With the 2023 NFL draft now just eight days away, mock drafts are getting last-minute pushes to prepare for what kind of hauls could be on the board. One of those mock drafts was completed by The Athletic's Dane Brugler, who completed a full seven-round simulation. Even though the Cleveland Browns do not have a first or second round pick, they do have six picks in the middle rounds of the draft to play around with. With defensive tackle, defensive end, linebacker, and wide receiver still lingering, who did the Browns land in Brugler's simulation? We take a look there next to see who the draft expert mocked to Cleveland. Round 3, pick no. 98: EDGE YaYa Diaby, LouisvilleIt seems unlikely for the Browns to double up on defensive linemen in the 2023 NFL draft, but given the need upfront it would not be overly surprising. Diaby is a bit overhyped compared to my board, but he is an athletic player with a high floor who can come in and at least be a rotational contributor. Given who was available, Alabama defensive tackle Byron Young would be a better pick, but if they go Dexter with their first pick, then the value of Diaby matches here.Round 4, pick no. 126: S Jammie Robinson, Florida StateThis is a stellar pick. As the Browns look to replace Ronnie Harrison in 2023 and potentially look to replace Grant Delpit as he plays out a contract year, there are fewer players with a higher football IQ than Robinson. Lamar Jackson promised to put on a show on Sunday, and while the Browns pushed the Ravens to the very end, he and the Ravens held on for a 23-20 victory in a big AFC North showdown. Cleveland's Cade York lined up for a potential game-tying 60-yard field goal attempt with 2:01 left, and it was deflected wide and left by Malik Harrison.The Browns had one last-ditch chance at a miracle finish, but Donovan Peoples-Jones was forced to fumble after a 19-yard catch as time expired. The Ravens recovered, but without any timeouts, the Browns wouldn't have had time to line up for another play anyway. Jackson orchestrated a vintage Jackson drive at the end of the first half to give the Ravens their first lead of the game, 13-10, with 1:57 left in the half.Facing a third and 11 from the Browns' 19, Jackson slipped away from Myles Garrett and found receiver Rashod Bateman wide open for a 26-yard pass down the right side. Ronnie Harrison missed the tackle and Bateman rumbled for another 10 yards. Jackson ran for 10 yards on a third and 3, weaving past John Johnson III in the backfield. He found tight end Isaiah Likely over the middle for 16 yards to the 17 and then ran it again himself for 10 to the 7. Gus Edwards took it from there, finding a gaping hole on the left side for the 7-yard TD run.Brissett took over at his 12 after a holding call on the kickoff return, and it looked good when Marcus Peters was flagged 15 yards for pass interference to the Ravens' 40. But the Ravens moved only 5 yards to the 16 before Owusu-Koramoah blitzed and defended the pass to Kenyan Drake.
