If we want to be more mobile in our later years, what we do now it of utmost importance! Here's a few takeaways: -You need microbreaks throughout the day to help your body with movement. At least one an hour. - Introduce variety into your routines. Adjust your chair height to make sure you don't have any bent wrist position. - After your nursing or doctor's shift be sure to more your body in ways that it wasn't moving while you were working. - There have been surprising revelations with arthritis since the Pandemic that will surprise you! - Ways to fight stiffness even after surgery. -We discuss the foundations of fitness in midlife.
