At some point in the next decade, a historian is going to look at the first quarter of the 21st century from the perspective of the national security establishment and the blessings it had as it rose to global power status, and will publish the foundational reference book for those trying to understand that moment in time. Its primary rivals distracted and drained themselves in unnecessary quixotic quasi-imperial police actions, one in Central and Southwest Asia (U.S.A.), the other bled itself white attempting to reconstruct at least part of its predecessor's empire (Russia). All the while, its economy grew, its diplomatic influence expanded, and its military became an impressive, if untested, colossus.Yes, the People's Republic of China (PRC) had its problems and setbacks: demographic collapse, massive debt, economic fragility, and poor messaging—but so did its greatest competitors. In 2026, while most have been focused on the Iranian-Israeli-American conflict and the Russo-Ukrainian War rooted in unsolved issues from the end of the 20th century, the PRC continues its march forward into the future.Returning to the Midrats Podcast to discuss will be Dean Cheng.Dean is a Non-resident Senior Fellow, Potomac Institute for Policy Studies and Non-resident Fellow, George Washington University Space Policy Institute. He recently retired after 14 years with the Heritage Foundation, where he was a senior research fellow on Chinese political and security affairs, and wrote on various aspects of Chinese foreign and defense policy.Prior to joining the Heritage Foundation, he was a senior analyst with the China Studies Division (previously, Project Asia) at CNA from 2001-2009. Before joining CNA, he was a senior analyst with Science Applications International Corporation (SAIC) from 1996-2001. From 1993-1995, he was an analyst with the US Congress' Office of Technology Assessment in the International Security and Space Division, where he studied the Chinese defense industrial complex. He is the author of the book Cyber Dragon: Inside China's Information Warfare and Cyber Operations (NY: Praeger Publishing, 2016), as well as a number of papers and book chapters examining various aspects of Chinese security affairs.SummaryIn this episode, Mark, Sal, and Dean Cheng discusses China's strategic challenges, space ambitions, AI development, and regional influence, providing insights into China's long-term plans and global impact.Show LinksTo A Louse, On Seeing One on a Lady's Bonnet at Church, Robert BurnsGreat Wall, movie with Matt Damon2012, movie Himalayas Tsunami SceneRed Cliff, movie (the good one)Chapters00:00: Introduction and overview of China's global strategy02:38: Dean Cheng's background and China's long-term planning04:46: China's strategic challenges beyond the US06:04: North Korea's shifting alliances and regional dynamics08:06: Russia, China, and North Korea cooperation10:27: Chinese perceptions of US and regional threats12:25: Japan, Korea, and China's regional ambitions14:29: China's post-COVID strategic posture and influence16:03: China's national messaging and global image17:28: Xi Jinping's strategic vision and military buildup19:57: China's influence in the Pacific and Arctic regions22:42: Canada, Greenland, and China's northern ambitions31:00: China's space program and lunar exploration49:58: The race to the moon and space dominance54:46: Future of space exploration and international standards55:33: Long-term US space strategy and Chinese competition59:36: US and Chinese space efforts and collaboration01:00:26: Conclusion

Information Warfare: How the American Mind Became the New Battlefield

Information Warfare is transforming the American mind into the newest battlefield in modern conflict. Every day, foreign adversaries exploit social media algorithms, artificial intelligence, automated bot networks, and human psychology to manipulate public opinion, deepen political division, and weaken constitutional self-government without firing a single shot. In this episode of The P.A.S. Report Podcast, Professor Nick Giordano explains how China, Russia, Iran, and other hostile actors exploit America's greatest vulnerability: the collapse of critical thinking and civic education. Rather than persuading Americans to embrace a foreign ideology, these adversaries amplify existing political divisions, conspiracy theories, and outrage to erode trust in the Constitution, public institutions, and one another. Most importantly, this episode lays out a constitutional framework for defeating information warfare while fiercely protecting the First Amendment, free speech, and individual liberty. If Americans lose the ability to distinguish truth from manipulation, constitutional self-government cannot survive. Understanding information warfare is no longer optional. It is essential to preserving a free society. What You'll Learn In This Episode: The New Battlefield: How modern information warfare and cognitive warfare target the American mind instead of physical territory. The Mechanics of Manipulation: How social media algorithms, artificial intelligence, bot networks, and information laundering manufacture false consensus and hijack public debate. America's Greatest Vulnerability: How confirmation bias, selective skepticism, conspiracy theories, and outrage culture turn ordinary citizens into unwitting participants in foreign influence operations. The Human Layer: How covert funding networks, advocacy organizations, media outlets, and online influencers amplify foreign narratives and deepen political division. Defending the Republic: How We the People can rebuild critical thinking, reject government censorship, strengthen civic responsibility, and defend constitutional liberty without sacrificing the First Amendment. Topics Covered: Information Warfare, Cognitive Warfare, Foreign Influence Operations, Artificial Intelligence, Social Media Algorithms, Bot Networks, Critical Thinking, First Amendment, Constitutional Republic, National Security

With Trump's approval ratings slipping, the Iran conflict escalating, renewed questions surrounding the Epstein files, and the assassination of Charlie Kirk continuing to reverberate through the conservative movement, many Americans are asking whether these events are isolated, or part of a much larger story. In this episode, I examine the connections I believe may exist between these developments, including my view that the Epstein files may have been used as leverage against powerful political figures and that foreign interests have exerted significant influence over American policy in the Middle East. We'll discuss:Trump's declining support among his baseThe growing controversy surrounding U.S. involvement with IranThe unanswered questions surrounding the Epstein filesThe political impact of Charlie Kirk's assassination and its aftermathWhy I believe these stories intersect in ways the mainstream media refuses to exploreMy goal is not to tell you what to think, but to encourage you to question narratives, follow incentives, and examine who benefits from the decisions being made in Washington.--https://www.bible.com/

In this situational briefing, Yaakov Lappin, In-House Analyst at The MirYam Institute, explains the paradox of Israel's growing strategic strength amidst a deteriorating global information war.Over the past 30 months, Israel has achieved historic strategic victories, working with the U.S. to systematically decimate the Iranian axis—including its nuclear programs, Hamas, and Hezbollah. By operationalizing new defense alliances, Israel now serves as a regional "insurance policy" for Gulf states against Iranian fundamentalism. However, Israel is simultaneously losing the global information battle because jihadist adversaries deliberately embed their rocket launchers and invasion bases inside hospitals, schools, and residential areas to manipulate the international narrative.Support the showThe MirYam Institute. The release and messaging surrounding the 2026 National Defence Strategy and 2026 Integrated Investment Program is just the latest salvo in the government's effort to direct the national conversation about our national security. With the government emphasising major increases in Defence spending over the next decade, the government is hoping that the headline figures and a lack of public understanding of Defence spending will be enough to convince the nation we're doing enough to protect our interests. Hosts Phil Tarrant, Major General (Ret'd) Dr Marcus Thompson and Steve Kuper deep dive into the current battle for control of the narrative and the unfolding strategies being leveraged to target various Australian demographics, with specific examples in the economic domain as Australians face increasing inflation and fuel insecurity despite what they're being told. The trio also unpack the latest announcements around the winds of change sweeping through the Department of Defence, with the recent appointments to chief of Defence, chief of Army and the appointment of the new secretary of Defence designed to emphasise the government's priority areas: national resilience and sovereignty. He explains that any ceasefire arrangements remain fragile, complicated by unclear negotiating partners inside Iran and competing militant factions like Hezbollah and the IRGC. The discussion turns to Israel, Lebanon, and the difficulty of disarming Hezbollah due to its deep political integration within Lebanon's government structure. Brown also addresses information control inside Iran, noting widespread internet blackouts and the limited effectiveness of tools like Starlink in penetrating government jamming and infrastructure restrictions. But for much longer than that, Russia has been fighting a second war in parallel, one that gets far less attention but which is arguably far, far more successful. It's the war for hearts and minds: in Europe, in Ukraine and across the Global South  - and while it might seem abstract, it's very much real and it's bringing Russia very real benefits - often enabling it to win battles without needing to fight a single shot. To understand how that war is being fought - and why is the West on the backfoot - I'm talking to Janis Sarts, the Director of NATO's Strategic Communications Centre of Excellence. This is the organisation that sits at the heart of NATO's efforts to understand and counter Russian information warfare, which makes Sarts one of the most informed people in the world on how this domain actually works. We get into why Russia is so effective at this despite being outmatched in almost every other domain, why Western governments talk about the threat constantly but do so little to counter it, and what it would actually take to fight back - including the lessons from Ukraine, which has done something no Western country has managed: take the information fight directly to Russia.

Why are there still no real Epstein trials? And why does it feel like the conversation keeps shifting right when accountability should be front and center? We're talking about Donald Trump, the ongoing silence surrounding Epstein files-related justice, and the growing tensions that are pushing us closer to global conflict. Is it all coincidence or is distraction the entire point?I'm discussing the idea that war, chaos, and constant petty headlines can be used to redirect public attention away from uncomfortable truths. And more importantly, I challenge the mindset that's keeping people passive:The obsession with “being nice.”Niceness is not a fruit of the Spirit.Kindness is, but kindness does not mean tolerating evil, ignoring corruption, or staying silent when truth is inconvenient for you.Our current culture rewards passivity and punishes boldness, but we have to ask:Are we ignoring evil to protect our image?Have we confused politeness with righteousness? And what happens to a society that refuses to confront what is wrong?Evil doesn't retreat when it's ignored. It advances when good people stay quiet and do nothing.Stop acting like nothing is different when everything has changed.--https://www.youversion.com/bible-app

In Part 2 of my conversation with Stacy M., we continue pulling back the curtain on Freemasonry and examining the questions most people are told not to ask.If the organization is simply a harmless fraternity, why so much secrecy? Why the elaborate rituals, layered symbolism, and strict oaths? And why have so many influential leaders throughout history been tied to it?In this episode, we dig deeper into the structure of Freemasonry, the meaning behind its rituals and symbols, and the concerns many Christians and researchers have raised about its spiritual and cultural influence. We also discuss why criticism of the organization is often quickly dismissed—and why that reaction alone should make people more curious, not less. This conversation isn't about sensationalism. It's about discernment. When powerful institutions operate largely out of public view yet intersect with leadership, culture, and faith, they deserve thoughtful examination. The goal isn't to tell people what to think, but to encourage them to start asking questions for themselves.--https://www.youversion.com/bible-app

Today on Uncommon Sense, I'm joined by Stacy M. for a conversation that too many people are afraid (or unwilling) to have. We're discussing Freemasonry: what it is, what it claims to be, and the darker, more sinister elements that often get brushed aside or ignored entirely. From secrecy and symbolism to influence and power, we're asking the questions that rarely get real answers. Why has this secret society maintained such a strong presence for so long? Why does it seem to intersect so frequently with positions of power—including within our own government? And most importantly… why aren't more people talking about it?This episode isn't about blind accusations, it's about awareness. If something holds influence, operates behind closed doors, and shapes culture or leadership in any capacity, it deserves scrutiny. It's time to start paying attention and asking better questions.--https://www.youversion.com/bible-app

In this episode, Stewart Alsop III sits down with Tom Faye — experimenter, author of The 90 Day Client Acquisition Code, and founder of Carbon Credits Marketplace — to talk about solar energy, off-grid living, and the solarpunk vision of a technology-powered utopia. They cover everything from perovskite solar cells and portable container-based solar systems, to carbon credits, ESG investing, and blockchain verification of clean energy output. The conversation also winds through AI training data, business automation, and the data labeling industry before circling back to some bigger questions about human nature, geopolitics, and what genuine self-reliance looks like in 2025. You can find Tom and his work at Carbon Credits Marketplace on LinkedIn and his energy consumption data visualization is also shared there. His book The 90 Day Client Acquisition Code is available for those looking to explore business automation further.Timestamps00:00 Introduction to Tom Fay and his work01:03 Understanding Solar Punk: Utopian Tech and Culture02:15 Current State of Solar Technology and Storage03:45 Living Off-Grid: Solar, Batteries, and Remote Work06:11 Solar Energy in Africa: Challenges and Opportunities12:21 Powering Communities with Mobile Solar Solutions16:50 The Vision of Solar Punk: Self-Sufficient Communities22:54 Existing Examples: Great Barrier Island and Others26:06 Overfishing, Environmental Challenges, and Technological Solutions28:34 Using Technology to Address Second-Order Environmental Problems36:35 Data, AI, and the Future of Energy Management43:13 Carbon Credits, Blockchain, and ESG Reporting45:27 The Geopolitics of Green Energy and Resource Control46:53 How to Connect with Tom Fay and Future ProjectsKey InsightsSolarpunk represents a genuine near-future possibility, not just an aesthetic. As solar panels and lithium batteries become cheaper and more efficient, the vision of abundant, decentralized clean energy is becoming a practical reality rather than a utopian fantasy.Perovskite solar cells are pushing efficiency roughly 22% beyond conventional panels, and the bigger revolution happening right now is on the storage side — cheaper, higher-capacity batteries are what will truly unlock solar's potential at scale.Africa may leapfrog the West on solar adoption, just as it leapfrogged landlines with mobile phones. People in energy-scarce countries viscerally understand the value of clean power in a way that people in the West, accustomed to reliable grids, simply don't.Portable solar container units — self-contained, deployable systems — already exist and are making off-grid energy viable for farms, mines, remote lodges, and even data centers, with a roughly five-to-one solar-to-load footprint required.Carbon credits generated from verified solar output, tracked via IoT smart meters and stamped on blockchain, represent a long-term business opportunity that survives political shifts because institutional investors and banks operate on independent ESG mandates.AI training data is a present and real economic opportunity, but a shrinking one. The window for humans — especially lawyers, scientists, and specialists — to get paid for their expertise is closing fast as labs pivot toward synthetic data generation.True self-reliance comes down to four things: food, water, power, and transportation. With solar and Starlink, the gap between remote wilderness and connected civilization has essentially collapsed — something unimaginable even a generation ago.

In a world shaped by headlines, outrage cycles, and endless streams of information, it's getting harder to recognize just how easily our thinking can be influenced. Modern media is designed to capture attention, stir emotion, and reinforce group identity. Over time, that pressure can start to shape how we see reality itself. In this episode, we take a careful look at the psychological dynamics behind influence — the role of focus, authority, tribal pressure, and emotion — and why these mechanisms are so effective in the digital age.But the deeper question is spiritual. Scripture teaches that the real battleground for the believer is the mind. Romans 12 calls us not to be conformed to the world, but to be transformed by the renewing of our minds through the truth of God's Word. When a believer's identity is rooted in Christ and their thinking is shaped by Scripture, they are far less vulnerable to manipulation, outrage cycles, or the pressure to conform. In a culture constantly trying to move us, the renewed mind becomes a place of stability, discernment, and peace.Grateful you're here.— Pablo------------------------------------------Subscribe to receive future broadcasts and articles at:https://www.serpentsndoves.com-------------------------------------------Share.Forward this post, repost it, or pass it along to someone who might need it.Support.This broadcast is listener-supported. In this special episode of Lead-Lag Live, I sit down with Peter Todd, Founder of OpenTimestamps, for a conversation that goes far beyond Bitcoin volatility or market narratives.Peter joins us directly from Kyiv, where he has been working on the ground to support Ukrainian units through targeted fundraising efforts including delivering repaired and donated 4x4 vehicles to frontline teams and supporting interceptor drone initiatives designed to stop attacks on civilian infrastructure. But this discussion also touches on something larger. As debates over the Epstein files dominate online discourse, Peter explains how even truthful information can be used as a form of informational warfare by diverting attention away from conflicts that are unfolding in real time. In a world where deepfakes, AI generated media, and manufactured receipts can spread within minutes, tools like OpenTimestamps are being used to prove that digital evidence existed in the past and has not been recently modified. From Bitcoin's role in enabling anonymous charitable donations to the use of cryptographic timestamping to document events in wartime, this episode explores how technology, trust, and truth intersect in an increasingly uncertain geopolitical environment and how viewers can directly support verified aid efforts in Ukraine through organizations working on interceptor drones and frontline logistics. In this episode:– Why Bitcoin drawdowns may be less important than geopolitical risk– How truthful information can still be weaponized– Why the Epstein debate may be crowding out more urgent realities– How OpenTimestamps helps verify digital evidence– How viewers can directly support Ukrainian aid effortsLead-Lag Live brings you inside conversations with the financial thinkers who shape markets. Sharia Imperils the State of the Union   This is Frank Gaffney with the Secure Freedom Minute. Donald Trump's State of the Union address last night was a master class in information warfare. His myriad theatrical interventions were capped by intervals of soaring presidential rhetoric and powerful attacks on his political adversaries. The most effective of such attacks came with his call to the assembled legislators to stand and clap if they regarded their jobs as protecting the American people or illegal aliens. Republicans in the chamber responded with a protracted and raucus standing ovation as their Democratic counterparts silently sat it out. The not-so-loyal opposition's seething palpably exposed not only a telling misplaced priority unsupported by most Americans. It also signaled the high stakes in the upcoming midterms. If given the majority, Democrats will assuredly exact revenge on not just President Trump but the majority of us who put America First.  This is Frank Gaffney.

Ian breaks down how banks, asset managers, and corporate structures exert influence not through headlines, but through incentive design and financial leverage. He shares how questioning COVID narratives, financial corruption, and media overload led him to trace power through banking, corporate ownership, and information flows rather than political theater.Chris brings a complementary systems-level perspective, connecting money, energy, trust structures, and dynastic power across history. He reframes currency as current, attention as leverage, and technology as an amplifier of unresolved incentives. Together, we examine why scandals like Epstein distract from deeper networks, how controlled opposition and algorithmic feeds fracture reality, and why humility matters in an era of mass formation and information warfare. This conversation isn't about picking sides. In this episode of the Crazy Wisdom Podcast, host Stewart Alsop sits down with Adrian Martinca, founder of the Arc of Dreams and the Open Doors movements, as well as Kids Dreams Matter, to explore how artificial intelligence is fundamentally reshaping human consciousness and family structures. Their conversation spans from the karmic lessons of our technological age to practical frameworks for protecting children from what Martinca calls the "AI flood" - examining how AI functions as an alien intelligence that has become the primary caregiver for children through 10.5 hours of daily screen exposure, and discussing Martinca's vision for inverting our relationship with technology through collective dreams and family-centered data management systems. For those interested in learning more about Martinca's work to reshape humanity's relationship with AI, visit opendoorsmovement.org.Timestamps00:00 Introduction to Adrian Martinca00:17 The Future and Human Choice02:03 Generational Trauma and Its Impact05:19 Understanding Consciousness and Suffering09:11 AI, Social Media, and Emotional Manipulation20:03 The AI Nexus Point and National Security31:13 The Librarian Analogy: Understanding AI's Role39:28 The Arc: A Framework for Future Generations47:57 Empowering Children in an AI-Driven World57:15 Reclaiming Agency in the Age of AIKey Insights1. AI as Alien Intelligence, Not Artificial Intelligence: Martinca reframes AI as fundamentally alien rather than artificial, arguing that because it possesses knowledge no human could have (like knowing "every book in the library"), it should be treated as an immigrant that must be assimilated into society rather than governed. This alien intelligence already controls social media algorithms and is becoming the primary caregiver of children through 10.5 hours of daily screen time.2. The AI Nexus Point as National Security Risk: Modern warfare has shifted to information-based attacks where hostile nations can deploy millions of fake accounts to manipulate AI algorithms, influencing how real citizens are targeted with content. This creates a vulnerability where foreign powers can break apart family units and exhaust populations without traditional military engagement, making people too tired and divided to resist.3. Generational Trauma as the Foundation of Consciousness: Drawing from Kundalini philosophy, Martinca explains that the first layer of consciousness development begins with inherited generational trauma. Children absorb their parents' unresolved suffering unconsciously, creating patterns that shape their worldview. This makes families both the source of early wounds and the pathway to healing, as parents witness their trauma affecting those they love most.4. The Choice Between Fear-Based and Love-Based Futures: Despite appearing chaotic, our current moment represents a critical choice point where humanity can collectively decide to function as a family. The fundamental choice underlying all decisions is alleviating suffering for our children and loved ones, but technology has created reference-based choices driven by doubt and fear rather than genuine human values.5. Social Media's Scientific Method Problem: Current platforms use the scientific method to maximize engagement, but the only reliably measurable emotions through screens are doubt and fear because positive emotions like love and hope lead people to put their devices down and connect in person. This creates systems that systematically promote negative emotional states to maintain user attention and generate revenue.6. The Arc of Dreams as Collective Vision: Martinca proposes a new data management system where families challenge children to envision their ideal future as heroes, collecting these dreams to create a unified vision for humanity. This would shift from bureaucratic fund allocation to child-centered prioritization, using children's visions of reduced suffering to guide AI development and social policy.7. Agency vs. Overwhelm in the Information Age: While some people develop agency through AI exposure and become more capable, many others experience information overload leading to inaction, confusion, depression, and even suicide. The key intervention is reframing dreams from material outcomes to states of being, helping children maintain their sense of self and agency rather than becoming passive consumers of algorithmic content.

In this episode of Uncommon Sense, I break down why I'm not satisfied with the FBI's official narrative surrounding Charlie Kirk and why I believe too many questions have been quietly labeled “off limits.”I explain why I agree with Candace Owens that the Tyler Robinson explanation feels incomplete, at best, and why the idea that he acted entirely alone deserves serious scrutiny rather than blind acceptance. I also address my personal suspicions regarding Erika Kirk and the toxic culture within TPUSA, shaped by my own experiences and tensions with TPUSA staff behind the scenes.Drawing from TPUSA events, I recount direct disagreements I had with staff over what I viewed as dangerously inadequate security, and why Charlie, tragically, never seemed to fully grasp how influential and vulnerable he had become. Finally, I discuss my theories and unanswered questions surrounding possible Israeli intelligence involvement (I do believe Mossad played a part in all of this). We must always dare to think our own thoughts and ask our own questions. THE BATTLE OF MENOTOMY AND INFORMATION WARFARE Colleague Patrick O'Donnell. Following the initial skirmishes, the conflict escalated into the Battle of Menotomy, where Marbleheaders engaged the retreating British column in brutal combat. O'Donnell highlights a sophisticated "information warfare" campaign led by Elbridge Gerry, who compiled depositions to establish that the Crown fired first. The Patriots acquired a fast ship to rush this narrative to England, arriving two weeks before General Gage's official report and successfully swaying British public opinion. Additionally, this segment illustrates the civil war atmosphere, describing how Dr. Nathaniel Bond was threatened by neighbors for treating wounded British soldiers. NUMBER 21860

I address (once again) the need for real justice for Charlie Kirk, reiterate my support for Candace Owens, and challenge Christians to remember Who we are called to worship, Jesus Christ. Alpha Warrior, Brad Zerbo, and Josh Reid host a late-night Q After Hours conversation centered on unfolding developments surrounding Venezuela and the cascading reactions across media, government, and online communities. The discussion focuses on how information is being released, withheld, and interpreted, with emphasis on strategic silence, narrative pressure, and the tendency for speculation to outpace verified facts. The hosts examine public expectations versus operational reality, reactions from political figures, and how timing plays a critical role in shaping perception. Throughout the episode, they address audience questions, push back on premature conclusions, and stress discernment in moments of heightened emotional response. The conversation weaves between geopolitical context, psychological operations, and community-driven analysis, maintaining the informal, after-hours tone while reinforcing the importance of patience, pattern recognition, and disciplined observation as events continue to unfold.

Today's episode explores one of the most invisible yet devastating threats to modern society: cyber and information warfare. Unlike natural disasters or economic crashes, cyberattacks don't require armies, missiles, or even physical presence. Nope. All that is required for cyber warfare is three tangible things: access, opportunity, and intent. And as for information warfare — that's a battle for perception, belief, and narrative — those three are just as dangerous. Because when you control information, you control behavior. We saw it on 9/11 and the days/weeks/months/years after. We saw it during hurricanes Katrina and Helene. During the housing crisis, both of President Trumps terms as well as the four years he wasn't in office. We saw it daily during the covid years and with the potato's reign of terror.

As we reflect on 2025, this episode pulls together the most important themes shaping the year ahead — from the rapid acceleration of AI and automation, to the evolving realities of security, leadership, and trust in an increasingly complex world. What was once hidden behind the scenes is now accessible to everyone. AI has moved from the “Matrix” into daily workflows, forcing organizations to rethink efficiency, security, and human value. At the same time, rising geopolitical tension, information warfare, and emerging technologies like quantum computing are redefining what risk really looks like — both for businesses and for people. This conversation also explores the human side of 2025: leadership under pressure, the importance of culture, mentorship, and professionalism, and why kindness, trust, and preparation are no longer “soft skills,” but strategic advantages. From executive protection and estate management to corporate security, AI leverage, and career longevity, this episode highlights where leaders must adapt — and where getting it wrong even once can have lasting consequences.KEY HIGHLIGHTSAI has crossed a critical threshold — no longer theoretical, but operational, accessible, and increasingly powerfulAutomation and optimization are now survival tools, not optional efficienciesSecurity threats are no longer siloed — digital, physical, personal, and reputational risks are deeply interconnectedQuantum computing looms as a disruptive force that could render today's encryption obsoleteExecutive protection is expanding beyond the C-suite into broader personnel and brand securityLeadership today requires relationship capital, situational awareness, and long-term thinkingCulture, kindness, and mentorship deliver measurable performance and retention advantagesCareers are becoming less linear — leverage, adaptability, and mindset matter more than pedigreeTo hear more episodes of The Fearless Mindset podcast, you can go to https://the-fearless-mindset.simplecast.com/ or listen on major podcasting platforms such as Apple, Google Podcasts, Spotify, etc. You can also subscribe to the Fearless Mindset YouTube Channel to watch episodes on video. Enjoyed this episode or the podcast in general? Send me a text message:The most decisive move in modern air combat doesn't happen at the merge—it happens minutes earlier, when one side quietly builds a picture the other can't see. We explore how the F-35 flips the script from hero pilot dogfights to information-driven dominance, turning stealth, sensors, and networks into time, options, and control. Instead of juggling raw data, the pilot gets a fused view of the battlespace that accelerates decisions and slows the enemy's. That's how first look becomes first shot and often first kill, not by luck but by design. We break down how data fusion converts radar, infrared, and electronic intelligence into a single, evolving track file, freeing the pilot to command the mission rather than manage screens. Stealth then acts as tempo control—managing when and how the jet is seen—to buy precious minutes to listen, classify, and position. From there, geometry takes over: altitude, angle, and emissions discipline set the fight long before a missile leaves the rail. And because the F-35 is a network node, not a solo act, it can pass perfect targeting to the shooter best placed to finish, whether that's another fighter, a ship, or a ground battery. This shift also changes what “skill” means. The jet rewards patience, coordination, and trust in the system, punishing old habits like chasing visual contacts too soon. The psychological effect is real: when an opponent can't find the threat, caution spreads, decisions slow, and initiative drains away. We acknowledge the program's costs and software challenges while focusing on resilience and the trendline toward tighter integration and faster kill chains. If you've ever wondered how information, time, and teamwork now decide air power, this conversation lays out the new playbook.Enjoyed the episode? From post-9/11 SIGINT dominance and its pitfalls to today's OSINT revolution powered by AI, Driscoll details why democracies keep ceding the narrative, what Oct. 7 revealed about messaging at speed, and how to rebalance "the exquisite" with the open. They break down gray zone tactics, attribution lags, tunnel warfare, and the policy/risk mindset shifts needed to shrink decision timelines from months to seconds. Driscoll argues that education, public-private integration, and mission-driven AI are now decisive. If you care about how the next conflict is fought - and who shapes the truth - this conversation is essential.

Change at the central bank will accelerate once Chair Jerome Powell steps aside at the end of his term in May 2026 — or earlier if he resigns or Trump manages to fire him. Those changes include the rules that impact the largest US banks, which are already being reviewed, and on the Fed's workforce of tens of thousands across the country. “What we need to do is examine the entire Federal Reserve institution and whether they have been successful,” Bessent told CNBC on July 21. “All these PhDs over there, I don't know what they do.” “This is like universal basic income for academic economists,” he said. Cutting down on bank regulations Source: msnbc.com   Reuters Poll: Gold to Stay Above $3K on Flight to Safety Global trade and fiscal debt concerns are feeding into a flight to safer assets, sharpening gold's edge as a haven from risk, prompting analysts in a Reuters poll to sharply raise their forecasts. The poll of 40 analysts and traders returned a median forecast of $3,220 per troy ounce of gold for this year, up from $3,065 predicted in a poll three months ago. The 2026 estimate rose to $3,400 from $3,000. Spot gold prices are up 27% so far this year after hitting a record $3,500 per ounce in April with the U.S. and China in the midst of a full-blown trade war, triggering regular forays into safe-haven assets.
