Andrew Moore has given us an update to his health battles while detailing the moments of his heart attack chatting to Michael Carayannis. Andrew is continuing his recovery after being released from hospital, and is now resting around family and friends.

Penrith's win in the wet in Newcastle saw them ominously jump into the top 4 of the competition. It leaves their sluggish start to the season looking a long way off. And centre Casey McLean (21:36) - a double try scorer against the Knights - reckons that re-focusing on their on and off-field standards has made all the difference. He told Andrew Moore and the team that even little things like clearing up after themselves at training had dropped off. After a surprise loss against the Dragons last weekend, Canberra bounced back in a fractious win over Manly. After a tough first half they asserted their dominance with a hat-trick to Ethan Strange the highlight. Centre Matt Timoko had another impressive match and he told Andrew Moore, Matthew Elliott and Michael Carayannis that after the loss in Wollongong they knew they had to up their levels of aggression - even if Corey Horsburgh has been keeping his in check most of the year.

It's Indigenous Round in the NRL over the next 2 weekends and one of the best advocates for celebrating and promoting the First Nations contributions is Dean Widders. He told Andrew Moore and Ryan Hoffman how he was inspired by the great Arthur Beetson to see the positive influence that rugby league can have on his community. It's the Thursday night NRLW special and St George Illawarra's Zali Hopkins (19.44) jumped on the line for a chat with Andrew Moore and the team. She caused consternation amongst the Dragons coaching staff by pulling out a special try celebration after only 17 minutes in the Rd 1 win over the Raiders. Melbourne Storm have struggled for consistency this season - which is worrying for the rest of the competition. Their Mr Fix It Tyran Wishart knows that there is room for improvement even though they are likely to be without some of their Origin players for the round 19 clash with the Knights. He told Andrew Moore and Matthew Elliott that the whole competition seems like to be on a similar level at the moment. He also explained that the tight knit group of players in Melbourne have put aside State divides to support the Talismanic Cam Munster through a very challenging last week.
