The story of Herod's massacre, however, appears in only one gospel—Matthew—and lacks historical evidence. The church's exaggerated depiction of Herod, complete with fangs, raises questions about its motives and the broader implications of demonizing atheists. Cindy reflects on the entrenched American stereotype that atheists lack morality, a misconception rooted in religious beliefs. She contrasts this with Europe, where atheists do not face such widespread prejudice. Christmas is coming and what more could we ask for than a truly chaotic, non-canonical episode of Glee. This is the infamous S5E8, "Previously Unaired Christmas."  While Glee's Christmas episodes are generally beloved by fans, this is not one of them. In an alternate version of Lima, Ohio where The Glee Club gets things done, the New Directions are preparing for the Annual Christmas Decoration competition while also planning a living Nativity Scene for the school. On the East Coast, Santana joins Rachel and Kurt for a New York Christmas and Rachel lands them part-time gigs as elves at a local mall. The most notable Christmas decoration in Bethlehem was a large Nativity scene in ruins, with shepherds climbing piles of rubble and Jesus, Mary, and Joseph huddled in the midst of destruction. Nothing humans do can prevent Jesus from “finding room in the world.” To the contrary, he is just as present on this day after Christmas as he was on that first Christmas two millennia ago. I love the nativity scene! Growing up, it was my responsibility to assemble it, and I enjoyed arranging all the figures in their proper places, carefully positioning them under our family Christmas tree. But did I overlook a piece? Joseph, check. Mary, check. Baby Jesus, check. Shepherds, check. Wise Men, check. Barn animals, check. However, after reading Revelation, I realized I might have overlooked a significant character.
