    Cutting Calories Shouldn't Be Linear in Fat Loss

    On today's  episode,  Gillis & Tarryn talk about the biggest misunderstanding when it comes to fat loss - thinking that cutting calories is a linear thing.  The goal to a successful fat loss is about approaching the calorie adjustments in a non-linear fashion, which the data is the roadmap, and of course, & knowing what calls to make  does come with experience. In a lot of cases, when we take our clients through a fat loss phase (gender specific!), calories fluctuates, and they aren't trending always downwards.
