination attempts to remove Trump from the race. First Assassination Attempt – Bullets in Butler: Recap of the Butler, Pennsylvania rally where Trump was grazed by a bullet, resulting in the death of firefighter Corey Comperatore. Mikey emphasizes this was a deliberate hit, not a random act. Kamala Harris Steps In: After Biden's exit, Kamala Harris is positioned as the new candidate without a vote. Mikey criticizes her as a puppet for the establishment, with heavily scripted public appearances and no real policies. Second Debate – A Scripted Shitshow: Highlights from the Kamala vs. Trump debate, where ABC moderators showed clear bias in favor of Harris. Mikey calls out the lack of impartiality and the overly scripted nature of the event. Trump's Big Announcement – The Game-Changer: Trump announces plans to release controversial documents like the JFK files and Epstein's client list. This is followed by a bombshell from an ABC whistleblower revealing the debate was rigged in favor of Harris.
