The last weeks of the year are always a time of great excitement and a little bit of dread. Gli ultimi giorni dell'anno sono un periodo strano, pieno di grande eccitazione e un po' di paura. Non importa come la pensiate dal punto di vista religioso, l'idea di passare del tempo in famiglia e concedersi quegli eccessi culinari che ci siamo negati per buona parte dell'anno sembra intrigante. D'altro canto, però, c'è sempre quel fastidioso obbligo di essere per forza felici, la pressione sociale a spendere e consumare come se non ci fosse un domani e le irritanti canzoncine natalizie. Negli ultimi anni, i nostri episodi pre-natalizi sono stati dedicati alle feste tradizionali, agli strani modi nei quali alcune cittadine in questa regione celebrano il Natale o i piatti che non possono assolutamente mancare sulle nostre tavole. Quest'anno abbiamo deciso di fare le cose in maniera diversa e concentrarci su un evento molto speciale che si tiene in una delle villa più splendide di Toscana, a pochi chilometri da Lucca. Da un paio di anni, infatti, i nuovi proprietari, oltre ad imbarcarsi in un'ambiziosa campagna di restauro, hanno aperto la villa al pubblico e deciso di organizzare, nei due fine settimana prima di Natale, un evento che trasforma questo posto meraviglioso in un paradiso invernale. Ecco perché questa settimana What's Up Tuscany vi porterà a Marlia per raccontarvi tutto quel che c'è da sapere sull'incredibile Villa Reale e su come, due volte l'anno, diventa un posto magico per grandi e piccini.Se ascolterete l'intero episodio vi racconterò delle antiche origini di questo posto, come fu la sorella di un famosissimo imperatore a trasformarla in un posto davvero unico e come, non moltissimi anni fa, da queste parti si potevano trovare artisti famosi e celebrità internazionali di livello assoluto. Poi passeremo a descrivere l'evento che il 16 e 17 dicembre trasformerà le antiche stalle in un vero e proprio laboratorio di Babbo Natale, i giochi intelligenti per bambini e grandi che sono stati realizzati con legna destinata alla discarica, la stupenda illuminazione installata nel giardino e come passare una giornata in questa villa incredibile potrà creare memorie indelebili per voi ed i vostri figli.Nell'ultima parte dell'episodio, come nostra consuetudine, vi forniremo dei consigli di viaggio: in questo caso si tratta di due ristoranti molto diversi ma altrettanto interessanti che vi permetteranno di pranzare o cenare alla grande a pochi passi dalla Villa Reale. Uno è un ristorante stellato che è però molto attento alla tradizione mentre l'altra è una curiosa trattoria proprio dietro la villa che offre ottimo cibo, un'atmosfera rustica e prezzi molto ragionevoli. Comunque la vediate su questo periodo dell'anno, passare qualche ora in questa villa meravigliosa sicuramente vi strapperà un sorriso. MotorK è il leader europeo dei servizi digitali per l'automotive. La storia di Marco e della sua impresa è un'avventura così ricca di avvenimenti che ci accompagnerà anche nel prossimo episodio con la seconda parte della scalata verso il successo. Marco trascorre l'infanzia a giro per il mondo, seguendo il lavoro del padre. Da ragazzo ha un fuoco dentro che gli impedisce di stare fermo. Dopo aver visto 'Una Poltrona per Due' in televisione, decide seduta stante che da grande farà il trader. Quando finalmente entra in Bocconi, si appassiona anche all'insegnamento. Mentre studia, Marco si lancia in tanti piccoli lavoretti, vende corsi di memoria per strada e diventa insegnante di arti marziali. Ma tra la vita accademica e quella del trader, alla fine è una terza via a prevalere, quella dell'imprenditoria. Il suo amico Fabio, che realizza siti internet, gli fa assaporare il fascino del digitale. I due ragazzi iniziano a lavorare insieme fino a gestire due agenzie, una di software e una marketing, con decine di dipendenti. Eppure non sono soddisfatti. Dopo aver lavorato per fornire servizi ad altre aziende, in Marco e Fabio nasce il desiderio di sviluppare un loro progetto, dovevano solo trovare il settore da innovare. Presentamos su primer trabajo discográfico en solitario “Violingrafía”, un sensacional álbum que cuenta con colaboraciones de auténtico lujo como el Maestro Paquito de Rivera o el pianista Pepe Rivero, y acompañado por Michel Torres a la viola, nos obsequiaron con una versión en acústico de su tema "Marlia", arreglado especialmente para el programa, que hizo las delicias de la audiencia.
