With $17 million in live tournament earnings, Mercier ranks 13th on the all-time money list, 7th on the EPT all-time money list and 1st on the WSOP Omaha all-time money list.  Mercier burst onto the scene with a massive win in the EPT Season 3 San Remo stop, when he took home $1.4 million after crushing his opponents at one of the fastest final tables in poker history. While that tournament meant financial independence, arguably the worst night of his life followed that life-changing win. Mercier was stabbed in the back with a broken bottle after a bar fight, one inch removed from it being a fatal injury. On this podcast he tells the entire story. Mercier's story, however, didn't start with live poker, as he was among the first Supernovas on PokerStars in 2006, and the 16th ever to become Supernova Elite in 2007. On this podcast, Mercier talks about the battle for the acceptance of his lifestyle with his family, and making big choices with big consequences.

Joshua 'jdawg91' Hoesel is a 24 year old US born SNG pro that has resided in Rosarito Beach, Mexico since November, 2011, and plays on PokerStars as "slayerv1fan". He has achieved SuperNova Elite+ four years straight, playing mostly midstakes to nosebleed hyper-turbo SNGs. In that time he has accumulated over 7 million VPPs, and will likely become the youngest player to earn 10 million lifetime VPPs on Pokerstars, which has currently only been achieved by four players. Having faced many ups and downs over the course of his career, most of which has been publicly recorded in his yearly blog threads on the TwoPlusTwo forums, he is someone to be looked up to for overcoming adversity and having the mental capacity to always strive to improve on and off the tables. He is now working behind the scenes with a newly created MTT stable, FishTailStaking, which will be looking for new players in the near future.  Mental Game MP3s | Poker Mind Coach

Today on The Mental Game of Poker Podcast you'll get a look inside the mind of one the most profitable mass multi-tablers in online poker, Randy “Nanonoko” Lew. He's a member member of Team PokerStars Online and very recently made SuperNova Elite for the 3rd or 4th time…he can't keep track anymore! Contrary to what many players think, Randy is not playing on autopilot the whole time he's playing. In fact, he's trained his game so well that he can easily pay close attention to game flow and other details of the action, while playing 24 tables simultaneously. Remarkable skill. Randy also talks a bit about how he handles tilt himself and spots it in his opponents. You can find Randy's blog here: http://www.randylew.com/ and you follow him on twitter: @nanonoko
