In order to move into the New Year, I took a look back at one of the most difficult years, 2022. And realized there are 3 important lessons I learned. Sadly, we lost my father-in-law during the summer. This left a big hole and guilt as he had asked if we could visit him one last time before her died. My children love their new environment and it's great being closer to my parents. But to get to this point, I took away three lessons. 1- You always have the answers inside you. 2- Any excuses you have are just Fear. 3- It's ok to ask for help.
