This is part one of a two-part conversation. On this episode, AUDREYANNA chats with Valerie Sigamani, a photographer and ministry leader. We talk about the lessons Valerie has learned about her worth, value and identity in Christ as she journeyed through unemployment and failures in entrepreneurship. In some way, we've all struggled with questions of self-worth and identity, and we all can relate to Valerie's story. Everyone experiences unemployment differently and from varying degrees. Eviction, poverty and hardship can be results of unemployment. For others, savings, financial stability and the support of others can allow unemployment to be a time of self discovery or a long sabbatical. Unemployment is a crisis affecting the U.S. and the globe, and this 30-minute conversation wasn't able to fully address the severity of this issue.  Mentioned in this episode:Listen to Valerie's podcast Via Sagrada and the first episode "the Unplanned Adventure' "Every Good Endeavor: Connecting Your Work to God's Work" by Timothy KellerC.S Lewis and the Call to Create devotional plan via the YouVersion Bible app Please share this episode with friends and people you think would resonate with this topic. You can access this episode's transcripts on hustledifferently.comFollow on Instagram @hustledifferentlyMusic by Patrick Patrikios
