Where can I go from the presence of The Lord? The Psalmist knew that worship and praise would give access to Heaven. The words spoken by David reminds us of who God is and how much He loves us. The beginning of Wisdom is to know God through His Word. “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.2 The same was in the beginning with God. 3 All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. 4 In him was life; and the life was the light of men. 5 And the light shineth in darkness; and the darkness comprehended it not.” (John1:1-5) The Word of God is our compass for this life. It will always be True. It was true in Genesis; It was True in Matthew, It was True in the Book of Revelations and It is True Now. You can walk in Wisdom with God’s Word inside. God is not looking to destroy America. He loves us and He loves America and the rest of the world. He created us for His Glory and to be the recipient of His great Love. We know this because His Word says so. You too can know God as you repent and give Jesus your life. He will come in and be your Lord and Savior at the asking. Every now and then there are messages meant to awaken us once again to the power of the birth, death and resurrection of Jesus Christ; this Is one of those messages. Today, we examine our own intellect and see how it weighs in to what God has done. The dictionary defines Intellect as: the faculty of reasoning and understanding objectively, especially with regard to abstract or academic matters. The brainy person is often perceived as being the smartest person in the class. However, in light of scripture the brainiest person does not mean the wisest. There have been people who are star pupils who have failed miserably. There are individuals though set aside as illiterate and unable to learn, who have risen to the top in this world’s success arena. How does this happen? When we look at life through the eyes of Spirit, we see that man’s wisdom has no place in the Kingdom of God. What if you everything you believed turned out to be a lie? Are you prepared to change your mind in a revelatory moment? I am. I know this message may sound a bit ancient in its presentation and ideology; however, the Scriptures are never dated. Everything God has ever said is true. It was truth eons ago and it is Truth today. This series has taken some people back to the Bible. Not only is that a great testimony but it is exactly what Truth should do. Have you ever heard the term “Heaven on earth?”  That is exactly what God’s intention was in the creation of this planet. Earth was to be an exact replica or perhaps a duplication of what Heaven is. We do not know how long things were like that before Genesis Chapter 3, but we do know when Adam received the fruit (the words) of the serpent; everything changed. The good news is it did not stay that way. God loved us so much He sent Jesus to remove the barriers and open the gateway of Heaven again for us to walk in His “Original Design”. I don’t know about you, but I am done with hearing people blame God for everything that is going on in the world! The question becomes “How can God who is Love do all of these things, or be responsible for them?”  The answer is, He is not responsible for a corrupt people. The problems we experience in our world and in our lives is due to the choices we make. Whether is destroying the earth or destroying each other, we are doing it and not God. The Government of God is not being regulated as God intended in this earth. The government like sin, has spiraled out of control and it is time for some hard truth and self-examination on everyone’s part. For years now, we have heard the campaign slogan “Let’s Make America Great Again!” The truth is we have always been great! We are the only nation where people from around the world have risked their lives time and time again to get to. America represents so many things for so many people of the world. It represents Freedom, Opportunity, Happiness and Peace. America represents Hope, Prosperity and Safety. America represents a place we call home. Today’s message is directed to change our perspective on campaign slogans as a whole, and shift to our own awareness of Christ resident within us. Here we are celebrating another Mother’s Day! For some of us, we pause to think happy thoughts about our Moms. How many of use remember those wonderful smells coming from the kitchen? What about those numerous scrape knees that received the miraculous touch of Mother’s hand? Mothers have always been the center of attention in the home. Regardless of what it may look like on the outside; Mother’s rule! When Mama’s happy; the whole house is happy. When I think about Mothers and how much sacrifices they make for their families, communities and this country; I am blown away at the strength of these amazing women. Every woman who has ever given birth, whether spiritual, or physical has made an impact on the lives of children that time cannot erase. Ladies today is our day! Let’s celebrate the causes for which we have fought, the giants we have slain, and the footprints we leave behind in the lives of every child we touch. First of all, it must be established that this nation and the world is in great need of healing, Although, the healing process is seen by some to be only an external approach to an internal issue. Millions of Americans feel captive by the “woes” of Washington and often helpless to do anything about it. That helplessness, and hopelessness leads to more fear and depression until we are reported by the Gallup people to be the most depressed people on the planet! This is not good. The question is “How did we get here?” And, even the bigger question is “How do we get out of here!?” The answer may not make the Evening News; however, it has made the Good News Report. In his writing to the Philippians, The Apostle Paul exhorted them to: “Rejoice in the Lord always: and again, I say, Rejoice.  5 Let your moderation be known unto all men. The Lord is at hand. 6 Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. 7 And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.  8 Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” (Philippians 4:4-8) Today as we watch pickets and marches on and against something or the other, it is no wonder children are being reared in an environment of hatred chaos and fear. The word of God has answers untold by Media and Hollywood. Within these pages lay answers to every question probing humankind. Today we take a look at what the Gallop Report has found in their most recent survey on our emotions. As you listen to this message you will discover that America is viewed as the most stressed and angry people on the planet. This is Not the badge of honor we proudly wear. “For God hath not given us the spirit of fear; but of power, and of love, and of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7) What exactly is Fear? Let’s take a brief look at the official Webster definition here: An unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat. Synonyms: Terror, Fright, Fearfulness, Horror, Alarm, Panic, Agitation, Trepidation, Dread, Consternation, Dismay, Distress etc. Although there are noted self-treatment options for Fear, such as try breathing slowly and deeply to reduce feelings of fear. Talking with a friend or family member may also help. Ofcourse this works when there is no actual apparent treat to you or your family. However, in most cases fear is a force that lives in the mind of people every waking day. It only takes a respite when we pray, read God’s Word, Praise and Worship Him. The world’s plan is to drug you and give you more reasons to fear. God’s plan is to heal and deliver you and give you more reasons to praise Him, Your choice. "With bleeding back, carrying His cross under the heat of the now almost midday sun, He [Jesus] journeyed up the rugged heights of Golgotha. Reaching the appointed place of execution, His hands and feet were nailed to the tree. For three hours He hung there with the pitiless rays of the sun beating down [on] His thorn-crowned head. This was followed by the three hours of darkness, now over. That night and that day were hours into which an eternity was compressed," as described by Author Arthur W. Pitt. Jesus was crucified on Golgotha, which means the Place of the Skull (Mark 15:22). The sky turned dark for three hours (Mark 15:33). The veil of the temple split into and B.C. became A.D. Nothing speaks to our hearts more than to know He was spit upon, mocked, pierced with a spear, nailed to the cross feet and hands, was crowned with thorns and despised. Yet, he never argued or denied God.  There is no greater reminder than Easter Weekend that speaks to us of the power of the Cross. Jesus came to die for the sins of the entire world. He left no one out of this plan for Salvation.  Today we find many who sometime seem to have forgotten the power of His coming and His death, burial and resurrection. Today’s message is a stern reminder of Who Jesus is and what He came to this earth in the form of a man to do for us.  As you listen take note to what He has done for you and in spite of all you have done; Jesus still loves you and is willing to forgive you of your sins now. All you need to do is ask. Ask Him to forgive, cleanse and make you whole this Resurrection Sunday.

How many of us grew up in households where we were told what we were? The decision to be either a Democrat or Republican was already made just as the one to be affiliated with a church or religion. We were not allowed to change the “way things are” and it remained that way until one day we had an awakening. By the grace of God our eyes were opened into new realms to see things we were not shown at home. We discovered we were individuals with a mind to choose what we wanted to be and who we should become. For some of us it was met with great opposition given no one in our family had done this before. So, it is with Party affiliations.  Democrat or Republican was forced in front of us as if it was a badge of honor to be one or the other. And, if we did not choose the “right” one we would be forever banned from the family table! These two parties continue to have somewhat of an appetite for verbal pain. They tend to enjoy the division of the country as if it is an NFL competition. They seem to have forgotten America is One Nation Under God.  The venom spewed over the airways and online consistently keeps our nation in an unstable political stance. The message today is not complete; however, it is one that will make you stop and think seriously about who you are and how did you get there as a Democrat or Republican. Anti-semitism is hostility to, prejudice, or discrimination against Jews. A person who holds such positions is called an anti-semite. Wherever you are in the world, whoever you are you will want to listen to this teaching today. No where have I heard this type of teaching as Holy Spirit takes the Word of God and show us how the spirit of the Holocaust is at work in modern times. As a Christian we should be on guard to heal the pain of prejudice, hatred and bigotry that has plague our society more than cancer. DETOXIFYING AMERICA - Detoxification is the removal of all impurities from our body that have accumulated through food, water, air and stress. When we are detoxing we have to eliminate causative agents and add those wholesome empowering agents. Traditionally we think of Detoxification for our bodies but not for our Nation. Today we take a look at the impurities we have allowed to come into our country. This teaching today will take another look at America as a person who has been battered and abused, a person who is in distress and needing help. This is our country, our land and it is up to us to keep it healthy and strong.  It is not left up to Washington to change the country, it is left up to us as the citizens of this great land to begin to shift the consciousness from negativity to self empowerment.  As I listened to an old documentary news report featuring Walter Cronkite, Dan Rather and Connie Chung, I realized how far away from the truth most news reports are. It was with great respect and reverence that they shared the facts. They were true Americans reporting the news as it really was without the commercialization of the reporting. It is time for our nation to heal. It is time for a heart transplant from dishonor to one of honor. We don’t change people by changing who is in office. We change by understanding who God is. As we were born into these bodies, we will leave these bodies and we will be accountable for what we have done and said in these bodies. The truth must be acknowledged and it must be appreciated. The Bible said when a man’s ways please the Lord, He will make even his enemies to be at peace with Him. Your children are listening and reading what you say and write on social media. Are you saying what you wish to leave as a legacy? As we learn to cleanse our minds by thinking on things that are good; we can shift the way we think about America. We must stand together as a body of people to change our nation and allow it to heal My fellow Americans it is time to recognize our calling as a leader among nations. We are the source for all that is good and right in this world. We owe it to ourselves and our families to change our trajectory. The pointing of the finger, backstabbing and lying in government must stop! Enough is enough! Who are we to judge another man’s servant or his intentions? America! Our country is in crisis. We are faced with a war of our making. We have aborted out mission in favor of toxic news reports and mad media. Our children are watching as we continue this downward spiral. Have you thought about the words coming out of your mouths into the ears of your children? They are listening closely as you berate the President and our leaders. They hear you when you speak evil of dignitaries and community leaders. Is this the legacy you wish to leave them? The hatred for one party or person is the same sin in God’s eyes. Evil is evil and regardless of who you voted for; God requires us to hold to a higher standards of being. We have voluntarily fed our souls toxicity.  Along with our colleagues we wait to wade through the inundation of racism and racial reform. Headlines, Breaking News and Tweets of Mass Destruction captivate our attention. We are lead as sheep to the slaughter. What will it take to bring America to her knees again? We had a”911” and for a brief moment we forgot our affiliation, race and denominations. It is my prayer we never have to go through what we went through that day to pause and reflect on values, issues and morals. I believe the preaching of the Gospel of Jesus Christ is the only answer. The Bible teaches us that Faith comes through hearing and hearing through the Word of God. We are limited as human beings to solve our own problems. God knew we would need a Savior that is why He sent Jesus. The life you are living today is because God loves you. Every good and perfect gift has come from God through His Son. All of our righteousness is nothing, It is His righteousness that brings light into our lives. America, it is time to turn with all of our hearts back to God with prayers, fastings and the study of His Word. It is time to repent and call on the Name of Jesus. Today’s teaching is a “Strong” and “Direct” making no excuse, type of message for everyone who has accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Trust by its very definition means to have a firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something. All long-lasting relationships are built on trust. The best relationships are built on a mutual trust and respect. As human beings we are always looking for answers to the problems we create. The Word of God teaches us to “Trust in the Lord with all of thine heart; lean not unto thy own understanding; in all of thy ways acknowledge Him and He will direct your path.” (Proverbs 3:5-6) As we learn to build a relationship with God through the fellowship of His Spirit, we will learn how to have that confidence, belief, faith, freedom and assurance that everything is going to be alright! The desire to see our nation keep God at the core and heartbeat of everything we do fueled Christians to take a stand for God and country. As a result of an appeal to Secretary Chase of the Treasury Department a letter dated November 13, 1861 from  Rev. M. R. Watkinson, Minister of the Gospel from Ridleyville, Pennsylvania instructions were given to James Pollock, Director of the Mint at Philadelphia, on November 20th of the same year to prepare a motto: Dear Sir: No nation can be strong except in the strength of God, or safe except in His defense. The trust of our people in God should be declared on our national coins. You will cause a device to be prepared without unnecessary delay with a motto expressing in the fewest and tersest words possible this national recognition. It was found that the Act of Congress dated January 18, 1837, prescribed the mottoes and devices that should be placed upon the coins of the United States.” Not only throughout our National History but throughout Biblical History we can clearly see it is God who makes the difference in a people who will seek Him. This message is intended to create a hunger for a relationship with God like never before. It is to awaken your sense of need for Divine intervention. It will remind you of these turbulent times that can become peaceful times through fasting, prayer and the study of the Word of God. (2 Chronicles 7:14) When King Solomon prayed and worship God; the people of Israel joined him. When Solomon bowed before God; the people of Israel followed. When Solomon gave sacrifices; the people of God did the same. Notice the trend; when the leaders turn to God the people followed. These messages are to inspire you to take another look at the way you see things. The way you see our Leaders and the way we see each other. One person can make a difference. One righteous man can change the course of history for good. Will you be that person? Will you turn your heart to seek God that He may move through you to show His love and His power? What would our evening news look like if every American Leader prayed? What if every leader across the nation suddenly bowed their heads in prayer to God? What do you think would happen? King Solomon was not afraid of praying. He was placed on the throne by King David and God. He knew there was no way to lead a nation without having a relationship and guidance from God. King Solomon was given the gift of building God a house. A house that took 7 years to build. The very description brings chills as we travel the Chronicles. We experience the Queen of Sheba visit bearing gifts for this royalty. Her words have been traced and spoken by the masses “the half hath not been told,” are a clear vision of Solomon’s wealth. Wealth tat until this day has been unmatched. That being said, with all of his wealth, Solomon knew he couldn't lead without being led of God. Today’s leaders should study the life of Solomon exposing his heart and soul bent toward God. They will then see his wisdom was unparalleled and so was his God. "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land.” (2 Chronicles 7:14) As you listen to this teaching stay alert to what you can do to learn the ways of God and be an example to people all around you. In the middle of Fake News and Hidden Agenda; we are dazed and doped with street bander coming from hearts growing cold. These teachings will create a hunger within you to stop and listen to God again. From Washington to Obama prayers were used to stay connected to the God they believe was and is he supreme being of the United States. When these men prayed the world around them changed. Great leaders are Godly leaders. They are men and women who spend time with God before making decisions for people. From Solomon to George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln to others... leaders publicly and audibly prayed for the people whom they served. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5 It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6 Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7 It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. 8 Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. 9 For we know in part and we prophesy in part, 10 but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. 11 When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. In his letter to the church at Philippi; the Apostle Paul exhorted the disciples. “Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.”  (Philippians 4:6-7) (NKJV) The Apostle Paul knew how easily it was to get distracted if they were not focused in prayer and gratitude. The attacks on the early church were horrendous in that their lives were daily threatened. Paul himself wrote much of the New Testament from prison. Prayer was needed to maintain the peace as they endured trials of every kind. Today there is much persecution against those who stand for the Word of God and Jesus Christ. Persecution to stop preaching and teaching in His Name. Persecution to stop speaking about Him and in some countries to deny Him. The world is in a state of crisis with an epidemic and anxiety, stress and fear. How do we prepare to keep our peace? How do we navigate these waters where the soul is troubled. Obedience is to be in compliance with an order, request, or law or submission to another's authority. God has called us to obedience to His Commandments (His Word). Yet, we see there are people still seeking to hear His voice. When we learn to hear God’s voice we are no longer walking as a conformist, but as a child of Love ready to yield to this new discovered Love who has now become resident within us. We want to obey Love. How can we obey a God we cannot see and for many; cannot feel. How do we align ourselves with the Creator’s intentions for our lives when we are not certain he can hear us? Who are we that God, the true and living God would even want to hear us? As a Born-Again Child of God, we are the very offspring of His DNA. We are the seed of Christ in the earth. The Bible states for as many as our led of the spirit of God they are the sons of God. Being a son of God opens the door to His Kingdom and His Glory! Every birth has a unique story surrounding it. The moment we were born, a change occurred within our mother’s body. She was no longer the same. The child she had carried for months has now made an entrance into the world! The birth of Jesus was one of prophesy fulfilled. Something must be done for the world to once again know that God was indeed the Creator and Progenitor of humanity. The Prophet Isaiah voices an utterance that shook not only Isaiah but all of those who read it. “For unto us a Child is born, unto us a Son is given; and the government shall be upon His shoulder. And His name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The Mighty God, The Everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David and upon His Kingdom, to order it and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even forever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.” (Isaiah 9:6-7) This child who laid in an animal trough (manger) would forever change the world! He would be the one to point people back to God and give them excess to a life beyond this human experience. He would be the one to bring hope to the hopeless, the faith to believe, and joy that this world could never give. He would bring that Peace that no man could measure, and awaken the child within each of us to experience the pleasure of belonging; the gift of calling God our Father and a forever place called Heaven. The Nativity Scene has been the focus of many debates and legal battles. What a word is this! The authority and power we have in the Name of Jesus is mind baffling! Jesus made a way for us to access Heaven right here on Earth. His very presence changed the culture and our genetics. The prayer of Jesus in John 17; is clear that we are not in this alone. God has made us one with Him through Jesus. “Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word; 21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: (John 17:20-22) “In Christ’s family there can be no division into Jew and non-Jew, slave and free, male and female. Among us you are all equal. That is, we are all in a common relationship with Jesus Christ. Also, since you are Christ’s family, then you are Abraham’s famous “descendant,” heirs according to the covenant promises.” (Galatians 3:28-29) The search for ancestry is a multi-million-dollar industry yet that search can only lead to God. When we discover the power of being a child of God, we will then discover who we are, and why we are here on this earth. “Beloved I wish all things that you would prosper and be in health even as your soul prospers” (3 John 2). When a person is born again, they become a new creation in Christ at the Spirit level. The Soul is the house for the mind, emotions, will, intellect and desires. The spirit is born again, but the soul has to be transformed through the Word of God. Dr Margaret Chan, the WHO Director-General, described the new Comprehensive Mental Health Action Plan 2013–2020 as a landmark achievement: it focuses international attention on a long-neglected problem and is firmly rooted in the principles of human rights. The action plan calls for changes. It calls for a change in the attitudes that perpetuate stigma and discrimination that have isolated people since ancient times, and it calls for an expansion of services in order to promote greater efficiency in the use of resources. The action plan recognizes the essential role of mental health in achieving health for all people. It is based on a life-course approach, aims to achieve equity through universal health coverage and stresses the importance of prevention. Four major objectives are set forth: more effective leadership and governance for mental health; the provision of comprehensive, integrated mental health and social care services in community-based settings; implementation of strategies for promotion and prevention; and strengthened information systems, evidence and research. WHO is running out of time and not one is talking about it. They lack the capacity to truly change lives. Jesus said the truth will make us free. There is no substitute for reading, teaching and praying the Word of God. Today’s teaching is taken from Saint John Chapter 17 as Jesus prays for those who were with Him and for those of us who would believer on Him through the Word. We see Jesus as He brings to light the truth that we are one with God as He is one. He also highlights the power we have with Him and through Him as we walk in communion with Him. The first Adam lost the connection and the Last Adam, Christ reconnected us to all that Heaven is. We are now empowered with all that Jesus has access to. We can speak the Word of God and see the same results God had in Genesis. We are, as He is in this world.  As a Born-Again child of God, there is no separation between us and God. Reunited means reunion. We are no longer aliens or strangers from God’s Covenant with man. We are now bought (redeemed) and brought (reconciled) by the Blood of Jesus. Salvation is God’s greatest gift to humanity. It has come through the birth, death, burial and resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Imagine God loving you so much He kept nothing from you? What an amazing love! This is the very definition of Grace: God’s love exceeding our expectations. The Bible is the authority on what God did through Jesus when He sent Him to die on the cross for us. The message today is a great example and is telling of the power of the blood of Jesus that He graciously shed on Calvary. All of Heaven became assessable the day Jesus died, rose and was resurrected. Through the power of His blood, we have Redemption (Purchased from sin), Reconciliation (Doors open to bring us back into relationship with God), Restoration (Returned to our former place and condition as what we had in the Garden). Throughout the ages men have sought to understand the meaning of life. Why is it so important and at times even urgent, that men understand the purpose for being here on earth. Genesis Chapter 3 outlines the scene which changed the course of history forever! We step into this story as the Holy Scriptures opens with the word “Now” giving us the understanding there was already a story at work. The woman and the serpent had a preexisting relationship. There is a conversation already at work, and the serpent’s character had already been defined as “More Subtle” than any other creature.
