Have you noticed a few more aches and pains in the morning now that you've hit midlife. If we want to be more mobile in our later years, what we do now it of utmost importance! Here's a few takeaways: -You need microbreaks throughout the day to help your body with movement. At least one an hour. - Introduce variety into your routines. Adjust your chair height to make sure you don't have any bent wrist position. - After your nursing or doctor's shift be sure to more your body in ways that it wasn't moving while you were working. - There have been surprising revelations with arthritis since the Pandemic that will surprise you! - Ways to fight stiffness even after surgery. -We discuss the foundations of fitness in midlife.
