Our long, long journey through the Lost Galaxy has finally come to an end, friends, and it only took us TWO YEARS, with a multi month strike and scheduling issues, but we DID IT and we thank you for sticking with us!We discuss what we think went wrong with the season, Kendrix' return, Trakeena's very, very goopy bug form, what the hell the megazord was doing this whole time, and how the heck Mya didn't realize she was on Mironoi! We love you and can't wait to LIGHTSPEED RESCUE
We talk Rangerstop Orlando with Selwyn Ward, who is known for Power Rangers Turbo (1997), Power Rangers in Space (1998), Power Rangers Lost Galaxy (1999), Power Rangers Wild Force (2003), Power Rangers Megaforce (2014) and Power Rangers Ninja Steel (2018). Also, a special message from Davi Santos from Dino Charge. It's a SUPER-CHARGED Power Rangers show!
We're Back! The Lost Galaxy crew discover captain Mutiny's Treachery (who could have guessed), we talk about the Swabbies, and Mysterious Boxes! Please note: This was recorded before the SAG-AFTRA strike, so the timeliness may be off, and we don't reference the strike.
Join us as we continue and discuss the next variations and seasons of the Power Rangers. Thank you for listening and being patient as continue to provide episodes after a long hiatus. Intro “Insert Memory Disk” by Exemia, Thermal NoiseOutro “Crash Landing” by DOS-88

We're back and we're here to tell you that its still true that the best episodes of Lost Galaxy barely feature the power rangers. Trakeena gets trained in combat, Zack compares a power rangers villain to a gay heavy metal icon, RETURN OF THE SPACE SALOON, and also a major villain is killed nearly offscreen, its a wild one! Also, blame/thank Eric for the image and episode name and for getting this one out fast!
This week we make a Gingaman Galleon stop and then figure out what the “normal” episodes of Lost Galaxy are going to look like and the answer is: its still gonna be pretty fuckin weird! We meet the “Zords” this week and discuss how sound works in space, and talk about how this season just doesn't seem interested in explaining things like why Leo isn't a fugitive anymore. Plus, Swords! Space Physics! Damon!
WELCOME to this, the first episode of Lost Galaxy! Its a brand new era, and we mean NEW, the show feels different and we are pumped. We meet our crew, we meet Leo's incredible shirt, and we try to figure out what the HELL the status quo is of the power rangers world directly after the finale of In Space. We'll miss you Skull!
We take a brief breather before we start Lost Galaxy and Eric finishes out this arc of Immortal Ranger as we find out the fates of a lot of our favorite characters! Thank you for your patience as we prepare to embark on our journey in the Terra Venture!
This is it y'all! Our best ofs for the entire Zordon Era! We cover: Best Villain Best General Best Mook Best 6th Ranger Best Ranger And more! Thank you once again to all of you for sticking with us through this journey and we can't wait to share our journey into the unknown Lost Galaxy with you!
After losing their first battle against Titanisaur, the Power Rangers must rally together when it returns. Then, Mike volunteers to go undercover and try to help Captain Mutiny's slaves, while Kai and Leo use the Galaxy Book to find a way out of the Lost Galaxy.

Born in Washington D.C. to Chinese immigrant parents, Archie Kao is a Chinese-American actor/director/producer, perhaps best known to American audiences for television series regular roles on Chicago P.D., Power Rangers Lost Galaxy, and CSI: Crime Scene Investigation. From his start in starring in the world's #1 kids show as the Lost Galaxy's Blue Power Ranger to later spending 10 seasons with the world's #1 drama franchise CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Kao has had a colorful and storied career. In 2010, Kao was inducted into MOCA's (Museum of Chinese Americans) inaugural class of YPX88- honoring Asian Americans in creative culture, along with actresses Lucy Liu, Michelle Krusiec, and trailblazing playwright David Henry Hwang. In 2013, Kao joined the series regular cast of NBC/Universal's hit series Chicago PD, broadening the success of legendary producer Dick Wolf's One Chicago franchise. Being named one of People Magazine's “Hottest Bachelors”, as well as dozens of appearances in US film and television productions led Kao to his first Chinese production: SNOW FLOWER AND THE SECRET FAN with Li Bing Bing, Gianna Jun, and Hugh Jackman. In 2014, Kao became the first male to appear on the cover of Vogue China. In 2016, Kao spent time in mountainous rural regions of Sichuan China when he volunteered to build educational centers for the impoverished youth of the region with donations from Harper's Bazaar, and is on the advisory board for Homes4theHomeless, a non-profit organization aiming at tackling the homelessness epidemic, as well as supporting underserved youth with vocational training programs. His production entity Summer Grape Productions aims to create content for a transpacific audience, and Kao has produced various productions under this banner- including FAST MONEY, the recipient of numerous festival awards- as well as writing and directing INITIATION- starring Ashley Bell of THE LAST EXORCISM. In 2020, Kao began work on two new projects: Warner Brothers/HBO series FLIGHT ATTENDANT, and iQiyi's BREATH OF DESTINY.

Once you go galactic, you have to balacktic for a two-part crossover in the following season. That's right! We're watching the Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue episode 'Trakeena's Revenge, Part II'! 21 years ago, Power Rangers Lost Galaxy glided onto our screens and now, two guys, Mike and Shawn are here to break down the epic 2-parter pilot just before the watch the team-up between Lost Galaxy & Lightspeed Rescue. Breaking down the show, episode by episode, recapping all the events as they go INTO THE GRID. Follow along watching and listen to Mike & Shawn's thoughts on each episode afterwards. Man, if recapping two-part episodes results in this lengthy podcast, we don't mind it at all. I took forever editing this, but it's worth the wait. It's time to get lost in a galaxy far far away. Sorry Shawn, I had to. Lol. Listen to find out who hates Leo with a red hot passion after watching these episodes. If you are reading this, let us whether you like Lost Galaxy or Ninja Storm more. This week on the podcast, you could be forgiven for thinking we're watching a Neo-Saban era crossover... because we're watching the Power Rangers Lightspeed Rescue episode 'The Mighty Mega Battles'! What happens that reminds us of both an episode of Lost Galaxy and Dragonball Evolution at the same time? Why are paper cups the ultimate symbol of romance? And how many times does Olympius have to block out the sun before the team invests in solar batteries for Maxwell Solarzord? Answers to all these questions - and more - on this episode of Ranger Danger Lightspeed Rescue!
The gang's all here this week on the show, taking a look at a nice Slater trailers that run the gamut in genre but all look to be of great quality. The Rangersplain team heads back into space with a look at Lost Galaxy, which is certainly more of a trip than the one it takes to get to Mirinoi! This month, it's all about hot bug aliens, the eternal suffering and angst of bull knights, disaster bisexuals, backwards engineering sword and sorcery into space stations, the terrors of neoliberalism, and the eternal question of just how Terra Venture's layout even works.

KIYAHHHHHHH! It's Morphin Time! Backflip your way to wherever you indulge in podcasts and press play on this week's mega, super, ultra 3-part episode all about the Power Rangers! Kalvin and Nick go real deep in this multi-part episode touching on all things under the Power Ranger umbrella. One of the few American shows to successfully adapt a Japanese predecessor, Power Rangers was everywhere in the early to late 90's and still holds a prominent spot in pop culture today, as well as in most people's hearts. In part 1, we discuss the shows' creation and the first 6 series (Mighty Morphin through In Space), including rangers, zords, villains, and more! In part 2, we discuss the rest of the series (Lost Galaxy through Beast Morphers) in depth. And in part 3, we discuss our favorite things from the Power Rangers universe and the three theatrically released movies. Ay, yi, yi, T.V., movies, action figures, and more dominate the discussion as we delve into the Morphin Grid. As always join the discussion on Twitter @APASomething and @alone_podcast and let us know who your favorite ranger was! We'll ultimately discover that there truly is no finality because the band is a modern day Theseus, as this week on the podcast we watch the Power Rangers Lost Galaxy episode 'Journey's End, Part III'! Is Trakeena producing that slime, or was she just super slimey to begin with? What exactly does a whip do, and why does a claw do it better? And will this be a satisfying conclusion to Lost Galaxy, season of squandered potential? The answers to these questions and more await on this episode of the Ranger Danger Lost Galaxy podcast!
This means we're done, right? Oh, no? Okay. Well, despite that, this week on the podcast we're watching the Power Rangers Lost Galaxy episode 'Escape the Lost Galaxy'! Will the Rangers deal with Captain Mutiny's blatant human rights violations? Is the episode's climax really cool, or really stupid? And is Tim's Magna Defender theory finally proven right? The answers to these questions and more await on this episode of the Ranger Danger Lost Galaxy podcast!
Honestly we're a little confused about how this didn't happen like 30 episodes ago, but this week on the podcast we're watching the Power Rangers Lost Galaxy episode 'Enter the Lost Galaxy'! Which space-relic returns to taunt Lauren? Why doesn't Terra Venture have any back-up generators? And why are interrogations being held in a board room? The answers to these questions and more await on this episode of the Ranger Danger Lost Galaxy podcast!

Nooookaiger! Sadly, as much as we campaigned to not have the Gokaiger suits actually be used for heroes, Saban isn't as willing to listen to us as Bandai is. How they ARE using them is questionable, but I'll have to reserve judgement until Super Megaforce premieres in a year. Right now, consider us skeptical. Anyway, join us for this relatively short episode as we discuss the latest scans involving Wizard Infinity and Kyoryu Gold.
