Hey Scummers! This week Spamuel and Nathan are diving into the Dramatis Personae of House Goliath, exploring some of the most infamous names ever to emerge from the gene-forges and fighting pits of the Underhive.First up is Ajex Gorgoth, the living embodiment of everything House Goliath aspires to be. Towering, terrifying, and built like a cargo hauler wrapped in slabs of muscle. Ajex carved his way through rivals and monsters alike to become one of the most feared champions in Necromunda. If your solution to every problem is overwhelming violence applied at maximum force, Ajex is your role model.Next, we turn our attention to Djangar Gunfist. A man whose name tells you almost everything you need to know. Somewhere along the line Djangar looked at his hand and decided it would be significantly more useful if it were always holdinga firearm. Whether this represents tactical genius or severe emotional issues remains a matter of debate. Naturally, this leads to an extended discussion about the practical applications of gun-fisting and his abilities to lead House Goliath as Over Tyrant. Then we descend into the depths of the sump to meet Old Three-Eyes, a colossal sumpkroc whose appetite for gangers has elevated her from dangerous predator to full-blown Underhive legend. Bigger than a cargo hauler and considerably less friendly, Old Three-Eyes lurks beneath the polluted waters waiting for anyone foolish enough to get too close. As expected, the conversation immediately derails. What begins as a discussion about gene-smithing somehow turns into Spamuel theorising about cloning monsters. Not sensible monsters. Not useful monsters. Horrifying vat-grown abominations with too many muscles, too many teeth, and somehow... too many butts. This naturally raises the question of how such creatures would reproduce, sending Spamuel on an extended tangent about crocodile reproduction while Nathan desperately attempts to drag the conversation back toward Necromunda. The effort is unsuccessful. Finally, we take a look at Tess "Arc-Up", one of House Goliath's most notorious champions. Armed with enough electrical firepower to illuminate a small settlement, Tess demonstrates why mixing enormous muscles with industrial-grade voltage is generally considered a bad idea for everyone nearby.Along the way we ask the truly important questions. Would a Goliath battle plan improve if it simply began with someone shouting "LEEROY JENKINS!"? Can gun-fisting be considered a legitimate martial art? And how does a man with no nose smell?Terrible. So grab your stimms, stay out of suspicious bodies of water, avoid any cloned crocodiles with an alarming number of backsides, and remember, if Old Three-Eyes is chasing you, you don't need to be the fastest runner. You just need Nathan to be slower.Enjoy the episode, Scummers! If you have questions, complaints, corrections or suggestions, email us at Underhivelorekeepers@gmail.com.Want to support the show? https://linktr.ee/underhivelorekeepersEnd music theme is Celltrance by Lobo Loco.https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Lobo_Loco/free-for-you-cc-by/celltrance-id-2346/

Hey scummers! In this episode, the lads take a trip way, way above the sump and into the polished nightmare of the Spire, where the rich don't just look down on you, they come down to hunt you for sport. We're talking Spyre Hunting Parties. Aristocratic heirs wrapped in ancient, near-mythical suits that turn bored nobles into walking war crimes. From the lightning fast Yelds to the walking tanks that are the Orrus rigs, we break down what makes these silver-spoon psychos tick, why they head into the Underhive in the first place, and what happens when privilege meets a shotgun at close range.Naturally, things get a bit unhinged.Spamuel develops a deeply misguided obsession with the Eldar this episode, confidently declaring that Spyrers are basically just the human version of Aspect Warriors. He then doubles down by trying to match each Spyre rig to an Aspect Shrine equivalent, much to Nathan's visible frustration and increasingly aggressive sighing.Meanwhile, Nathan tries (and fails) to steer the episode back on track. And yes, we address the most important questions in in Necromunda lore:Do Malcadon Spyrers spend their downtime doing impressions of Tobey Maguire? Will the Flappy Lads ever get their milk in a regular way?Are Patriarchs just old fellas who think these youngins are just too damn lazy? You'll have to listen to find out, but let's just say, there may or may not be a whispered “I missed the part where that's my problem” echoing through the underhive vents before someone gets webbed to a wall.Expect lore, laughs, and a healthy fear of anything descending from above in a glowing murder-suit.Stay safe downhive, scummers. But if you hear something moving in the dark? It's already too late.If you have questions, complaints, corrections or suggestions, email us at Underhivelorekeepers@gmail.com. Hello Scummers!Welcome back to our ongoing dive into the Merchant Guilds of Necromunda, where the money flows, the bodies pile up and somehow it all balances out in the end. Probably. In Episode 3 of our series, we're getting uncomfortably familiar with two of the hive's most essential institutions. The Corpse Guild and the Guild of Coin.First up, the Corpse Guild. Necromunda's least appreciated, most unavoidable public service. We chat about how the dead don't stay useless for long in the underhive, the grim machinery that keeps the corpse starch flowing, and why you really don't want to fall behind on your final contributions. It's not pretty, but it is efficient, in that horrifying, dystopian kind of way. Then we swing hard into the Guild of Coin, where credits rule everything and owing someone a favour is just a polite way of saying you've ruined your life. We dig into how wealth moves through the hive, who actually controls it, and why the wrong debt can see you vanish faster than a sump rat in a chem spill. And of course, we've got a story, because what's Necromunda without a bit of personal tragedy? This week it's Barry, a poor drudge whose luck is so impressively terrible that he somehow ends up on both guilds' radars at once. Let's just say if there's a worst-case scenario, Barry's already lived it.It's grim, it's ridiculous, and it's exactly why we love this setting.Enjoy, Scummers!Want to support the show? https://linktr.ee/underhivelorekeepersEnd music theme is Celltrance by Lobo Loco.https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Lobo_Loco/free-for-you-cc-by/celltrance-id-2346/

Hey scummers.Nathan has absconded to New Zealand on a so-called family holiday, but in doing so has cemented his claim as the one true King of the Scummers. Against all odds (and unlike Spamuel) he's taken his recording gear on the road. Bravery. Courage. Heroism. We salute him. After the shortest intro in Lorekeepers history (you're welcome), we finally bring our rambling tour of the Minor Ordos of the Holy Inquisition to a close. From the shadowy ordos tasked with investigating miracles, to the Grand Dog of Necromunda, and an Ordo whose entire remit appears to be deciding whether sensitive information gets a Sharpie or a flamer, right through to Malcador the Sigillite's deeply suspect personal Christmas album collection. The tail end of this series is an absolute ride. And because it's a new year, and this is our first finished series of the year, you already know what that means. We are doing a giveaway. Make sure you listen to the whole episode (or just skip to the end) and find out how you can win.I'm not your mum.Want to support the show? https://linktr.ee/underhivelorekeepersEnd music theme is Celltrance by Lobo Loco. https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Lobo_Loco/free-for-you-cc-by/celltrance-id-2346/

In episode 272, Carl and Josh crack open The Aranthian Succession - Cinderak Burning, the opening salvo in a multi-episode series exploring how Necromunda's story is being pulled forward and woven more tightly into the modern Warhammer 40,000 timeline. This book doesn't just advance the plot—it reshapes the balance of power in the underhive, and sets the stage for a sector-wide reckoning that longtime lore fans will immediately feel. In the first half of the show, we focus squarely on the narrative: the political upheaval of the Aranthian Succession, the rising tensions within Hive Primus, and what the burning of Cinderak means for the future of Necromunda, and its place in the wider Imperium. This is classic Necromunda storytelling, but told with a sharper eye toward the present 40K era, bridging gaps and modernizing the setting. The back half of the episode shifts gears into the tabletop, breaking down the rules updates, campaign systems, and new tools this book brings to Necromunda players. Whether you're running a long-form campaign or just curious how these changes impact the game going forward, we've got you covered. And while Adan wasn't available for this episode, don't panic! His return is imminent. Hey there, scummers!Strap in, strap on your tinfoil hats, and maybe keep a shotgun under the bar, because in our first-ever video episode, the Lorekeepers are diving headfirst into the murky sump-waters of conspiracy, psychic skullduggery, and downright dodgy dealings in the dark corners of the Imperium. This week, we shine a flickering lumen on the Psi Syndica, that shadowy cabal of sanctioned psykers, rogue telepaths, and mind-meddlers who definitely aren't supposed to exist (which of course means they absolutely do). From whispered rumours in ash-waste shanties to the cold archives of the Scholastia Psykana, we dig through every scrap of intel we can find — and some we probably shouldn't have. But that's not all. Lurking behind the next rusted bulkhead are the Imperial Imposters — those sneaky, shape-shifting scum masquerading as everything from Administratum clerks to full-blown Imperial officials. Who are they? Where do they hide? And are they your neighbour? (Answer: probably. Maybe. Hopefully not.)Join the lads as they rant, rave, and lore-dump their way through identity theft, psychic crime syndicates, and enough paranoia to make even an Ordo Hereticus interrogator blush. And remember, if you think you're safe, you're already compromised.Tune in, watch the madness unfold, and witness the Underhive Lorekeepers glorious leap into video!Want to support the show? https://linktr.ee/underhivelorekeepersEnd music theme is Celltrance by Lobo Loco. https://freemusicarchive.org/music/Lobo_Loco/free-for-you-cc-by/celltrance-id-2346/

Greetings, scummers! In this episode, the boys pull on their finest rags and sneak into Hive Primus' upper spires — where the air's filtered, the drinks are poisoned, and the nobles wear more jewels than sense. We're talkin' House Ulanti and House Ran Lo — two Great Houses that prove the real bloodshed on Necromunda isn't in the sump… it's at the dinner table. From Ulanti's glittering court of assassins and arranged marriages sharper than any power blade, to Ran Lo's merchant princes, who'll sell you your own lungs back if there's a profit in it — these two families show that money and murder are often just different departments in the same business.Expect whispers of poison rings, hive-wide banking scams, and the kind of fashion statements that could get you killed in the underhive. The boys break down the lore, the rivalries, and the power plays that keep Necromunda's noble houses from ever truly sleeping easy.So pour yourself a glass of something definitely not toxic, and join us as we climb too high, too fast — to where the silk drips with blood and the credits flow like promethium. If you have questions, complaints, corrections or suggestions, email us at  Underhivelorekeepers@gmail.com. Greetings Imperial. In this episode, the boys venture deep into the shifting sands of Necromunda's outer wastes to uncover the truth behind one of the planet's most elusive factions — the Ash Waste Nomads.Born in the dust and forged by exile, the earliest Nomads of Confrontation and '95 weren't the spectral hunters we know today. They were traders, scavengers, and killers when the road demanded it — more human than horror. But the modern era reshaped them into something far more sinister. Now, they haunt the dunes as faceless wraiths of the wasteland — moving like whispers on the wind, their motives buried beneath layers of dust and myth.Mysterious. Deadly. Unknowable. So buckle in, scummers — this one's thick with theory, speculation, and a fair bit of desert madness. If you have questions, complaints, corrections or suggestions, email us at  Underhivelorekeepers@gmail.com. With precious little time with the tome ahead of recording, what do the GFR gang make of the post-Book of Judgement changes? As ever, we round up the episode with an update on our recent hobby - with Dixie literally surrounded by Prussians, and Leigh completely obsessed with the new AK-Interactive paint pens. We'd like to take the opportunity to thank all our listeners who have chosen to support us on Patreon & Buzzsprout - your contributions help us make a better show!• Flow • Denny Wright • Stefan Sahlin  • Matt Miler  • Matti Puh  • Nick McVett  •Warhammer in the Dark  •From_Somewhere • Alfonso  • The Traitor • Johnny DeVille • Stephan B • Jeff Nelson • Lankydiceroller • Morskul • Beau  • Justin Clark • Dr.Toe • Mikael Livas • Josh Reynolds • StandStab • ChestDrain • Scott Spieker • Tucker Steel • Shaughn • Stewart Young • Goatincoat  • Jason • Joseph Serrani • Billy  • Phil • Stephen Griffiths  • Søren D • Spruewhisperer • Kevin Fowler • Scott Spieker • Andy Tabor  • TheMichaelNimmo • Tucker Steel  • Dave Shearman  • Shaughn  • Stewart Young •Damien Davis • Wayne Jeffrey   •  Frawgenstein • Matthey Mulcahy   • William Payne •Thomas Laycock • Stephen Livingston • Tyler Anderson • McGobbo • Jed Tearle • Gene Archibald • James Marsden • John Haynes • Ryan Taylor • Yuki van Elzelingen  • Dick Linehan • Rhinoxrifter • Shawn Hall  • Eric McKenzie  • Paul Shaw  • Jenifer • Drew Williams  • Greg Miller • Andy Farrell  • Nate Combrink •  Don Johnson • Michael Yule • Joe Roberts • TheRedWolf • Lukasz Jainski • Aaron Vissers • One Punch Orlock (Tom) • Matt Price • ShnubutsSupport the showHelp us make better content, and download free community resources!www.patreon.com/guildersfordradioAny comments, questions or corrections? The agents made their way toward the Jumentierre Estate, and found improvised Valkyrie fliers that would give the Crimson Brothers advantage in the fight. The area was guarded by two Hereteks and a swarm of servo skulls, so Morgan opted for a stealth approach. She sent data from a nearby cogitator to CLO53T, who confirmed that Talos Ivo was meant to be on one of the ships, but when the Judge and their seconded Arbitrators shots at the Hereteks, the servo skull swarm suddenly broke their surveillance pattern and set their sights on the agents. Featuring players Del Borovic, Guy Bradford, Josh Halbot, and Tyler Hewitt, and Dungeon Master Ryan LaPlante. Enjoying Agents of the Inquisition?- Consider becoming a Patron of Dumb-Dumbs & Dice for as little as $1 a month and gain access to a ton of extra BTS fun (https://www.patreon.com/dumbdumbdice)- Buy merch on our website (https://dumbdumbdice.com/)- Watch us on YouTube (https://youtube.com/@dumbdumbdice)- Follow us on Instagram (https://instagram.com/dumbdumbdice)- Follow us on Facebook (https://facebook.com/dumbdumbdice) Artwork by the brilliant Del Borovic- Website & Portfolio (https://delborovic.com/)- Twitter (https://twitter.com/deltastic)

Having escaped the Flensing House, the band took a short rest to treat their wounds and regroup, now in the company of two Arbitrators and a soldier. The Judge's wounds were severe, but only after Morgan pressured him, did he allow Damien to heal him with powers from the warp. Solomon, meanwhile, noticed the Judge having a private conversation with Damien and returning healed, and so began to record evidence of his companions' tendencies towards heresy. Morgan showed her rosette to second the Arbitrators to their mission, and they began to make their way to the Jumentierre Estate, where they should finally find Talos Ivo.

The armour would be heavy and cumbersome to wear but for the electrically motivated fibre bundles within the armour, as well as the methods of direct interface such as the Black Carapace, that replicate the wearer's movement and enhance his/her strength. The Sisters of Battle use a version of power armour designed for the human shape and size, known as Sororitas Power Armour. Sisters of Battle do not have the same Black Carapace as Space Marines do, as such some patterns of their power armour are not built with direct interface in mind, thus lacking the same benefits to strength and support systems integration.Power armour is also favoured for use by agents of the Inquisition. These suits of armour enhance the user's strength, allow for operation in hostile environments, and include auxiliary systems such as vox-links and auto-senses.With their vast wealth and resources, Rogue Traders are able to aqcuire power armour, whether by legal trade or illicit means on the black market, including the various armour patterns available to the Inquisition if they have the means to afford it.The Spyrer Hunters of Necromunda are known to use extremely advanced powered armors known as Hunting Rigs.Support the show
