My guest today is the American writer and game designer Chet Faliszek. In the nineties he and his friend Erik Wolpaw founded the website Old Man Murray. The satirical online publication poked fun at video gaming's sacred cows and established a tone that is still prevalent across the internet today. After catching the attention of Half-Life creator Gabe Newell, the pair joined the video game developer Valve. There my guest contributed to the writing on Half Life 2 Episodes 1 and 2, co-wrote Portal, then led development of Left 4 Dead and its sequel. In 2017 he left Valve, eventually founding his own studio Stray Bombay. The company's first game, The Anacrusis, is a brightly coloured and joke-filled cooperative first-person shooter set aboard a stranded spaceship. The Nuggets have surged in front in their Western Conference semi-final series with Minnesota. Correspondent Bruce Morton has details from Denver.

The bats continue to be on and off again, but when they're on they've been dominant.  The pitching continues to win games where the bats aren't alive. Also, we give our predictions for the upcoming series @ Minnesota and vs. Chicago White Sox.

After a blowout victory in Game 1, the Celtics come out and lay an egg losing 118-94 to the Cavs and the series is now tied 1-1 heading into Cleveland. White went from looking like an All Star to going 1-8 from 3. Tatum and JB were less than efficient in this game as well shooting just 7-17 from the field and JB went 0-6 from beyond the arc. Both of them were aggressive getting downhill which is good to see BUT it got a lot of guys out of rhythm. Defensively, we were horrendous in transition. Not only did we give up 14 transition points, we also didn't hustle back giving the Cavs mismatches which led to more easy buckets. Nobody like the saying "It's a make miss league" but this is a pretty good example of why that saying makes sense. The Celtics, a very good 3pt shooting team, ended the night shooting just 22.9% from 3 and the Cavs, a not so great 3pt shooting team, shot 46%. It certainly wasn't the best game we've seen this year but we are in the same spot we were after Game 2 against Miami. Tied Series against a team with far less talent. Happy Full House Friday Everyone, Angela Bowen here, the host of Oh Mylanta Holy Chalupas: An Unofficial Full House Fuller House Podcast. Well, the time has come, we've reached the end of the Full House portion of this podcast as I covered the Series Finale, Full House S8E23 &S8E24: Michelle Rides Again Parts 1 & 2. Both episodes aired in a special 1 Hour Series Finale on May 23, 1995. I remember being so excited and yet so sad that the show I grew up watching as a child was coming to an end. I grew up with The Tanner family as I'm sure a lot of you listeners also did as well. Shared in the laughter, tears and the big moments, Jesse and Becky's wedding in Season 4 and the arrival of Nicky and Alex in Season 5. Here's the synopsis for Full House S8E23: Michelle Rides Again: PART 1: In this episode while out horseback riding, Michelle's horse runs into a tree, throwing her and causing her to hit her head. In PART 2: In this episode the Tanner family helps Michelle try to regain her memory. I think for a Series Finale of a long running show, the Finale holds up, sure Jesse and Joey's wrestling gig was a bit goofy, but we needed it to balance out the heavy stuff with Michelle's accident. The surprise reveal of Steve at the end was the Marshmallow (I hate cherries) on the Sundae for me. And of course I got choked up when Michelle asked about her Mom, those violins do me in every time. Lastly I want to thank you all for listening to this podcast for the last four and a half years as I went on this journey.
