"Det var ingenting vi vägde in i vårt beslut". Så säger Sofia Hagbrand som nyligen köpt ett hus på Falsterbonäset i Skåne, om risken för att havsvattennivån ska stiga på grund av klimatförändringar. Vi ställs alla inför olika risker dagligen, och ofta kommer de med ett mått. Men en siffra är bara en siffra. Vad är det som gör att vi motiveras att försöka göra något åt vissa siffror, medan vi struntar i andra? Det här programmet rör sig från att hantera översvämningsrisk, till att hantera riskerna med sjukdomarna diabetes och Parkinson: två sjukdomar som skiljer sig åt när det gäller mätbarhet. I första delen av Människans Mått kunde det verka som om SBU – statens beredning för medicinsk utvärdering – dömer ut generella hälsokontroller eftersom många medicinska tester inte ger absoluta svar. Det stämmer inte, varken med vad Mikael Blomgård sagt eller vad SBU kommit fram till. En hälsokontroll är mycket mer än enskilda test. En bra hälsokontroll innehåller också ett bra samtal med läkaren, där resultaten av de tester som görs kan vägas samman med olika riskfaktorer, och diskuteras utifrån patientens unika livssituation.   Människans mått produceras av Umami produktion i Malmö för Sveriges Radio.

Senere fikk vi besøk av Overthrow som varmer opp for In Flames i storsalen på Samfundet i kveld, og for å avslutte hele denne sendinga fikk vi besøk av selveste Anders Fridén, vokalist i In Flames som ga oss et lite innblikk i hvordan det er å være musiker på ordentlig.
