Have a great idea for a shiny new car design and Ford just won't hire you? Well look no further because GM is data mining all the 10-year-olds in Orlando for sweet Hot Wheels ideas that they can put to the test. Today were buckled up for simulation as we ride Test Track Presented by Chevrolet. Whether you are looking for Capability, Efficiency, Responsiveness, or Power ( and let's be honest here Frodo, we know that you are looking for power... ultimate power), this simcar with the heart of a Chevy will find a way to get your engine going. Long gone are the days of Dummies and hot-cold rooms, today we have neon bedazzled trucks and laser tag vibes to put our tracks to the test. But with a new version in the works, it's just a matter of time till this speed demon slot car skids into the scrapyard. Will this version make us scream for glee as we round the cast parking area at a whopping 65 M . P . H., or will we end up like my first car in high school, totally totaled? There's only one way to find out! What was the beta version of Stefan like? What's the worst movie spread across two VHS tapes? And who gets off on just watching? We ride shotgun for these questions and more as we watch Season 5, Episode 24 of Family Matters. Alex Diamond, David Kenny, and John McDaniel heard that the long-running network sitcom Family Matters ends with side character Steve Urkel going to space. And the best way to figure out how that happened - obviously - is to watch the last episode first and make our way backwards through nearly ten years of television.Join our countdown to number one (and our slow descent into madness) in all the places you expect internet people to be:Website: jumpingtheshuttle.spaceEmail: jumpingtheshuttle@gmail.comInstagram: @JumpingTheShuttle / @ThatAlexD / @dak577Twitter: @JumpingShuttle / @ThatAlexD / @dak577TikTok: @JumpingTheShuttle / @dak577Brought to you by Smooth My Balls

I am proud to present Chef Amninder Sandhu in the latest episode of #FoodocracyForHer. Amninder Sandhu was a science student and a very good one at that. Her father's dream of her becoming a doctor lying at the back of her mind. One day, while playing around with test tubes in the lab, epiphany struck her. It is cooking that she had always loved. What was she doing in a science class?! She joined IHM Aurangabad and began the journey towards living life the way she wanted it to be. She worked in the Taj Hotel chain, went independent and ran restaurants such as Aarth first and then delivery kitchens ('I do not like the term 'dark' kitchen. Our kitchens were very bright') such as Iktaara in collaboration with others before she went completely independent with her chef based wedding catering company, Bliss Foods, and recently launched delivery kitchens in Mumbai and Pune - Ammu Delivery and Barfi & Sons. 'All parts of a jigsaw puzzle that I am looking to complete,' she says. What kept her going through good and bad and these very diverse working environments is her pure love for cooking. Thanks to which she won many accolades both in India and abroad. To know more about this fabulous chef who was pushing the envelope when it came to presenting Indian food even before it became trendy, watch this episode where the normally reticent chef Amninder speaks from her heart. Happy Diwali folks! #FoodocracyForHer by Kalyan Karmakar is India's longest running podcast featuring women entrepreneurs in the food and beverage business. Please share the episode. Medical testing today is inefficient, expensive and rarely customized to meet the needs of individual patients. The medical community needs the ability to reimagine medical research, eliminate clinical trials and end human and animal testing. By harnessing technology, we can empower the medical community to break free from the confines of traditional research.

This episode continues our coverage of some of the most epic races on the planet. This week we have repeat top 10 Norseman Xtreme Triathlon finisher Richard Rozok. Many of you will know what makes Norseman an "extreme" triathlon. For those who don't or have never heard of Norseman, you are about to hear a story of an incredibly challenging iron distance race. Norseman is a one of seven Xtri World Tour Xtreme triathlons. At the Sansego Camp this past May, Crowie asked all of the athletes to introduce themselves, their racing experience and race goals for the year. Most of us were referring to 70.3 this and IM that - no big surprises. There was one guy, with a great accent, who casually mentioned that he was planning to race Norseman. There were a handful of us in the room that had audible reactions, including Crowie, Matt Smith and Franko Vatterott. Today's interview is iKOR Labs. iKOR is a clean, natural source of recovery enhancing CBD that protects your body from the stresses of training, improves recovery from intense efforts and helps you maintain a positive mental state. The most bio-available CBD product on the market, iKOR is a highly protective anti-oxidant, an effective anti-inflammatory and a powerful mood booster. WADA and USADA legal. Thanks to last week's guest, Don Reichelt who put his stamp in Badwater 135 history, finishing 3rd overall. We had a great chat about his training, strategy and how the race unfolded. Badwater 135 sounds brutal with temperatures as high as 127 degrees. If you missed it, go back and check out Episode #138. Norseman - The start is 150km from Bergen and 322km from Oslo Airport in the Eidfjord. While the finish is 367km from Bergen and 230km from Oslo at the top of Mt. Gaustatoppen at 1850m. Total elevation gain during the 140.6 miles is 5235m (17175 ft). Richard Rozok is a working age-grouper in Norway who competes at the elite level. Having trained with him at the Sansego Boulder camp this past May, I can attest first hand to Richard's strength and speed at all disciplines. I'm pleased to present…Richard Rozok.
