Both doctors discuss how the combination of proper diet (Lange Survival Diet), proper evidence-based supplements (Fortifeye Vitamins) weight management, exercise, hydration, sleep, positive mind set and lifestyle changes work synergistically to combat against aging and diseases. Let's dive into the connection between sleep-disordered breathing, such as snoring and mouth breathing, and the quality of sleep. Addressing these issues can greatly improve overall well-being. In children, teeth grinding or jaw clenching, known as bruxism, is a common problem that can cause tooth damage and other complications. Monitoring and managing stress levels before bedtime can help reduce teeth grinding. In this podcast episode, we explore the importance of sleep for overall health and well-being. Not getting enough sleep has been linked to various problems, including chronic diseases, psychological issues, and even brain disorders.
