    Is summer really only 12 weeks away?! I am SO excited but even more excited to focus on my health and adding value and positive energy to my life. I was feeling burnt out for a very long time and I dedicated this month (March) to getting back to the gym, when I realized, it's been 3 years (yes, three) since I've been in a gym!! Now, why is this a shock? Before the pandemic, I'd mainly visit the gym each morning (not to be skinny, not to burn myself out or over-exercise) but for mental clarity, and energy and to start my day off right before I started work. Work on yourself, before you work for anyone else became my motto and eventually, became the reason, I ended up working for myself, as a Marketing Consultant. Since I've been back in the gym this month and feeling (keyword: feeling) much better, I wanted to throw down my personal 100-day challenge and share my ultimate goals for the year, so you can set your own personal 100-day challenge, or simply, follow along with me in real-time as we crush this challenge together. No rules are the new rule. Just do what makes sense to you and let's focus on building confidence, energy, vitality, happiness, and most importantly, let's do this in a healthy sustainable way.     You don't need to know "how" - the only thing you need to focus on, is the "what".  Today, I am throwing down 5 tips to help you establish 'what' you want without all the how, when, where, and time it will take because I could really use a break! Stop for a sec....because truly, inspired action.....YOUR inspired action is all that matters. Most days, we look around and we don't feel inspired and that's only because we're not allowing ourselves to think brand new. To step off that 'repetitive mind race' and into embracing what is really right for us on a personal level instead of copying what you think will make you happy. I also, talk about an exercise that really helped me release this idea that I need to build Rome in a day or that I constantly need to be doing something to reach "my goals". The truth is, inspired action comes when we least expect it and by simply, going with the flow, remaining open, and being hyper-focused on YOUR what. Not my what. Not my path. Kicking off our pep talk with a little controversy; by mixing some religious scripture with quantum physics and astrology. The first half of our show is a channelled message I recorded: March 20th 2020; I held the message because I was guided from to wait to share this information, for a day when people are ready to hear it. It could very well be that one person is ready to hear it today or 1,000 or 1 million.
