I had mutiple people ask me to have Victoria on my show. Sol being the smart person I did and it was epicA well-meaning teacher pulled me aside, trying to protect me from being disappointed… Today I use English daily to empower others on their path from pain to peace and purpose, and from poverty to prosperity.Hi, I am Victoria Rader, or simply Vica, I was born in Ukraine, and the Soviet Union did not make it easy or possible to leave the country. Yet the regime could not stop me nor my Ukrainian freedom seeking genes from dreaming, creating, pursuing, and ultimately proving that everything is possible.Through God's grace and guidance, I found it possible to travel the world and see over 40 countries. I found it possible to home-school my two children while becoming one of the top 1% real estate agents in the United States during the market crash of 2009. I found it possible to create YU2SHINE through struggles and triumphs of marriage, child-raising, business-building, tragic losses & moments of divine grace. It is all being made possible as I daily aspire to live through complete surrender to LOVE, Life Originating Vibrant Emotion (Energy-in-motion)."My favorite part of Quantum Freedom is the monthly program I'm in Business. It's helping me release unknown blocks and develop a higher understanding of who I am and how I want to show up in the world and serve more fully and I tell people all of the time to join us!""When I met Victoria Rader of YU2SHINE… I immediately felt a deep connection and a desire to get to know her better. The Everyone Communicates, Few Connect class group, confirmed my response. Victoria taught with clarity and understanding.""My experience with Vica has not only helped me to achieve my goals, but more importantly, it has enabled me to discover who I am and enjoy life more. Vica's guidance, support, and honest feedback taught me to embrace my unique approach to life and live in a way that truly brings me joy.""Vica is a warm, caring, charismatic teacher who loves what she does – one will come out of the class a better and much more improved individual! The life you want is on the other side of the work you're not doing. So many times, people love the idea of success but run from the process to get there. Life is not like the movies; you have to put action into what you want to accomplish. So, how do you become successful? What is the key to achieving your goals? The first thing is knowing what you really want. What is success to you? It's not a set destination. For some, it may be simply a happy life with family and friends, a place to call home, and a partner who loves them. For others, it could be owning their own business and making an impact in the lives of the people they employ and help. You get to choose the life you love. The problem is, most people don't do that; they just let life choose for them. It's not an easy road to walk, but it's one that is needed if you want to win. Life is an epic journey where you learn what truly makes you feel alive. There are hardships and pain, for time never stops. But you can live the life you want to live. You just have to trust yourself and believe in what you are doing. Don't settle for what others tell you is possible. Be unreasonable in your quest for greatness. The gifts inside of you are to be shared, not held inside. Does this mean it will be easy? No, it will be hard at times. There will be tears, struggles, and mistakes. But get up and go again and keep going until you reach your goals. Don't become a graveyard of regret. One life, one time, one place where you choose what it is you achieve. Never be the victim because when you do, you give power to whoever you submitted to. Take responsibility and move forward. Test and try so that you can discover your purpose. I promise it will be worth it if you don't give up on you. #podcast #selfhealingrevolution #beyourself #leadership #crypto #successmetrics #successtactics #sales #purpose #applepodcasts

Joel Weldon joins the Joseph Graham show and does a masterclass on public speaking. My good friend Dr Dorine Rivers intro us and this episode is epic Imagine this: you are so terrified to stand up and speak to people that you avoid it until, at age 28, you finally decide to give your first presentation. Joel Weldon began his 48-year career as a Hall of Fame Professional Speaker exactly like that, and NOT because he was amazing on that day. In fact, it was the result of feedback from an audience member, who said, "You are the worst speaker I have ever heard in my entire life." What would you have done if somebody said this after your first effort overcoming your greatest fear? Joel decided on that very day that he would learn how to speak effectively, and did he ever! In the four decades that followed that life-changing event, Joel was paid to speak at over 3,000 events around the world. His unique business card is an 8 ounce can that says, "Success Comes in Cans not in Cannots." Over half a million people have his success can as a constant reminder of what they CAN do. Some people do, and some people teach, Joel excels at both. Joel is all about results and has personally coached over 10,000 speakers. He created a system to enable any speaker to deliver a powerful message with clarity and impact, whether in person or virtually. Joel Weldon's “Ultimate Speaking System” is designed to help business owners, entrepreneurs and individuals use speaking to grow their business by getting the results they want. Joel's philosophy is simply this: make your message impossible to be misunderstood, because speaking is simple, when you have a system. Joel's commitment to health and fitness is evident by his energy level, which his clients always recognize as one of his unique qualities. In addition to working full-time as a speaker and speaking skills coach, Joel spends over 60 days every year on the water -- skiing, surfing and “air-chairing” on a slalom course. He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Judy, for 59 years, has 2 daughters who work with him every day, and 4 wonderful grandchildren. AWARDS & ACCOLADES

The internet is awash with the latest trends and popular advice, but Kohila focuses on timeless parenting strategies and the instillation of values that matter. Kohila is aware that the shadows cast by our parents' methods can loom over our parenting, potentially hindering our ability to parent effectively. To combat this, she is dedicated to creating this platform where world-renowned experts offer masterclasses, quests, and personalized parenting coaching. This approach not only provides parents with the tools and knowledge needed for successful parenting but also ensures that they are well-equipped to pass on positive values to their children. Let's become Conscious Proactive Positive Parents.
