Hour 1 with Andrew Fillipponi and Chris Mueller: Kyle Dubas is not calling it a rebuild, but the team needs to replenish their system. It's a 'pivot' but Dubas doesn't want to be at the bottom like the Pirates the last 5 years. The Penguins were built on two rebuilds and the ability to get stars in Lemieux and Crosby 1-1 and turn the franchise around for generations.
