Each day offers new examples of America's pell-mell rush to join Western European nations in surrendering to Islam's stealthy conquest: Democratic primaries across the country are nominating sharia-supremacists or Marxist-jihadists like Zohran Mamdani, largely thanks to Muslim bloc-voting. Churches that are not mysteriously catching fire are being bought and transformed into mosques. Farms and other properties are turning into Muslim-only communities – and, predictably, future no-go zones – like the notorious EPIC City in Texas.  Now, Democratic legislators in Massachusetts want to establish a permanent “Government Islam Commission” to promote Muslims for state jobs and otherwise advance their sharia-adherent agenda.  Unsurprisingly, such serial accommodations are emboldening the jihadists here, causing them to espouse ever more openly America's submission to sharia. Last night, the President of the United States addressed the nation to disclose previously classified evidence of enemies, both foreign and domestic, colluding to sabotage the 2020 presidential election.  Particularly egregious is the Chinese Communist Party's unrestricted electoral warfare aimed at terminating Mr. Trump's presidency and replacing him with Joe Biden, who has accurately been described as a “controlled asset” of the CCP.  Even more shocking are the findings of multiple official investigations that revealed intelligence and law enforcement agencies' complicity in concealing such evidence from the Commander-in-Chief and his senior subordinates with a need-to-know of these enemy attacks and cover-ups.  President Trump deserves great credit for insisting that this information be made available to the American people and their elected representatives while there is still time to take corrective action before the November mid-term elections.  Make it so.  This is Frank Gaffney.

Yesterday, President Trump spoke at a defense and innovation summit in Pennsylvania about the need for both, and his commitment to reshoring and rebuilding the nation's industrial base.  Unfortunately, events half-a-world-away are underscoring the necessity, as one summit participant put it, “to supercharge the supply chains” so as to accelerate the translation of defense innovation into production into deployed weapon systems. Not only are we rapidly exhausting our dwindling supply of advanced weapons in Iran. It's no coincidence, comrade, that Communist China is simultaneously flooding the Western Pacific with warships, coast guard vessels, maritime militia and armed fishing boats as it asserts ownership of international waters and puts in place the makings of a blockade or quarantine of Taiwan. To paraphrase the money quote from Jaws: We're going to need a bigger boat – and lots of them – and right quick. This is Frank Gaffney.

Morse Tan is a freedom-fighter who served as ambassador-at-large for Global Criminal Justice during the first Trump administration. Today, he is effectively a political prisoner in South Korea.  Amb. Tan has long spoken truth to power. In particular, he has warned about the lengths to which the Republic of Korea's radical leftists have subverted freedom and elections. He's even courageously done so in South Korea.  Now that the hard Left is fully in power in Seoul under a Communist named Lee Jae-myung, the Ambassador has been prevented from leaving South Korea for over five weeks. That is outrageous. When Lee visited Washington last year, President Trump declined to criticize him over myriad, serious concerns about his guest's decades of anti-American activism. It's high time Mr. Trump let Lee know his present mistreatment of Amb. Tan is utterly unacceptable. This is Frank Gaffney.

This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.  Unbeknownst to too many Americans, there are three totalitarian forces seeking to take down the United States so as to install globally some new ruling regime.  To his credit, President Trump has lately been lighting up the Communists in our midst.  The Congressional Sharia-Free America Caucus is among those warning about the jihadists aggressively operating in this country.  And now Secretary of State Marco Rubio has robustly taken on the globalist elites using transnational organizations like the International Criminal Court to create a world government at the expense of U.S. sovereignty.  These three forces have different end-states in mind and will, inevitably, fight each other over who will ultimately prevail. But, for the moment, they are collaborating to take down the only real impediment to their collective ambitions: the USA. We must recognize, vigorously oppose and defeat this Totalitarian Trifecta.  This is Frank Gaffney.

The sudden death of Senator Lindsey Graham tectonically shifts our national security firmament. Whether one agreed with his priorities or not, he indisputably filled a unique position in the Senate and the country for which there is no obvious replacement. Notably, he was a tireless champion of Ukraine, Israel and liberating Iran.  Sen. Graham died right after his tenth trip to Kyiv, living to see  the Ukrainians winning the war there – unless Putin goes nuclear. At a time of rampant hostility towards Israel, Lindsey correctly recognized her as a key ally fighting our enemies and warranting our support – especially with respect to “finishing the job” by helping accomplish real regime change in Tehran. Sen. Graham will be most missed, though, in his role as “Trump whisperer,” a trusted confident of the President surrounded by others with sharply differing views.  R.I.P. President Trump appropriately responded militarily this week to attacks by the Iranian regime on shipping in the Strait of Hormuz. The episode underscores, however, what is certain to be repeated by our enemies in Tehran if they remain in power. The reason is only partly because Iran's jihadists view a “humiliation ritual” as their strongest weapon for winning by defeating President Trump politically in the looming November midterms. Another impetus is Iran's Chinese puppet-master, Xi Jinping, wants the Mideast war to continue as it distracts America from his incremental, but intensifying, efforts to take Taiwan. The latest step tees up a quarantine or blockade as PRC Coast Guard vessels have begun conducting “law enforcement operations” in so-called “Chinese coastal waters” east of the island. We must finish the job in Iran now, and prepare urgently for the next one in the Pacific. This is Frank Gaffney.

Yesterday, President Trump repeatedly declared that “There is something wrong” with the leaders of Iran. He's absolutely right, fundamentally, because the current crop – like all their predecessors – are sharia-supremacists.  As such, they will do everything possible to destroy unbelievers, including fellow Muslims they consider to be apostates and certainly us. To that end, they'll employ every instrument from deception to political subversion to violent jihad. The same is true of Ahmed al-Sharaa, the erstwhile al Qaeda commander who is now, with the backing of the sharia-supremacist regimes in Turkey and Qatar, the president of Syria.  Tragically, Mr. Trump is being blindsided by such false friends and even some of his own subordinates to construe Sharaa-tied jihadist attacks on Christians, Druze and other minorities as laudable “stabilization” of that long-suffering country. Today, Donald Trump declared that, as far as he is concerned, the so-called “ceasefire” with Iran is “over.” What is really noteworthy is that the President's explanation for why negotiations are now “a waste of time” effectively precludes pursuing them further. Having previously applauded Iran's current leaders, Mr. Trump just excoriated them as “liars,” “scum,” “cuckoo” and “vicious” “violent” and “sick” people. It would seem to be an irreversible breaking point that he has concluded, “There is something wrong with them.”  There is, indeed. But, while all of his disparaging characterizations are valid, what is, at its core, unalterably “wrong” with the Iranian government is that it remains sharia-supremacist and intent on destroying our country in the pursuit of a global Islamic caliphate.  Mr. President, It's past time to spare us all further threats from such dangerous enemies. Today, a country that shouldn't actually be in NATO will be hosting its summit. After all, under Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Turkey has been a leading force on behalf of the “Red-Green axis” – the alliance between Communists and sharia-supremacists whose object is destroying Western civilization.  That goal has been enormously advanced by Erdogan's relentless efforts to insert ever-larger numbers of unassimilable Turkish and other Muslim immigrants in Europe. He has established Turkey as China's beachhead in the Middle East and Europe's soft southern underbelly. And Erdogan aspires to recreate the Ottoman Empire with him as its ruling caliph. The magnitude of Erdogan's unreliability as an ally was evident in President Trump's comment last week that Turkey was a “prime candidate to go into the war with Iran – maybe on the Iran side.” With “friends” like Erdogan….  This is Frank Gaffney.

Millions of Iranians have taken to the streets of Tehran for the funeral of the country's longtime dictator, Grand Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Their aspiration is revenge, expressed by mass chants of “Death to America. Death to Israel.” Unfortunately, despite abundant evidence that the mullahs are not trustworthy parties to ongoing negotiations, let alone willing to conclude a genuine and enduring peace, the U.S. government is continuing to talk and, worse yet, make concessions. The inevitable result of such accommodations is to buy time for our enemies in Iran to rearm, regroup and resume hostilities at a time of their choosing.  Worse yet, jihadists worldwide and their friends are emboldened by the extent to which the government in Tehran has not only survived, but is getting away with treating America and Israel with contempt.  We allow that perception to persist at our peril. The celebration is underway of America's Revolution – which, with God's grace brought the world the most free, the most powerful and the most economically successful nation ever. Unfortunately, the prospects for the next 250 years are being marred by an anti-American counter-revolution increasingly in evidence across the country.  Communists, doing business as “Democratic Socialists,” and sharia-supremacists are seeking to use elections to supplant the Constitution and destroy our Republic founded upon it. Yesterday, the satirical website Babylon Bee posted a brilliant  internet meme. It featured a camouflage-uniformed man armed with a rocket-propelled grenade pensively sitting in a chair. The caption reads, “Terrorist torn between going on violent jihad or getting elected as a Democratic senator.”  Unfortunately, that's no joke. Fortunately, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis yesterday triggered a new law that will enforce his designation of both groups as terrorist organizations in his state. It has become the gold standard for how Texas and other states' executive and legislative branches must act now to disrupt the jihadists' violent and pre-violent take downs of America.  Let's roll. Supreme Court Justice Robert Jackson famously observed that “The Constitution is not a suicide pact.” With yesterday's ruling concerning so-called “birthright citizenship,” a majority of his successors on today's Court decided that it actually is. They declared the 14th Amendment makes absolutely everyone born here a citizen. They did so knowing that's a formula for more illegal immigration to create “anchor babies,” giving extended families a foot in our nation's proverbial “door.”  Worse yet, Peter Schweizer's excellent book, Invisible Coup, put the Supremes on notice that Chinese men are exploiting the 14th Amendment to spawn perhaps as many as a million children birthed here by American women, but then removed, raised and indoctrinated entirely in China. They will have the vote upon turning 18, and unlimited access to this country before and after.  What could possibly go wrong? National suicide.   This is Frank Gaffney.

There's a powerful new force in American politics. The cause of freedom was advanced last week in Texas. In the course of five exhausting days of public testimony, line-by-line deliberations and voting, that state's top educational board approved pro-American, pro-freedom required reading lists, curriculums and standards.  In what can only be described as non-kinetic trench warfare, a majority of the Texas State Board of Education, led by two of its most valiant patriots, Julie Pickren and Brandon Hall,   worked through hundreds of amendments offered by Democratic members that would have restored cultural Marxist and sharia-supremacist indoctrination in that state – and some twenty others whose schools track with Texan textbooks. The Red-Green axis is particularly incensed that the SBOE has directed the inclusion of the Bible in public pedagogy for the first time since the 1960s. Team USA lost to Turkey yesterday in the World Cup. Fortunately, it will nonetheless be able to advance in the competition. Another loss to Turkey is in prospect – one that may not have a happy outcome. President Trump says he may bring a “big gift” to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan, the host of NATO's upcoming summit in Ankara. He reportedly has in mind selling the Turks America's front-line stealth fighter, the F-35.                                                     Transferring such technology to a nation run by a sharia-supremacist regime deeply tied to Communist China is a formula for compromising sensitive technology and intelligence capabilities. It's all the more alarming given Mr. Trump's disclosure that Turkey was a “prime candidate to go into the war with Iran – maybe on the Iran side.” The truth is Turkey is an ally no more, and must be treated accordingly. A new force is evident in electoral politics in America. It's the Red-Green axis and its implications for the country are ominous.  The axis is personified by Zorhan Mamdani, who won the New York City mayor's race last year.  Of particular concern in this year's election cycle are the combined efforts of Democratic Socialists of America and Muslim Brotherhood front groups putting boots on the ground, bloc-voting and bringing financial and political muscle to bear.  The result has been the election of radical leftists, some of whom are sharia-supremacist Muslims, as the Democratic nominees in various races across the country, including ones that effectively assure they will win in November. Patriots have four months left to expose and counter what is, at least in part, “electoral jihad” or risk not just losing some key seats, but truly imperiling the nation.   This is Frank Gaffney.

A new music video “They Knew” condemns decades of rape and enslavement of over a quarter-million British girls by Pakistani Muslim gangs with the knowledge and complicity of British authorities.  Such “rape jihad” is not limited to the United Kingdom. Countries across Europe have also seen those who have made Islam's migratory “hijra” emulating their “perfect man,” the prophet Mohammed, ravaging host countries' women in record numbers. Another fight for the future of Texas looms this afternoon. The Board of Education of the Ft. Worth independent school district will be petulantly told it must entrust a 2,000 student high-school to a problematic principal.  At issue is not whether a sharia-adherent Muslim named Shayma Alzubi has the right to espouse Palestinian calls for genocide of Jews with the phrase “from the river to the sea.” Or endorse the subversion of the Marxist Black Live Matters movement. Or dissemble about the seditious, totalitarian Islamic strategy for conquest known as sharia. It is simply whether a person with such views should have a leading role in teaching American kids. And ultimately, the issue is whether, since the answer is obviously “No,” similarly minded individuals in a position to indoctrinate our children should also be precluded from doing so. In recent months, the process has turned into a pitched battle with incredibly high stakes. Yesterday, President Trump formally signed a deal with Iran based in part on an assessment that we can safely, and generously, do business with its new leadership. Unfortunately, a webinar conducted shortly before the ceremony shockingly exposed why the unaltered, sharia-supremacist character of Iran's government remains a threat to its own people, and ours. President Trump is expected to hold a press conference today to discuss a fourteen-point “deal” with Iran. Incredibly, it would formalize the United States' surrender to a regime that has, from its inception, unwaveringly sought to bring “Death to America.”  For example, many billions of dollars will immediately begin flowing to its jihadists. All sanctions will end. The U.S. will withdraw its forces from “the surrounding areas” and commit never to go to war with Iran again. Such terms might be justified if President Trump had “finished the job,” by enabling the people of Iran to liberate their country.  Instead, under present circumstances, this document sets the stage for the mullahs to finish their job, which is to bring on the apocalypse and thereby usher in the Golden Age of Islam.  Mr. President, don't make that disaster your legacy. There's much loose talk about the so-called “deal” between the United States and Iran. Increasingly, it's being described as “ending the war.”  That is, at best, wildly premature. At worst, it is dangerously delusional. By restoring the Iranian regime's access to oil revenues, ending sanctions and blockades of its ports, this agreement assures its survival and eliminates U.S. leverage – effectively dooming any further negotiations aimed at ending Iran's nuclear weapons program.  In fact, with Communist China's active help rearming Iran, a more realistic assumption would be that the mullahs will simply buy nuclear weapons from North Korea or perhaps Pakistan.  Thus, when – inevitably – they resume kinetic warfare, the threat will surely be existential for Israel, Iran's neighbors and possibly large numbers of Americans. Donald Trump has done so much to prevent that, and must not have it be his legacy.  This is Frank Gaffney.

That would appear to be the case with the so-called “deal” with Iran's regime now expected to be signed on Friday. President Trump is determined to get the Strait of Hormuz reopened and gas prices reduced before the mid-term elections. While the accord's details aren't available yet and, if past Iranian practice is any guide, may be further modified, it seems lopsidedly advantageous to our enemies in Tehran. We make far-reaching concessions on our blockade and sanctions relief in exchange for further negotiations and the mullahs' easily reversed opening of the Strait.  Most worrying, it ensures their survival, which will be correctly portrayed by them and their fellow jihadists worldwide as a victory. The Texas Republican Party faces today a seeming no-brainer choice: Will it stand with the man at the top of the GOP ticket this fall, Governor Greg Abbott, and 1.9 million voters in its base in opposing sharia-supremacism?  Or, will it legitimize among its convention delegates operatives of the Muslim Brotherhood and its pitbull front, the Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) – which Mr. Abbott has properly designated as terrorist organizations. One of them, Dr. Tarek Hussein, actually founded CAIR's Texas chapter and authored a paper about how to infiltrate political parties. The obvious purpose of doing so is to advance the Brotherhood's stated “mission” of “destroying Western civilization from within with the help of unbelievers.” Banning sharia is a winning issue for Republican and other patriots – unless the Texas GOP submits to it, alienating them and further empowering and emboldening the jihadists.  This is Frank Gaffney.

One of America's greatest achievements was the prohibition of slavery. It took a sustained national grassroots effort which birthed the Republican Party and the election of its abolitionist presidential nominee named Abraham Lincoln, a victorious civil war, then decades more to overcome Democrats' strenuous opposition to civil rights reforms.  Even now, Democrats are making common cause with sharia-supremacists whose predecessors enslaved black Africans and sent them to this country for sale. If past practice is any guide, Chinese dictator Xi Jinping's state visit to North Korea yesterday afforded an opportunity for more  “strategic arson” aimed at distracting the United States from his increasing preparations for acquiring Taiwan via force if coercive pressure and/or elections don't have that effect. That could entail a manufactured ratcheting up of tensions with South Korea now controlled by another of Xi's Communist allies, President Lee Jae-Myung. He's long wanted to remove U.S. forces from the peninsula and would probably happily play along with a bit of PRC-directed theater to do so to avert a Potemkin crisis. Another ominous possibility is that Xi covertly directed Kim to join him in rearming Iran, building on their Chinese-approved collaboration on nuclear weapons by transferring one or more of them from Kim's burgeoning arsenal to Tehran.   Brace for impact. Dr. Adam Hamawy just won the Democratic nomination for the New Jersey's 12th Congressional District, effectively ensuring he will be sworn in next year.  A question occurs: Can he faithfully pledge to “support and defend the Constitution against all enemies, foreign and domestic”? For one thing, Hamawy previously lied under oath on behalf of the Blind Sheikh, Omar Abdel-Rahman, during the trial that convicted him of conspiring to bomb the World Trade Center the first time.  Then, Hamawy repeatedly shouted during his victory party last week “Allahu Akhbar” – the declaration that “Allah is the greatest” jihadists notably make as they perpetrate terrifying violence on unbelievers.   Finally, there's the prospect that, if Hamawy is elected, he will take his oath with a hand on the Koran, a book that commands its adherents to lie to the infidels. Iran fired waves of ballistic missiles at Israelis cities yesterday. It's the latest evidence that the idea of negotiating a deal of any value, let alone durability, with what's left of the mullahs' regime is an exercise in futility.  After all, thanks to the present, so-called “ceasefire” such missiles are being steadily exhumed from the underground shelters in which they were buried earlier this year.  And that's just one indication of the dangers associated with what is actually a hudna – the traditional Mohammedan temporary pause that allows Muslim warriors time and space to rearm, regroup and resume hostilities under more favorable circumstances.  In addition, more Chinese weapons and components are being shipped into Iran daily and will be aimed at Israel, our forces and allies in the region and, in some cases, perhaps us here at home. This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute.   Iran's Foreign Legion, doing business in Lebanon as the designated terrorist group Hezbollah, has refused to join a ceasefire negotiated between the country's putative government and Israel. That could amount to a strategic checkmate that leads at last to Lebanon's liberation, provided that is, President Trump is not induced to intervene to save the jihadists absent such an error, Israel is now in a position to mop up what is left of Hezbollah's infrastructure and personnel south of the Latani River.    It can also help Christians to its north secure their own areas and work with Druze, Sunnis, and even some Shiites elsewhere in Lebanon to root out their common enemy, the Iranian occupiers. Mr. President, ignore those urging you to rescue the Iranian Sharia supremacists. At a minimum, let Israel and Lebanese yearning to get their country back finish the job.    This is Frank Gaffney.

Bush's National Security Advisor, Brent Scowcroft – a longtime protégé of former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, who blazed the path for “engagement” with the CCP.  In practice, as author Peter Schweizer has devastatingly documented in his latest best-seller, Invisible Coup, Kissinger, Scowcroft, and former Treasury Secretary Hank Paulson spawned the practice of profiting immensely by selling out our country to China at the expense of Americans' economic wellbeing and national security.  That must end.

The Republican-controlled Florida House of Representatives designated February as Muslim American Heritage Month. Its adoption is credited to the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR), a Muslim Brotherhood front designated last year by Governor Ron DeSantis as a terrorist organization.  The resolution even extolled the public service of three Democratic sharia-supremacists: Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison and Representatives Ilan Omar and Rashida Tlaib. President Trump is doubling down on a bet that diplomacy with Iran will produce a deal that ends hostilities there. Yesterday, he vehemently insisted that Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu forgo further attacks on Iran's foreign legion, Hezbollah. Mr. Trump appears to be heeding the advice of U.S. advisors like special envoy Tom Barrack and putative allies like Qatar and Turkey.  They previously persuaded him to engage with another sharia-supremacist regime in Syria at the expense of actual allies there among minority communities.  The result is instructive: Ongoing, murderous jihadist attacks and the prospect for outright genocide – not peace.  Diplomacy with sharia-supremacists only produces hudnas – temporary pauses that allow them to rearm, regroup and renew their jihads under more favorable circumstances.  Give peace its only chance, Mr. President: There is no substitute for decisive victory.  This is Frank Gaffney.

The British wit, Samuel Johnson, described second marriages as “the triumph of hope over experience.” So are negotiated “deals” with Iran's sharia-supremacist regime. The noose is tightening on Cuba's Communist regime that has long brutalized its people and threatened ours. According to Fox News Digital, the Justice and Treasury Departments are investigating “145 U.S. non-profits and activist groups with $1 billion in collective revenues…as part of a wider influence campaign by Cuba's communist regime and other foreign actors.” Among those subpoenaed is Code Pink co-founder Jodie Evans, the wife of a China-based billionaire named Neville Roy Singham. He's reportedly put $278 million into pro-Communist advocacy groups.  It's bad enough that such supporters of our enemies are allowed to help them undermine our security. Insult is added to serious injury that, as tax-exempt organizations, their groups are effectively subsidized by the American people.  Time to put them out of business, along with the dangerous Cuban government they slavishly support.  This is Frank Gaffney.

Thank God the so-called “Memorandum of Understanding” with Iran remains incomplete. It's in America's vital interest that it never be finalized. Here's a clue: Even as negotiations continue with the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps now doing business as the Iranian government, its vessels are laying more mines to control the Strait of Hormuz. U.S. forces were compelled to attack them in “self-defense.” If that's how the IRGC behaves before it makes a deal to open that waterway and promises further negotiations, there is no reason to expect it will behave better afterwards. Such violence is unconscionable and must be condemned.  Even though little is known so far about the teenage shooters, the Islamic Center's imam, Taha Hassane, nonetheless decried “intolerance.” And New York's Muslim Mayor Zohran Mamdani denounced “Islamophobia.”  Before sympathy for the victims and efforts to parlay this crime into a pretext for silencing those of us who legitimately oppose utterly intolerant and intentionally terrifying sharia-supremacism, a little level-setting is in order. This mosque has long been associated with the jihadist Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas. Two congregants aided the 9/11 hijackers. And Imam Hassane routinely misrepresents sharia and intolerantly inveighs against Israel and its supporters.  Such facts do not justify violence. The Justice Department yesterday indicted former Cuban dictator Raoul Castro and others for three murders of American citizens thirty years ago. To paraphrase Winston Churchill, it may mark “the beginning of the end” of the regime he and his brother, Fidel, have inflicted on the island's longsuffering population for nearly seven decades. The indictment was preceded by an oil embargo engineered by President Trump and a man whose family fled to freedom from Cuba, Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Today, Chinese emperor Xi Jinping accorded his vassal, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin, the same red-carpet treatment Donald Trump got last week. Yesterday, we celebrated on the Washington Mall 250 years of “one nation under God” by rededicating the American experiment to the Judeo-Christian values and beliefs not only central to its beginnings and history to date, but to its prospects for the future.  Critics are determined to obscure, if not completely deny, the role the Scriptures and the hand of God played in inspiring the authors of our founding documents. “Rededicate 250” featured prayers, Biblical citations and statements from America's get-go to underscore that, in our time, we must prize that spiritual genealogy and eschew efforts to alter it. In particular, we cannot persist – in the name of religious freedom and “interfaith dialogue” – in according to Islam's anti-constitutional sharia death-cult the status of a “great Abrahamic faith,” allowing it seditiously to undermine our nation and freedoms through unwarranted First Amendment protections.

Virginia's Democratic Party might better be described as the Bolsheviks. After all, their approach to governance seems to be Lenin's revolutionary practice of “the ends justify the means.”  A prime example is the Democrats' bid to redraw the commonwealth's congressional districts. First, they created a constitutional amendment whose language was corruptly misleading and unlawfully adopted contributing to its narrow approval last month. That outcome was immediately stayed by one judge and then rejected by the Virginia Supreme Court. The Bolsheviks reportedly want to retaliate by lowering its mandatory retirement age to 53 and restock the court with sympathetic jurists.  Failing that, the Bolsheviks want the U.S. Supreme Court to endorse their shenanigans. Chinese emperor Xi Jinping's lavish welcome for President Trump cannot obscure a harsh reality: China's ruling Communist Party is at war with the United States. If we continue to ignore that natty fact, we invite a redoubling of the CCP's long-running “unrestricted warfare” against America – an unforced, and possibly terminal, error of epic proportions.  Much will depend on what comes next. If President Trump allows Xi to reduce their summit to yet-another opportunity to preside over one-sided deals with U.S. “captured elites,” 47 will be remembered as having perpetuated and greatly intensified the threat we face.  If on the other hand, like President Reagan at Rekjyavik, Mr. Trump rejects the temptation to prop up the Chinese Communist Party, he may yet put it on the “ash-heap of history,” alongside the odious Soviet one that spawned the CCP. China's emperor Xi Jinping will wine and dine President Trump as part of a spectacle in Beijing intended to give the outward appearance of hospitality. I pray the U.S. delegation includes a food-tester.  This is no joke. Poisoning enemies has long been part of the intrigues of China's imperial courts. And, since Donald Trump poses a unique and existential threat to the CCP's global ambitions, taking him out – presumably via a seeming “accident” – would be an elegant solution to Xi's acute internal problems. Alternatively, Xi may simply persist in poisonously impacting  this fall's midterm elections and, thereby, the Trump presidency via restricting rare earth mineral exports, enabling and protracting Iran's war with America and gaining new opportunities to penetrate and subvert our country. President Trump is taking numerous “old friends of China” to Beijing today – corporate executives who have made fortunes transforming the People's Republic into a superpower.  The President's entourage reinforces the illusion that the PRC is merely an economic rival that a new poll indicates most Americans share. Mr. Trump just reinforced that misperception by declaring we have “a very friendly competition” with China.  Actually, as a recent PresentDangerChina.com webinar underscored, Communist China is at war with us. It is perilous to ignore that fact and open our country and economy to further predations – thereby, enabling the CCP to intensify its decades long “unrestricted warfare” against us.  The result will be to prop up Xi Jinping's regime and embolden it further.
