Beaker and Ghosty descend into the burning ghost town of Centralia, Pennsylvania — a town slowly erased by an underground mine fire that has been burning since 1962. What began as a simple landfill fire turned into one of America's strangest and most haunting disasters, forcing families to abandon their homes while smoke rose from the earth beneath their feet.Beaker and Ghosty explore the tragedy, the terrifying stories from the people who refused to leave, the hidden dangers still buried underground, and the eerie atmosphere that inspired Silent Hill. From collapsing ground and toxic gas to empty streets and forgotten graves, Centralia remains a chilling reminder of how quickly an entire town can disappear. This is the story of a place that never truly stopped burning.Have an interesting story to share? We went to Lions Park expecting nothing. We ended up going back.In this episode of the EVP Podcast, D-VO, Ghosty, and Beaker investigate a Provo location tied to the “Provo Vortex.”At first, it's all jokes and skepticism. Then something starts responding. Not just noise—answers. But whatever we contacted didn't feel like a typical spirit. The closest thing we could compare it to?Fairies. We also attempted to reach spirits tied to the park's past—getting a completely different kind of response. So we came back a second time. And somehow… it got even weirder.

In this episode of Puppets GO BOOM!, Arun and Patricia discuss about the 1961 sci-fi action series Supercar. Supercar is about 3 people working at a secret organization in Black Rock, Nevada named Mike Mercury, Professor Rudolph Popkiss, and Dr. Horatio Beaker. One day, they rescue a young boy named Jimmy, his older brother Bill, and his monkey Mitch after a plane crash resulting in being lost at sea. After rescuing them thanks to Supercar, a vehicle with the ability to fly, go underwater, and travel into space, Jimmy and Mitch live with Mike, Professor Popkiss, and Dr. Beaker where they go on different missions to rescue people and stop the evil plans of Master Spy and his partner Zarin. When the show premiered, it became a big hit and would be the prototype of many Supermarionation shows that would come out later. It was the first very first show under the Supermarionation name, the first Supermarionation show that was produced by AP Films, and the first show that was commissioned by British proprietor Lew Grade. How well does it rank compared to the later Supermarionation shows? How is it as a standalone show?

How on earth can a neck injection eliminate teeth sensitivity? Can a patient's tooth sensitivity really be linked to their occlusion? Is occlusal adjustment ever indicated for sensitivity? And what's the actual mechanism behind those cases where everything looks fine — no cracks, no significant wear, no exposed dentine — yet the patient still complains their teeth are sensitive? In this episode, Dr. Nick Yiannios shares the concept of Sympathetic Dentin Hypersensitivity (SDH), a groundbreaking way of understanding sensitivity that goes beyond the usual suspects like caries, erosion, or leakage. We dive into how the sympathetic nervous system in the pulp can drive unexplained pain, why traditional approaches often fail, and how objective tools like T-Scan and EMG can reveal what articulating paper misses. This could completely change the way you diagnose and manage those “mystery” sensitivity cases that just don't add up. https://youtu.be/a2Mg72Y_zkw Watch PDP240 on Youtube Protrusive Dental Pearl: When fitting a resin-bonded bridge (RBB), if you're unsure about the fit and cement gap, use light-bodied PVS on the intaglio surface of the wing. After setting and peeling it away, the thickness of the PVS shows you the expected cement layer. Ideally, it should be thin and even; a thicker area highlights where your gap is excessive. Key Takeaways: The T-scan technology revolutionizes occlusal analysis. Sensitive teeth can be linked to occlusion and bite adjustments. Frictional dental hypersensitivity (FDH) is a key concept in understanding sensitivity. Sympathetic responses may contribute to dental hypersensitivity. Innovative treatments include laser therapy and ozone application. Addressing root causes is essential for long-term solutions. Dentists should explore literature for new insights and techniques. Critical thinking is vital in dental practice. Advanced technology can enhance patient care and outcomes. Objective data is essential for effective occlusal adjustments. Understanding joint function is crucial for dental health. Differentiating between types of dental hypersensitivity is important. The sympathetic nervous system plays a significant role in dental pain. Educating patients about their conditions fosters better outcomes. The beaker of pain concept helps in understanding patient symptoms. Continuous learning is vital for dental professionals. Objective metrics are necessary for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
