In this video, Tracy shares her inspiring weight loss journey and the changes she made to improve her health.After learning about the connection between sugar and dementia, she joined Zivli so that she could do all she can to maintain her cognitive health. She also wanted to be healthy for her grandkids and to take care of her dad. Tracy worked on all pillars of health, including nutrition, movement, stress, and mindset, with the mindset component being the most impactful. It helped her create a definite purpose and develop a positive outlook. Overcoming limiting thoughts, she adopted new habits such as exercise and fasting.
