Kevin Freeman and Jason Cozens, founder and CEO of Glint, explain how modern fintech and state-level legal frameworks can enable gold and silver to function as everyday spending money without replacing the dollar. They highlight challenges with traditional gold ownership — high entry cost, trust, storage, taxes, and spendability — and show how Glint's app, vault-backed holdings, and Mastercard integration solve them with wholesale pricing and fractional ownership. The discussion covers inflation, the Cantillon effect, central bank gold accumulation, and a growing U.S. state movement to protect and enable transactional gold. Viewers learn how users can adopt a personal gold standard today while broader legal adoption accelerates across key states.
Kevin Freeman uses the Battle of the Bulge to warn against post-victory complacency, drawing parallels to current fights over CBDCs, debt, immigration, and cultural policy. He and Mike Carter highlight progress on state-level “pirate money” legal tender laws in Arkansas, Florida, Louisiana, Texas, and Missouri, while stressing that implementation and sustained grassroots engagement are essential. Despite executive actions and legislative wins, they argue that threats persist through hidden DEI programs, banking restrictions, and policy reversals — demanding vigilance, relationships with lawmakers, and principled advocacy. The call to action: Stay engaged, build legislative relationships, and advance liberty, security, and values with practical next steps from the Economic War Room.
Kevin Freeman, Chief Commercial Officer at Health Catalyst, highlights the challenges mid-market healthcare systems are currently facing, including the predicted impact of Medicaid cuts and the increase in uninsured patients. There is a need to break down data silos and use AI and data analytics to improve the quality of care, reduce costs, and address clinician burnout. The Health Catalyst platform is designed to integrate existing technology, improve efficiency, and provide expertise and support to drive better patient outcomes and manage financially sound organizations. Kevin explains, "Health Catalyst works with healthcare providers, really of all sizes. Historically, more academics and IDNs, but more recently, over the last six to seven months, have really focused on the mid-market health systems. Mid-market health systems still struggle with some of the same issues that large health systems do, but they lack the technology, expertise, and some of the clinical experience that drive outcomes. So, we're really excited to move into the mid-market, improve quality and patient care, and reduce costs at the same time." "Our goal is not to rip and replace, but to meet them where they're at. Those investments that they've made, we can take those investments, integrate them into our platform, and drive those outcomes—that outcome improvement strategy across the entire system. I think that one of the biggest things we're seeing is that the technology is just not enough. Dashboards aren't enough. It really takes driving those outcomes and having that clinical expertise. But we don't just bring the technology. We bring the people with the technology to actually partner with them hand-in-hand to actually drive that outcome improvement." #HealthCatalyst #MidMarketHospitals #Hospitals #Healthcare #MedicaidCuts #HealthcareProviders healthcatalyst.com Download the transcript here

Kevin Freeman traces the arc from 1980s optimism — thousands of investable public companies and rapid innovation — to today's halved stock count amid soaring GDP and population. He argues that financialization, heavy regulation (SOX, Dodd-Frank), and abundant private capital pushed companies to stay private, widening the wealth gap and fueling socialist sentiment. Examples like Uber illustrate how gains accrue privately while retail investors face late access and higher risk; meanwhile, dollar debasement and the Cantillon effect amplify inequality. Freeman advocates restoring opportunity via sound money (state gold/silver initiatives), lighter but fair regulation, stronger IP protection, and expanded public access to high-growth firms, urging policy action to revive broad-based capitalism.
Kevin Freeman and Dr. Simone Gold discuss institutional capture, fear-driven public health, and the erosion of medical freedom during the pandemic, urging individuals to think independently. She highlights America's Frontline Doctors, the upcoming Freedom Summit 2025 in Dallas, and policy shifts like Florida's move to end vaccine mandates. Gold critiques third-party health care payment systems and promotes a direct doctor-patient model, introducing GoldCare.com's $10/month education-first membership with optional fee-for-service clinical care. She emphasizes lifestyle foundations — movement, nutrition, sleep — over pill-first medicine and outlines practical paths to reduce costs while restoring choice and trust.
The show spotlights Zohran Mamdani's lead in New York's mayoral polls, fueled by strong youth support for socialist policies like fare-free transit, public child care, city-run groceries, rent controls, police defunding, and a $30 minimum wage. Kevin Freeman contrasts generational attitudes toward socialism and communism with Cold War history, citing data from Cato, Pew, and Gallup to argue that education and cultural shifts are driving the trend. He criticizes proposals such as city-owned grocery stores as historically disastrous and highlights endorsements and controversies surrounding Mamdani's background and positions on Israel. The segment concludes with a call for “economic justice” via free-market solutions, sound money, and policy reforms to restore middle-class opportunity without embracing socialism.
Kevin Freeman and Ryan Helfenbein discuss the surge of youth support for socialist candidates, highlighting a generational divide and citing surveys showing favorable views of socialism and even communism among younger voters. They argue that grievances over cost of living, perceived lack of opportunity, and long-term institutional capture in education, media, and churches have primed young Americans toward socialist solutions. Helfenbein contrasts socialism's historic failures with free-market democratic capitalism's record on human flourishing, while emphasizing that faith, purpose, and community are essential antidotes to materialism-driven ideologies. The conversation spotlights Liberty University's faith-centered education model and advocacy through the Standing for Freedom Center as part of a broader strategy to restore economic and cultural foundations.
Kevin Freeman talks with John Solomon about allegations that a political operation originated in 2016 to frame Donald Trump with Russia collusion, later morphing into a broader pattern involving the FBI, CIA, and special counsels. Solomon outlines a “grand conspiracy” theory tying together Russiagate, the Ukraine impeachment, and classified-documents cases, arguing that the same actors used government power to target Trump while shielding Democrats. He explains how a conspiracy framework could extend statutes of limitations, shift venue to Florida, and potentially yield charges, agency downsizing, and reformed intelligence practices. The discussion highlights Obama-era briefings, the role of Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, and the prospect of Obama as an unindicted co-conspirator and compelled witness.

We begin with some foreign policy news to show once again that the grifters were wrong about everything about the war. Plus, they don't seem to be bothered by Trump's waffling on Ukraine. Next, I discuss the bottom line about the reconciliation bill, how inflation is not being dealt with, and how the Trump administration is fundamentally misdiagnosing the housing problem. We're joined by Kevin Freeman for an update on the transactional gold movement, the only functional solution to inflation. The movement is on the cusp of adding a fifth state to the list of those that have adopted transactional accounts into law. We discuss the next steps in expeditiously implementing the accounts. We need a solid comptroller in Texas (I'm supporting Don Huffines), and most importantly, Trump must issue an executive order exempting transactional gold from capital gains taxes. We must stay vigilant, because some banking interest will try to strangle this amazing idea at the executive and regulatory levels. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices

Welcome to perhaps the most consequential grassroots-driven public policy initiative in U.S. history. On June 1st, the Texas state legislature became the fifth in the nation to exercise a little-noted constitutional authority to make gold and silver coin legal tender and “functional money.” The instigator of the Transactional Gold and Silver movement is my friend, Kevin Freeman, the author of the best-seller that launched it, Pirate Money: Discovering the Founders' Plan for Economic Justice and Defeating the Great Reset. Will Governor Greg Abbott now enable Texans and others to have an alternative to paper dollars that are worth ever-less and the totalitarianism-enabling Central Bank Digital Currency the Federal Reserve wants to foist upon us? Or will he surrender to banking lobbyists indifferent to this mighty blow for freedom and, interestingly, even the opportunity for their industry to benefit from it, too? This is Frank Gaffney.

We begin today with a discussion about the special elections. Where was the focus on primaries to ensure we had better candidates? We begin by discussing how Congress is proving that they have no interest in cutting spending. The problem is that Trump doesn't realize the mutual exclusivity of his desire to cut inflation with his concurrent desire to cut noting but “waste, fraud, and abuse.” I explain how this is similar to the Obamacare fight of 2017. This is why transactional gold is the only solution. We're joined by Kevin Freeman, author of Pirate Money and one of the leaders of the movement, for an amazing update on the transactional gold bills moving through the states. First, we review the good, the bad, and the ugly of Trump's appointees so far. I make the case for shooting down Kristi Noem as Homeland Security Secretary and Scott Bessent as Treasury Secretary. Also, with Marco Rubio becoming secretary of state, I argue that the best person to fill his Senate seat is James Uthmeier, DeSantis' chief of staff. Next, we're joined by my colleague Kevin Freeman, author of “Pirate Money,” for an update on his plan to enact transactional gold in the states. He offers a sobering view of the feasibility of ever cutting spending at the federal level. He believes the best we can do is work with the Trump administration to facilitate the designation of transactional gold as functional and legal tender. We are facing unavoidable economic pain; we as may as well build an escape hatch. Kevin has the most realistic plan to do just that. He believes that if Texas and Florida adopt this plan, it will be more transformational than anything we can hope for in Congress. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit megaphone.fm/adchoices
