Alden Hellmuth is a NY based saxophonist and composer. Following her acclaimed 2024 debut album Good Intentions, Hellmuth returns with the aptly titled Tether, an eight-track exploration of jazz, punk and freeform improvisation. When playing cash games or poker tournaments, you generally want to use larger bet sizes when you have a nut advantage. This means your range contains more premium hands than your opponent's. However, this approach changes in multi way pots. When betting into multiple opponents on the flop, turn, or river, it is usually best to use smaller bet sizes, as the equity in the pot is spread out and players are less likely to fold. Phil Hellmuth ‘The Poker Brat' has won more than $30,700,000 in live poker tournaments putting him in the top 100 on the all time money list. Hellmuth has 17 World Series of Poker (WSOP) bracelets which is currently the most that any poker player has won! Hellmuth is very well known for his antics and outbursts at the poker table which is why he is known as ‘The Poker Brat'. Since 2006, Hellmuth has played on over 198 live streamed poker cash games and has lost more than $800,000. Daniel Schill or ‘DrDad' is an American amateur poker player from Michigan. Schill is a biomedical researcher with a Ph.D. in cell and developmental biology. He has won over $220,000 in live poker tournaments. Schill's biggest cash of $84,676 came after he finished 6th in the $600 PokerNews Deepstack Championship at the 2025 Word Series of Poker (WSOP). Since 2025, DrDad has played 1 live streamed poker cash game and won more than $18,000. Stapleton holds AQ of diamonds and has a flush draw with a backdoor straight draw of his own. Stapleton fires out for the minimum bet of $50. DrDad has the same two pair as Hellmuth but he has the inferior kicker. He chooses to raise to $300, and is met by a cold 3-bet from Hellmuth to $800. The action folds back to the popular poker commentator, Stapleton, who has been covering the European Poker Tour (EPT) for over a decade. Stapleton reluctantly folds his two overcards and ace-high flush draw. DrDad calls, and the two poker players head to the turn. Turn – 4h:Hellmuth slows down and checks the four of hearts on the turn and DrDad checks behind. River – 8s:Both players improve to the same boat, eights full of jacks on the river, and a chop pot looks likely. Hellmuth checks for the last time, and DrDad chooses to overbet for $2,500. Hellmuth calls with his cowboys, which are the second best overpair to the board. Airball folds his gutshot, but Keating calls with what is currently ace high. Turn – 3d:The three of diamonds on the turn brings in the flush. Keating, who holds the nut flush blocker checks, and Hanks chooses to check with his pair of eights. Feldman also checks before Hellmuth slides out a bet of $10,000 with his two kings. Keating calls with his draw to the nuts, but Hanks and Feldman fold. River – Kd:Heads up to the king of diamonds river, as Keating has now improved to the nut flush! Keating puts Hellmuth all in for $57,400, which is just over the size of the pot. While Hellmuth is tanking, Keating shows the seven of clubs.
